Totally disorganized restaurant and inept and lazy service. It took ten minutes to confirm our reservation. One hour after we ordered we still hadn't received our meal. Finally our server asked if we had received our food and when we responded no, she ran off and came back ten minutes later saying she hadn't entered it properly but now the food was being prepared as we spoke. Twenty minutes later, after reminding her that we still hadn't got our order, a second server came out with our mildly warm food. We were offered a free dessert as a thank you for our patience which took another fifteen minutes to get. As a final insult when we finally got our bill, after asking for it, the server never returned with the credit card reader. I had to leave the table in search of a cashier so I could pay and finally leave. A totally awful experience.

Too noisy, loud heavy metal music not appropriate for dining or outside. The manager seemed to not understand that nice outdoor dining for mature adults does not need a bar mentality. Seemed unaware of his clientele to adjust music. Overwhelming and interfered with entire evening. Will not be back. Manager needs alot of training. Server was excellent but could not make up for the manager's poor judgement. The old Bridges was far superior.

We actually eat and drank off the Happy Hour Menu, Steak Frites ordered by three of four and cooked to exact orders! Our waitress, Beryl, was a sweetheart, nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and knowledgeable of the Menu!! Can't wait to visit again!!

The staff does not have adequate training. Our bottle of Lambrusco was ever so slightly chilled. Our server did not follow through with standard wine pouring for the guest. Food was amazing, view great. So much great work put into this space!

An amazing experience every time. The staff really care and deliver intuitive hospitality with love! The vibe is amazing, energy is vibrant and the entire atmosphere is so hip and fun! The food executed beautifully, with addictive flavors. I love the bridges classics reinvented with a Tap & Barrel twist, such as the pesto prawn Benny for brunch, the cioppino, seafood Caesar salad, and of course the classics on the menu! Then there’s the environment, the view! What a spectacular setting. Overall a wonderful dining experience! Love the team!

I love how Tap&Barrel renovated this location, especially inside. Very modern, simple and very welcoming. The patio is always a good spot to enjou the last bit of sunshine in the evening. Good food, good service.

I dined at Tap and Barrel locations many times over the years but I must say this new menu is amazing. Beautiful location, well staffed, efficient service amongst many other things. I had the best hot seafood caesar salad. I can't stop talking about it. I will definitely be back. PRO TIP: Make a reservation in advance, even if its for two ppl, it will save you time waiting in line.

Great food! Our main waitress was very friendly and helpful; however, there were so many other servers and managers that helped our table, and it ended up being very inefficient as many of our meals, drinks, desserts were repeatedly forgotten. In general, the serving staff as a group seemed quite confused as to who was supposed to be doing what. As a newly-opened restaurant, I assume some of these problems will be resolved over time.

We had a fabulous brunch with a group of friends in the glassed-in patio on the main floor. The food, the service, and the view are all amazing. The newly renovated building is beautiful. Each room has its own vibe. And they have one of the best sunset patios in the city!

Made reservations for 2 for our anniversary on patio. Was stuck in a difficult to access corner on the covered patio sandwiched close beside a table of 12 and a wall, had to squeeze by to get to table. Volume was so loud we had to ask to be moved as we could not hear each other and the server could not hear us and we had to yell. Was surprised that we made a reservation and got such and undesirable table and there were many more to choose from. When we moved inside the new serve seemed uneasy/on edge and apologized for her attitude. At one point raised her voice and said “oh my god what is on your knife!” When I used it to cut our appy. She thought it was unclean from the dishwasher. Food was fast and it was just fine nothing special. Took awhile for our server to come back and ask if we needed another drink. Was really surprised because this is a great location and the decor was nice. Probably won’t eat here again if this is how it is on a Wednesday when it wasn’t busy and it wasn’t a delightful experience.

Really love what T&B have done to this location. Nice and open, great heated covered patio, and the massive outdoor patio. We had a pizza and cajun chicken bowl and both were great. As they have just opened they are still ironing out a few things but totally expected. I look forward to my next visit when summer finally decides to begin here.

Salad was soaked couldn’t even taste the sauce, very bland. The ice tea was watered down tasted like flavoured water certainly not worth the price. Took forever for drinks to come and when they finally did only 1-5 came.
