The food is always great at any Tap and Barrel. The view and patio were fabulous. The heaters didn’t work and it got very cold and the service was horrible. Usually the service at any of the other locations is great, they need to work it out at this location. Otherwise the experience was great!

Loved the food, the drinks were only okay. My sister had a Mai Tai and I had an espresso Martini. Unfortunately the food delivery was way off. Our friend got his main meal before the appetizers and ALL the food was delivered at once. It made us feel rushed when there was no need.

The food was disappointing, I asked for my steak medium and it was tough and overcooked. We were a party of 6 celebrating a birthday and they put us at 2 tables pushed together in the middle of the restaurant. It was awkward and uncomfortable while there was other available seating that would have been better suited. The server was lovely.

Totally disorganized restaurant and inept and lazy service. It took ten minutes to confirm our reservation. One hour after we ordered we still hadn't received our meal. Finally our server asked if we had received our food and when we responded no, she ran off and came back ten minutes later saying she hadn't entered it properly but now the food was being prepared as we spoke. Twenty minutes later, after reminding her that we still hadn't got our order, a second server came out with our mildly warm food. We were offered a free dessert as a thank you for our patience which took another fifteen minutes to get. As a final insult when we finally got our bill, after asking for it, the server never returned with the credit card reader. I had to leave the table in search of a cashier so I could pay and finally leave. A totally awful experience.

The staff on the patio (both servers and bus staff) were amazing! So funny and helpful especially when it came to the movement of umbrellas blocking the sun for us. Food was wonderful, as always. So glad T&B is on Granville Island now!

Too noisy, loud heavy metal music not appropriate for dining or outside. The manager seemed to not understand that nice outdoor dining for mature adults does not need a bar mentality. Seemed unaware of his clientele to adjust music. Overwhelming and interfered with entire evening. Will not be back. Manager needs alot of training. Server was excellent but could not make up for the manager's poor judgement. The old Bridges was far superior.

We actually eat and drank off the Happy Hour Menu, Steak Frites ordered by three of four and cooked to exact orders! Our waitress, Beryl, was a sweetheart, nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and knowledgeable of the Menu!! Can't wait to visit again!!

Great location and views of the water from Granville Island. Quite disappointed they no longer allow children under 18 on the dockside for alfresco dining. Upstairs within the glass is hot. Good value though, and fabulous service from Stephanie.

An amazing experience every time. The staff really care and deliver intuitive hospitality with love! The vibe is amazing, energy is vibrant and the entire atmosphere is so hip and fun! The food executed beautifully, with addictive flavors. I love the bridges classics reinvented with a Tap & Barrel twist, such as the pesto prawn Benny for brunch, the cioppino, seafood Caesar salad, and of course the classics on the menu! Then there’s the environment, the view! What a spectacular setting. Overall a wonderful dining experience! Love the team!

I dined at Tap and Barrel locations many times over the years but I must say this new menu is amazing. Beautiful location, well staffed, efficient service amongst many other things. I had the best hot seafood caesar salad. I can't stop talking about it. I will definitely be back. PRO TIP: Make a reservation in advance, even if its for two ppl, it will save you time waiting in line.

Our main waitress was very friendly and helpful; however, there were so many other servers and managers that helped our table, and it ended up being very inefficient as many of our meals, drinks, desserts were repeatedly forgotten. In general, the serving staff as a group seemed quite confused as to who was supposed to be doing what. As a newly-opened restaurant, I assume some of these problems will be resolved over time.

We had great service! We noticed our server even went the extra mile to help and elderly couple call an Uber and walk off the patio. The views are great and the food as well!

We had a fabulous brunch with a group of friends in the glassed-in patio on the main floor. The food, the service, and the view are all amazing. The newly renovated building is beautiful. Each room has its own vibe. And they have one of the best sunset patios in the city!
