   We are regular lunchtime diners at Table 19 and always look forward to it. Our server Kaylee is great and the food is consistently excellent. Why would we want to go anywhere else in the western communities?

   Lovely clean and modern decor. Lots and lots of floor to ceiling windows with stunning views. Delicious food from a menu with plenty of variety. Excellent service which was efficient but non-intrusive.

   Lovely freshly cooked food. We had fish and chips, fish pasts dish and chicken burger with fries. All the food was delivered promptly, and tasted delicious. Also shared a couple of the desserts ; the chocolate pudding and the seasonal fruit cobbler. Both were consumed in minutes! The server did an excellent job of clearing dishes, suggesting refills when she saw empty glasses. Attentive service was appreciated. We will be back !

   The ambience was wonderful and the low noise level was exceptional. Our party was able to have a conversation without shouting over noise which we appreciated. The food was good however for the high prices we paid - the fries were not cooked properly, the fish (fish & chips) had bones in it and the Cobb Salad was not the best with very chewy and dry chicken. The food has been much better in the past.

    Went for the Prawn Tacos which were always amazing…but they had been discontinued…so bad start. Tried for their Cod and Fries but wanted ‘actual’ cod, Atlantic cod, but they said theirs was Pacific cod…which is not a real cod. So settled on something else. Chowder was very good. Second dish only so-so. Server came only once after bringing our meals & that was to ask us very half heartedly how are meals were. Never saw her again for additional water…which I ran out of…or to ask about dessert or coffee…which we had wanted. We waited a while, quite obviously having finished our meal. The only way we finally got attention was to get up and start putting our coats on. Only then did she come over snd ask if it was to be separate bills or one. So disappointing. I will thave to hink twice about suggesting the restaurant to someone else

    My husband had the cobb salad, and I had the lunch special which was a chipotle chicken tortilla soup that came with corn bread. Both were delicious and filling. I'm not a golfer but it was our third time in the restaurant and I can't see why it isn't busier. Beautiful views, good food, and good service. What more could you want?

    Our meal was terrific. The seafood chowder, other than a homemade one was the best we’d had ever in a restaurant Full of chunks of meat and the flavour was amazing. The Orion’s on the other meals was perfect. It had been awake since we visited and we were not disappointed. Great job on the renovations and the rename. We’ll definitely be back!!

    Table 19 was up to its usual high standards. The coleslaw side served with Cod & Chips was better than usual. Kaylee was great as usual! Coming back again for lunch next week.

    Another great lunch at OV . Great to see GM Randy and F&B Scott who came by and usual fine service by Kaylee. what a great crew they all are! The ambience of the golf course view is like a shot in the arm to we old dudes!!! - looking forward to coming back again next week!!!

    Went for the New Year dinner but the duck was extremely salty I was unable to finish it. The desert was great and the soup as well but the duck was so salty my tongue was dry after two bites

    This was probably the best dining experience @Olympic View ever , after many, many very good and excellent experiences. Four of us had the Lobster chowder followed by the lamb and all agreed it was fabulous! The chocolate selection for dessert was outstanding. Compliments to Scott, the chefs and servers for putting on a wonderful New Years Eve feast . Last year was great , but this year exceeded our expectations.

    Yes, overall the meal was very good but we do have a couple of comments. The fries under the fish were soggy. Bigger plate? My son had a salmon burger and commented that the portion was smalll We'll be back

    I know it is set up for golfers but it does have a bit of a cafeteria look. However both times we have been the service was wonderful. Our food last time was fantastic and based on the comments of others we figured anything would be good. Well, we were wrong. The seafood chowder is fantastic with lots of seafood in it. The cauliflower bites were surprisingly mushy inside and had a batter on them which was unexpected. The lettuce wraps were probably as they should be but I couldn’t help but think they might be a bit more of a commercial product than I thought they would be. Salty, but maybe just a poor choice on my part. Our friend enjoyed the fish and chips and we all had yummy desserts. Overall a good experience.

    Went for prime rib night. Prime rib is always good. Yorkshires have gotten small. I always feel like the restaurant could use some more ambiance. Feels a bit like a cafeteria. But we like the food and it is close to home so we still go.

    This was a lunchtime birthday celebration for my sister-in-law. She was given the choice of any dining venue in greater Victoria and chose Table 19 @ Olympic View. Why go to a noisy pub with mediocre food when this option is available? One can only hope it isn’t spoiled with the growth around the golf course. Thank you again to Kaylee and the chefs for making this a special occasion for all of us.

    A lovely place for a birthday lunch. My friend lives in Metchosin and I live in Victoria. After a number of years hunting around for a nice place to have lunch we arrived at Table Nineteen and have been meeting there ever since. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking trees - wonderful. Excellent food. I am a vegetarian and there are a few very good vegetarian options. The servers have been, without exception, so pleasant and efficient. And there is decent parking too. We will be back.
