大人の洋食を至高レベルで味わえる店が少ない中、雰囲気や盛り付けに拘ることよりも、素材を生かすアレンジ、飽きさせないコースの流れ、ソース命の仕上がり･･･単純に【上手いねぇ、美味いねぇ、これ】を堪能できます。そして、一推しのビーフシチューは、白眉なデミグラスと柔らかいながらも肉感が残るバランスで、【溶けてなくなる経験の最高峰】が体験できます。食器はすべて白、バカラのレトログラスがマッチする店内ですね。強面だが、笑顔に癒やされるオーナーシェフの、いい仕事と自信のほどが、何を食べても感じられます。

こじんまりとした店内は、温かな雰囲気でシェフが一品一品を丁寧に仕上げている様子が見られます。どれも優しく美味しく口では表せません。お箸も備えてあり、肩肘張らずに頂けるのが嬉しかったです。コンセプト通りくつろぎの時間を過ごせました。大満足です。

今回は珍しく空いていて、サービスの流れが切れ目なく快適でした。ワインのコーキングがもうちょっとお安いと気楽に持ち込めるんですが、、、お土産のチーズケーキは人気です。

お客のニーズを素早く受取り、対応が早いので、気持ちが良い。　細やかなところまで行き届いた料理が、うん、これは上手いと満足できる！　お土産のチーズケーキが、程よい甘さで（決して甘くない）、魅了される。　ファンが多いのも納得できる。

上等の食材で、手抜きの一切ない、手間をかけた料理は、近年出会うことの難しい逸品の勢揃いです。おもてなしの秀逸です。感銘を受けました。銀座ゆえに、いわゆる「ご同伴」のお客様が2030時までに時間帯を占めておられるので、一般客、一見客には違和感が強いです。お薦めするには、相当の注意が必要です。

コンセプトはきっと洋食をちょっぴり贅沢にということなのだと思う。コースを注文したが、全てのお料理をその場で作ってくれた（一からでなくとも）という点は非常に良かった。が、しかし・・・そのせっかく作ってくれたお料理がなんとももう一歩だった・・・。一つ例を挙げると、カニクリームコロッケだが、衣がどうにもべしゃっとしていた。揚げたてなのにである。あれがもし、カリッ　サクッ　としていれば評価はまったく変わったはず。サービスはすばらしい。若干年季の入った店のにおいがするので、そこは要改善かと。

家内の誕生日に利用させていただきました。　お料理全てが素材の味を大切にした大変すばらしいものでした。　また、デザートにクレームブリュレと和三盆のチーズケーキをいただきましたが、これも絶品でした。　お店のスタッフの方々も、とても丁寧で、食事をよりおいしくいただける雰囲気づくりをされており、大変楽しい食事ができました。　今回は、家内の誕生日ということで、ちょっと奮発して「おまかせのコース」をいただきました。　香箱がにや聖護院大根などの旬の食材もおいしくいただけました。　ぜひ、こんどは友人夫婦を誘って、お食事会に利用させていただきたいと思います。
