On our visit today, my daughter ordered a kids meal burger, fries, chicken fingers and salad. Both dishes were great! Us parents had a beer and 2 Caesars to drink. We ordered the Hawaiian pizza. When the pizza came out, I grabbed a slice to take a bite. I was disappointed the pizza was so soggy, everything fell off the top and probably because there was so much tomato sauce on the pizza. I told my waitress how I felt about it, when she came and asked how the pizza was. She apologized, left and just seconds later a lady named Willow (manager I think) came over to apologize again and said she let the kitchen know the feedback. Willow asked if she could help by offering anything to replace it but I said no. She was really professional and nice about everything and I appreciate it so much and then She kindly said she would take care of the pizza off my bill. I just wanted to say thank you to Willow and how great and efficient she handled things and when I left she apologized again. My experience was definitely great throughout it all. I hope to come again to try the rest of their menu or even the pizza again. Thanks again!

Warm and efficient service from first interaction as we had dinner reservations for 5. I request a table with a view and were seated in the heated covered patio with a view, much appreciated! We all enjoyed our meals - started with Humboldt squid, tuna ceviche and prawns then burgers. Our server was friendly, attentive and efficient!

Great Views on the 2nd floor - not sure why -but my whole section was full of Toddlers - different tables - not part of a group. Strange to see at 7:00PM in Granville Island. Very loud due to this. I love children, but was not aware the restaurant seems to have more the most.

Dinner with two friends on a Monday night. Wasn't very busy. Had the Chowder to start which was great. 2 of 3 entrées were not great but nothing sent back. Waitress was a newbie being shadowed by another person. Service was OK to start with but deteriorated as the night wore on.

We went to Tap and Barrel in South Surrey and the food was excellent. So we went again with my parents, but because of the larger group, we could only find space at Grandville Island. The portions were noticeably smaller and not quite as good as the same dish in South Surrey Tap and Barrel.
