My reservation was made and when we arrived the table was already set for us, with water and glasses. It is beautiful sitting out on the patio, and the food was very good! The service was excellent.

Food was good. Server was slow but nice. It was quiet as well which we liked. The breakfast is ok. The only thing is that the potatoes are described as “smashed” but they are whole.

Was there for breakfast. I had a reservation. When arriving, there was no hostess there to greet us. It took quite awhile before someone to greet us. We were seated outside as requested. The table was unbalanced, but I was able to fix that. The server was nice and attentive. Our meals were very good. We were not being rushed whatsoever to leave. The only issue we had were the wasps. Pesky things. But we wanted to sit outside. I definitely will come back.

I want to love it here but the service was slow, food not as described on menu and is expensive for what we got. We have experienced better food etc from this restaurant but lately it has been disappointing. Hopefully it’s just a blip….they have one of the most picturesque locations! Please be better - fast!

I had the 5.99 breakfast and it wasn't worth the money or the time to eat it. The sausage was the kind you'd get at Denny's 20 years ago - greasy and no flavour - the bacon was overdone, the eggs were overdone and the one small piece of toasted sourdough was not enough. The regular coffee is also Denny's from 20 years ago. It was really, really awful. The redeeming qualities were the drinks, the service and the view. Based on the "food" on my plate, I would NOT recommend this meal at all.

The service is very slow!!! Not so much the kitchen but to order and getting drinks is very slow! It's sad we have only been there 3 times and know to get 2 drinks at once because you may never see the server again for a second. Other that slow service its great!

We had a nice, quiet spot outside on the patio. It's so hard to find a restaurant that isn't loud and full of TV screens. So the Tavern was a great change. Loved watching the golfers on the course.

Waitress spilt mimosa all over us… and broke the glass… three of us covered in orange juice … least she could have done is not charge us … but she did… and then dropped s knife in our glass … then dropped food our water !

We arrived on time for our 7:00 p.m. reservation. we had a nice table at the rail. After first ordering drinks we ordered entrees. It was one hour and twenty minutes before food arrived. I had ordered Stone Fruit Salad with Chicken. What I got was Beet Salad. I told the server there was no fruit in the salad but she insisted this was the Stone Fruit Salad. This was not even a good Beet Salad! We were approached by the manager and asked how our experience was and she was told it was poor. She said she would speak with the server and we were discounted 20% on our bill and given 2 $20 coupons for future use.

The food at the buffet was very good, however most of it was cool once it got back to the table. The meat was tough for the steaks and chicken from the BBQ. We arrived early and were asked to sit and wait for our table by an open door. It was very cold; many staff saw our discomfort but none offered to close the door.

Food took over 45 minutes and came out overcooked. I wasn't waiting another 45 to get replacement meal. Sure it was busy due to Father's Day but no offer of anything was disappointing. Have had tournament food there before and was delicious

Went on a Monday...half price appies all night was the theme. All 3 appies we ordered were a 10 out of 10. Drinks were reasonably priced. Unknown gem of a restaurant in Abbotsford...would highly recommend
