   We went to celebrate my friends’ birthday and were looking forward to having a great time. However, everything from the food, ambience, cleanliness to customer service was highly disappointing. Our server brought out the pin pad and asked us to pay for our food while we were eating. It was 10:30 pm and they close around 11. We thought maybe her shift is ending and that’s why she’s asking us to pay earlier. But moments later at 10:40 when we went to grab desserts, all the food counters were crystal clear and staff was cleaning and eating food at the same time. We were never told or asked for our last call and the server never came to us to take our drink orders. We left without having desserts and eating stale food. I feel stupid leaving a 20% tip on my bill of over $150. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

   Please read through the review if you need a genuine feedback of this place: Extremely disappointed after visiting the place, here are few points: 1. The special rate applicable on Monday due to Diwali which was no where mentioned while booking - only discovered when the bill arrived (weekday rates are supposed to be cheaper) 2. The food served (especially the snacks were cold ( no care was taken to reheat what was being served on the Menu). Fish fries were so hard that it was hard to eat. Please change or upgrade your hot plates l 3. Soup was too oily and jalebi and malpohra filed my mouth with ghee after having a bite. 4. Golgappas and the water was not good at all - better versions are served by Indian roadside vendors. There was no sweet water served. A note for the chef we put black Channa and not white Channa in the aloo stuffing for Golgappa. 5. Please change the soup - it was yuck. Start serving sweet corn or something better. 6. Honey potato is something your chef must learn - it is not made with French fries please. 7. Please hire a Chinese chef who can make good noodles and honey snacks 8. Dosas said ask for fresh but no one was there to serve Dosas. They were lying there since ages 9. Ice cream from the machine came out as liquid - no sense in having such thing in buffet menu or put a label that it isn’t working. 10. It was disheartening to see that such food is being served to People from other nationalities who come with high hopes of Indian food. You are letting us down. 11. No point in collecting data if you can’t make someone’s birthday special Diwali extra charges .. haha please hire staff and serve good food please - a humble request

   I am not sure why the bill was so high. We had 2 adults. 1 baby under 2 and a 4 year old. 1 normal size 1 shot tequila drink each and one non alcoholic drink each for the kids. Bill before tip was $136 I am not sure if we were charged for 4 adults but it seemed way over priced. They knew we had a baby and a 4 year old when they seated us so I would assume they would charge us properly. Food was good but for the price I could have ordered skip the dishes and had left overs for a week.

   I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO MUTTON BIRYANI -SADLY THERE WAS NONE. THE REFILL FOR THE CURRY DISHES WAS NOT FAST ENOUGH AND YOU HAD TO WAIT- AS THERE WAS NO LAMB OR GOAT -JUST CURRY. THE RECEPTIONIST AND WAITRESS SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD.

   Food was cold and the server did not even notice us when we were done our food . She barely came to our table to check on us for water or anything. Bad tasting food it was stale and cold. Can’t believe this place is running . Also I mentioned it was a special occasion during the booking as it was my moms Birthday and nobody acknowledged the memo nor did they provide a special birthday desert as it was mentioned during the time of the booking .

    We went there Father’s Day and found out afterwards when given the bill that they charged $35.99 an adult with 7 adults; $17.99 per child with two children instead of the $27.99 an adult and one child should have been $15.99 and one should have been $3.99 as she is under three years old. Then they added 12% facility fee without letting you know. They increase the price significantly for a holiday and do not post it online like they say. We had to ask many times for drinks as well.

    I really like how much choice there is on the buffet. There’s even a good selection of non Indian food for my kids that aren’t big on Indian flavours. All the food is fresh and tasty but they just weren’t refilling items very quickly. There were some items I wanted to try and even after 3 attempts of going up to the buffet, the dish was empty. The curries and sauces were delicious but unfortunately there wasn’t hardly any meat in the sauces. Butter chicken sauce was very tasty but there was barely any chicken. I also had the lamb curry but there wasn’t any lamb, just some bones. Our server was good at clearing plates but slow on refilling pop. When the bill came there is a 12% ‘facility charge’ that we didn’t understand and it wasn’t explained well. It was explained as ‘a charge imposed by the restaurant’ Well yeah but why!? So we assumed it was the gratuities. All in all a good experience. We would return to this restaurant but it just wouldn’t be our first choice.

    Terrible experience with your unfriendly staff..We pay a steep amount to eat at the restaurant so do not treat us like you are doing us a favor. Tea came that was lukewarm and was not replaced but was suggested to order another and pay additional for it. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered. Also the live stations for dosa and Jalebi were cooking at snails pace. Seriously who cooks 6 tiny jalebi at a time every half hour when customers are waiting for it??Almost like they want to slow down the service to discourage customers from having it. For what you charge, you need to do better..

    Great food but the music was so loud at lunch it hurt your ears. Louder than a night club and the music was incompatible for a family Father’s Day luncheon. Unable to have any conversation at all without yelling. This totally ruined the experience and 8 will never go back.

    Appies were not organized properly. No sanitizer to use since people are touching the same serving spoons to pour their food. Not kid friendly because food was too spicy. Not enough dishes, couldn't get a fork, asked the server for a drink. Took forever. The glasses looked like they weren't clean but was told it was like that because the glasses were old. Overly priced for everyone.
