   wonderful food every item we tried was perfect. I was very impressed with the wine pairing. It's very unfortunate how a place with great-tasting food doesn't have great customer service to match. My wife received a glass of wine with a dead fly in it. I feel like the issue should have been noticed before reaching the table, my server would only come by to drop off items never once stopping by in between to ensure everything is okay. I believe the only reason I left unhappy is that in a quiet restaurant, all you can hear is the laughter of the staff when a small issue needs to be addressed. I feel like I had Jim’s restaurant-style service paying for top-dollar service. At one point our server took all our silverware away and dropped the most delicious-looking dessert and we just had to look at it because we had no silverware. We decided not to bother our server and take some silverware from another table as the restaurant was empty. Just a little disappointed.

   This is our second time here. The first time I was just dinner in a play was amazing so he decided to come back on mystery dinner night and we brought her teenagers and we had a great time with the activities but the food was awful. I had the chicken. It was covered in a crust and the crust was dry and burnt on the bottom. One of my kids had the same thing. She didn't even want to eat it because it was all burnt. My husband and son had the lamb which was really good but we didn't know there was an extra charge for their lamb. So on top of the $60 ticket we paid an additional $15 for each that took it up to $75. I don't think the event or activity was worth $75, especially when your drinks are not even included and it's in drinks. I mean tea soda something like that so my kids drink and they got charged for it service is really really slow. There is a huge wait between courses and everybody's eating at different times and when we're doing the activity walking around the dining room they deliver food to people and the person doesn't know. So they're walking around and by the time they realize the foods on the table it's cold so I don't know if this is a great idea. I've been to mystery dinners in the past and it's the people who work there that are doing like the little skit to play and then all the audience does. Is try to figure out who the bad guy is or who the murderer is but we never move from our seats. That way when we get our food delivered it's hot and ready to go. We were very dissatisfied with our meal and I let our waiter know that our food was just burnt to a crisp on the bottom like literally burnt black. Just because this last event are food was so on satisfying it might keep us from coming back and I would hate to have that happen because I love the plays and that whole experience. But for the price being charged and the food not being up to quality equal to the price, it may not be worth coming back. I just don't know. Thank you and have a blessed day

   Went for a Mother’s Day treat and it really just burned a hole in my pocket. It was a $260 experience for 2. Keep that in mind. That took away from a lot of it. For the price paid you’d expect the inside to look like a five dining experience, but inside looked more like an outdated diner. It was busy. People coming and going from another area outside. There are no curtains to block the sun. Rather miserable sun glare. I told them about the lobster being raw. To Two people. Not one person cared or addressed the issue. Just a smile and an uneasy laugh. Pretty sad for a $15 upcharge. I really expected for it to be cooked. They have an odd menu. It’s hard to figure follow. Mostly different packages. Hard to buy al-a-cart and know what you’d be spending. It almost seems designed that way. The show was nice. They did a good job. It was funny. It’s a unique experience. There was a singer the night we went. He was entertaining. The music made communication with your date or wait staff difficult. For the price of it. I doubt we’ll be back. This was our second time. Our first visit was better. Maybe it was the thrill of something new. The second visit. The thrill has worn off.

   Everything was perfect from the service to the food and the entertainment. Each course was delectable. Great choice of wines I especially appreciated the teamwork of all the servers, since my background was in hospitality. We’ll return for the Frank Sinatra entertainment and hopefully your stage productions. Thanks for a lovely evening.

    This was unexpectedly fun. The food was pretty good, the wine pairings were really well paired. The highlights were the lobster Thermadore and the salt block fillet. The play was really fun.

    food was very good- I would have liked to have know the salmon dish I ordered was going to be spicy. It said nothing about it and I do not like hot food. But I survived - 🤪 Everything else was good.

    Didn't get the Easter Brunch we were imagining, things were disorganized and overpriced for the food. It's Texas Ski Ranch, it'd be better if they served really good gastro-pub style brunch/lunch/dinner instead.

    Sylver Spoon is the only restaurant in New Braunfels that truly serves 5 star food - their filet mignon far surpasses any steak house I have visited, including Ruth Chris. If you're eating while still light (and warm weather) look out the wall of windows and watch water skiers give you a show. Sylver Spoon's theater productions keep you glued to the stage, every performance I have seen here is New York off Broadway quality! Their performances are the best the San Antonio / New Braunfels area has to offer. Definitely worth the price. I hope they never close - I always bring my out of town guests here and they can't stop talking about the talent and the unbelievable dinner food. Go see and taste the best this area has to offer.

    My dinner from the pre-planned menu was very good however my husband thought his was just ok. The portions are on the smaller side which is fine with me. I was not hungry when I left but probably too small for my husband.

    Attended their mystery dinner theater. Their food and food service were excellent as experienced on prior visits. Their staging of the mystery was the best we've encountered between New Braunfels and Austin. A delightful evening of fun!

    The location was acceptable but one has to know where to exit the highway without having to drive a couple of miles out of the way. Otherwise, the facility was adequate; but, the food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the Murder Mystery was loads of fun? The three owner-sisters have done a tremendous job and should be recognized by the local business establishment. Many Kudos!

    The food was excellent, and the dinner murder mystery was very well done - we had a lot of fun. Definitely come prepared to get into whatever role you get assigned. Not the place to have a quiet solitary dinner, but it was a wonderful evening and we can't wait to do it again!

    I love the fact that they have themes for the murder mystery dinners. This was my first & it was very well organized. The service was very polite & efficient. Food & drinks came out in a timely manner & we loved the presentation. Just beware of the extras/add ons outside of your prepaid reservation. The menu has a variety but unfortunately no chicken option which I would have loved. Overall it was a great experience & we will be back.

    Went for our anniversary. Had the all you can eat tapas. Three or so of the items on the menu were not available which was confusing because they were only four tables occupied when we got there and it wasn’t very late. Tried everything they did have, and the food was very good. We were a little confused when we got the bill because they were two charges for ice tea. I had water my wife got iced tea and halfway through the meal. They asked if my wife wanted more iced tea she said yes assuming that there was free refills on ice tea like every other restaurant however they charge per glass. I think it is a little excessive to charge $2.95 per glass for iced tea.

    I could not have been happier participating in this murder mystery! It is highly interactive and involves reading your character sheets and getting up from the table and interacting with strangers. But I had an absolute BLAST. The food was good, but not $55 good. We also had limited availability of options based on how many people ordered what. We would have liked more availability in the menu. But factoring in the experience, $55 seems reasonable.

    An experience to be shared. Food was solid. Not excellent, but a value for the cost. The wait staff was on top of things, friendly and responsive. The after dinner theater was a great show and the actors were engaging, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only recommendation would be to sacrifice a row in the theater for more leg space. We were in the front row and my feet literally didn't fit between the couch and the stage. I had to put them up on the stage itself. Regardless, we will re returning it was a LOT of fun, and a true hidden gem.

    The Sylver Spoon has a hip, casual, yet elegant ambiance with amazing food and awesome service. The steak was cooked perfectly and the meatballs were juicy and seasoned toperfection. The play "For Seasons" was the production we attended and had a very talented cast. The storyline was relevant and meaningful. I will definitely be going back soon!

    First time and loved the experience. Top level dining, flavors, creativity, all of it blew my mind. The show afterwards was amazing as well. Didn’t know what to expect but the writing, acting and execution was thoroughly enjoyable.

    Expected more. Thus restaurant is still working on the small things like server check backs, app plates, messaging, etc. Dinner theater option was very unclear when purchasing dinner online. I paid tax on my whole check and was charged tax on the whole dinner again when tabbing out at end of night...too tired to even mess with it. Staff was really overwhelmed. Ordered a second beer, forgot I had ordered until we were all done with dinner and it showed up 20 min later.
