   Arrived right at 11 when they opened and had the place to ourselves. Bonus, it was Taco Tuesday and many of the tacos were only $2.22 which we sampled almost all of them. Always delicious food and great service!

   We made a reservation for a group of 8, but we did not have a reserved table available when we arrived and were given a choice of two tables near each other, or wait for others to leave. The parking available is not sufficient for this size restaurant. When our group was unable to find available parking, we ended up going to an alternate place to eat. Unfortunate, because I’ve been to this restaurant previously and the food was good. The staff was sympathetic but would have been more helpful if they knew of parking alternatives.

   Food was solid, not great -- seems like shrimp tacos were frozen, and the corn wasn't very fresh. I'd recommend it, but it was sold to us as fantastic and I wouldn't go that far.

    The tacos were fantastic and they have a good variety of fillings. We loved the fish, pork and chicken tacos. The steak tacos were a bit too spicy for us. Our waiter was excellent. Highly recommend!!

    Went to enjoy a new spot this evening and was excited for the menu and drinks! The service was fantastic; Eva is absolutely wonderful, prompt and a very pleasant person! Kudos to her! Downside: The pork belly taco was not good. The pork was tough and there was a ton of hoisin sauce on it. 10/10 do not recommend. Bde something margarita was not good at all. The after taste was awful. Positive: It's a great deal. We did the dinner for two - 6 tacos, rice & beans, elote and tres leches as well as chips, salsa and queso. First of all, it was a feast. We have a ton of left overs and a really great deal! The elote was fantastic as was the rice, shrimp taco, southwestern taco, fish taco and queso. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone!

    The food was pretty alright, but the service wasn’t great. Saw the waitstaff when we ordered and checked out. Had to ask another staff person about a part of our meal that was forgotten. We’ll try it again, but sit at the bar.

    Wanted to love this place as Tacos are my all-time favorite and this place is in walking distance. Unfortunately we left underwhelmed and super disappointed... The patio space was great however it took about 10 minutes for our server to come by after we sat down. She claimed it was her "first day" but her energy and attentiveness was lackluster. I ordered a Watermelon margarita which took about 20 minutes to receive at which point our friends joined us. They also ordered drinks and kept getting incredibly sour and flavorless margaritas (virgin). Sent a couple back and choked down the rest. We ordered the nachos and Cheese Curds for apps - which were decent - nothing noteworthy. We then ordered about 16 tacos to try out what they had to offer. The fish tacos and shrimp were both okay and you can tell they fry them together. The steak was probably the best, Korean BBQ meat was super dry even though flavor was there. Do NOT order the rice and beans as they were not worth it. Beans came in a bowl of water (as if they dumped them out of a can) and the rice was really undercooked. Meanwhile our server was nowhere to be found. I will say the only highlight was a brand new girl running orders out. She was genuine, great energy and helped us out a lot. All in all, $180 for what we ordered was a waste of money. We will just stick with our usual authentic Mexican spots.

    I told my friends how awesome Taberna was. Food was great, but service was awful!! There must have only been two servers for the entire restaurant! Died of thirst waiting for water. Totally ignored for a very long time. Flagged a server for our first round of drinks. After eating, had to grab a server for our second round. We waited so long we guessed the beer was being shipped from Brussels. Awful and embarrassing.

    Great vibes all around. Just was there for a casual date and good environment for that. The waiter seem to know that, so didn’t stop by all that often which was nice. Will be coming again in the future!

    Went for cinco de Mayo. We went for happy hour 3-5 (which they normally have really good deals) but they were honoring it because of the holiday. However the online menu still indicated there would be happy hour. A bit disappointed because the food and drinks were double the price we expected to pay. Still good, but just wish it would have been communicated more clearly before hand.

    I went for my birthday. Put in the reservations it was for my birthday. They didn't acknowledge that. They sat the 5 us to a 4 sided table. Seems with reservations having been made 3 weeks before they would have been prepared. I had the fish tacos. Tasted like frozen fish from a box. A couple of us had the rice for a side dish. It was just plain white rice. You could make that at home. I asked the server pick a drink for me. It was spot on. Staff was great but the food..eh. Not someplace I would recommend for a special occasion.

    Went to Taberna to celebrate the holidays early with some friends. The food margaritas and service were amazing! Ambiance is casual and fun and the tacos and elote were outstanding. We will definitely be back many many times for food and drinks!
