By far and away, Tachi is our go to sushi spot in the city. The best deal and quality sushi one can get in 30 minutes, and the selection which is always changing will showcase some fish you’ll get nowhere else! The chefs are cordial, knowledgeable, and have exceptional memories! Thanks for always providing a remarkable meal, ever time! See you again soon!

Sushi was really fresh! The service was fast and the chef was really nice! He explained every pieces and he took the time to answer our questions!! My boyfriend and I will come back to try the special menu next time!

Tasty omakase for good value but felt a bit pressured with huge clock ticking on the wall

Great place for a quick sushi fix. The omakase is very fast. The fish was fresh, ambiance was quiet. I did however book on feb 17th family day through OpenTable but when I got to the place it was closed. They was my only issue with the booking. Otherwise I would come back easily.

Best sushi experience in Toronto. Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys traditional nigiri. The flavours are incredible.

I had a confirmed reservation on Feb 17, 2020. It was to be a surprise anniversary dinner for my girlfriend. To our dismay, the only surprise we got were locked doors. Tachi accepted and confirmed our reservation, but CLOSED for Family Day. We ended up scrambling outdoors in the cold to find another restaurant for our celebration. This was absolutely unacceptable and to be honest I am quite upset.

they don't seem to care about this reservation system. I showed up at the confirmed time and Tachi was closed...

A proper sushi service with quality ingredients at a reasonable price. All in 30min. Service was fantastic. The sushi rice was at the perfect temperature and good seasoning. A the right way to eat sushi - one piece at a time, no chopsticks, no wasabi and no soy sauce. Eat it as the Chefs intend you to eat it.

The sushi here is the freshest ! Definitely an amazing omakase ! I’ve been to several omakase in Toronto and the price and experience is amazing ! I would definitely recommend ! They even made me a birthday sushi!

This was perfect. Sushi was great, service was attentive, and I didn't feel rushed at all. To have an omakase this good, for this price is a special treat.

The food was really good. The timing in between each serving was enough to digest the food and have water! Honestly I don’t usually feel full after 12 pieces but this was very fulfilling! The eel was the best ❤️

Quality sushi for an affordable price. Incredibly fun in exactly 30 minutes! The chef was friendly and knowledgeable. We went for my sister’s birthday and he prepared us an extra piece of sushi! Rice stayed together, and Otoro melted in your mouth. Thank you for a great experience!

Our second time there. Just as good as the first time. Quality is outstanding. The Chef’s feature was Uni from Vancouver so we ordered that as well. It was so fresh and delicious. If you love sushi and haven’t been here, you must give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place - very friendly service and excellent food.

Only thing I would mention is it would be nice if there was a tiny bit of choice. I don't want a sushi of entirely salmon egg sushi, and would have appreciated being able to replace it. All the other pieces were excellent.

It wasn't clear what was on the menu (website was out of date), so couldn't really choose.
