   A surprisingly sophisticated menu for a hotel restaurant. The Pork Belly/Scallops appetizer was delicious. The pork fat was so unctuous as it melted in your mouth.

   I go often and am I always enjoy it. This was Mother’s Day and to be honest wasn’t great. We sat outside and it took about ten minutes for someone to come. Asked if we were ready to order. I said we don’t have any water. She said there is a drink bar inside ( would have been nice if our hostess told us before hand). Ordered a very good meal. Plate brought and waitress left Sat for another 5 minutes waiting to ask for utensils. I have been often and never experienced this before. Sucked that it was on Mother’s Day. Very disappointed.

   Very very disappointed in this whole experience! Several years of enjoying Mothers Day here only to not be notified that there is NO Brunch, the service was horrible, food that we did end up ordering took over 40 minutes to get!

   One of the best dishes of braised beef I've ever had. Flavorful, juicy, and so tender. My husband had the pappardelle and he was equally impressed. One of my new favorite restaurants in Canmore!

   Mom’s short ribs were delicious and plentiful which was good as Dad and I ate some of her dinner to fill up. Dad and I had the cioppino for $35 is overcharged for what you get. We had more carrots and zucchini than seafood. In our bowls we had three clams, 3 muscles a small 1/2 lobster tail (about the size of a prawn) and two pieces of fish that only gave 2 bites max. For the price definitely not width the value. Dessert was delicious. Our server Rebecca was amazing!

   The kids meals are great value for the amount of food they got and it was all tasty. The dinner menu for adults was the opposite in our opinion- not a lot of average tasting food for a high price.

    This restaurant is attached to Coast hotel. Nice patio area will be great for summer. We had a great server - first day serving- he did a great job. Food was very good - service was great. Lots of young families coming in and we saw some people get up and move to the lounge- wasn’t super loud but I think they saw the potential as people got settled. No issue recommending it for others.

    A noisy and very warm space. They did not have two menu items that were ordered but we were not informed until after the order was placed. The french baguette was hard and dry and the cioppino had tasty broth but not much seafood.

    Dined solo on a Wednesday around 620pm. Restaurant was empty most likely due to being the hottest day in past 5 months and people were out and about. Service was excellent from the two ladies working there. Food was good but not great. Sauces on sablefish dish overpowered flavour and texture of the fish to the point where you could have used any fish (and a cheaper dish as sablefish is pricey). Crème brûlée was okay. My advice is fry something else The cocktail I had was delicious. One of the whiskey ones. Highly recommend their cocktails Maybe go here for cocktails and a charcuterie platter or some appys. One other table across from me seemed to have loved their meals.

    Our waitress was nice, but didn’t check on our food after it came out. My husband’s steak was undercooked, my mussels were lukewarm, we needed refills on our drinks. It was not busy at all. We sat by the window with a view of the mountains which was nice but directly outside were two rags sitting on a patio table and a tipped over watering can which were remains from the summer and kinda put me off. Someone pulled a vacuum through, not on, but it felt like they were closing up but it was 6pm. OpenTable asks if there’s any specific occasion when you book, and it was a bday, and our waitress was sweet and said happy bday. My son did like the ciopinno and would probably have licked the bowl clean, but it apparently wasn’t hot either. Likely won’t return. Pricey for not a great experience.

    Two of us shared a Caesar Salad, two orders of braised beef, and a bottle of Okanagan red wine. Verdict : very delicious, especially the salad. The dinner cooking was much more sophisticated than one would expect from a hotel’s all day dining facility. (We did not try breakfast nor lunch.) Portions are large and thus great value. We’d also like to commend Jessica who served our table. She was very efficient, hospitable, and friendly.

    New years Eve late sitting for my oldest daughter and her guy (I had reserved but plans changed). They are both serious foodies and we’re really impressed. She texted: Hey it was awesome…we had the grilled Caesar salad and brussel sprouts for appie They were amazing and had the pulled bison papardelle for dinner…was so so good… huge portions…had a bottle of wine and dessert.     Mussels and baguette were amazing… 10/10… but unfortunately the ciopanno (sp??) was horrible. The seafood was extremely over-cooked, rubbery, and shrivelled, and extremely sparse… 3 mussels, 3 shrimp, tiny piece of fish, a tiny half tail of lobster. I give this dish a 2/10… hence the overall rating. Sorry… the start was phenomenal, but the main was disappointing to say the least, especially for the price. Honestly if it was a steak and overcooked this badly I would have returned it without a thought.

    Great service, mostly great food, some over seasoned veggies with the short ribs, my steak was cooked as requested, although not seasoned at all, which was disappointing. It was a quiet night (we were literally the only table) so shouldn’t have to expect that. The lava chocolate dessert was all liquid (our 12 y/o wasn’t bothered by that, of course!!), but our server was friendly, attentive and left us to our food. I’d come back, but might order differently. Oh, the sprouts starter was fantastic!!
