with pancetta, egg yolk, cream, parmesan& fresh black pepper
toasted ciabatta, fresh tomatoes, garlic and extra virgin olive oil
avocados, tomatoes, green and red onions, bacon, gorgonzola and hearts of palm with herb vinaigrette
Although me and my party arrived about 30 minutes early, we were seated, eventually. The lead host and what appeared to be the management staff were very courteous, attentive and kind. Our server was timely, cool and cordial. Although, it appeared that he was not too familiar with the menu.
As well, we were not given table complements like bread/oil which other tables were given offered/given upon being seated. The food was okay. We had the burger and a pasta dish along with a library of sides. The burger meat was good, texture was succulent. However, the seasoning and dressing were not too favorable. As well, the pasta was bland and tasted over cooked. ...like it had been cooked prior to ordering - in bulk - and warmed up upon delivering to the floor. Nice vibe in the space though. You should certainly try it out.
No server came to our table. We sat for 15 minutes before I had to speak with a manager about it.
We were seated on the patio. Fun time in a busy Sunday morning. We really enjoyed our meals. A bloody Mary would have been nice. No fault of the staff. I would gladly do it again.
Fun time here on a Friday afternoon with my friend food and cocktails amazing!
Had a great time, wonderful food! Great location too!
Manager was great! Had an amazing birthday brunch!
The food was bleh for the price. Also very small portion sizes, only got 6 individual raviolis on my plate…would be fine if cheaper
Great service and food!
I liked the outdoor dining option with the patio. The pasta melted in my mouth!
The food was horrible. The pizza was equivalent to a frozen pizza that was undercooked. I cant even imagine the incompetence required to screw up a pizza in a brick oven. The server, while very nice, probably had a 5th graders comprehension level. The waiter had long very dirty fingernails as well. Too bad because the place is a great space and beautiful location and I probably won't ever give it another try.
Food was great and the ambiance was amazing. Our food was slightly delayed which we assumed was due to low staffing. That being said, we packed our patience and enjoyed a nice dinner out with the girls.
Good food and experience. Portions a tad small for the price.
Really heavy on the butter/oil in every entree to the point of both the fish and the pasta dishes swimming in a pool on the plate. Waitress was lovely and professional but asking for a side of spaghetti and having it served dry with nothing on it and being offered some olive oil kinda doesn’t cut it.
Service was great, but food was very bland
This was my first time dining here. If I’m going to break my diet, I’ll choose pasta over desserts, anytime. My dish, Paglia e Fieno, was worth the sacrifice. Our server, Donte, was friendly and accommodated our special seating request. Parking was a challenge and the parking garage nearby was pricey.
The kitchen put my salmon on my friends plate and when I asked for my salmon they charged us for both orders of salmon, which we only ordered one. The manager looked tipsy as if he was drinking all morning and don’t follow COVID 19 guidelines. Food was great the service isn’t so great.
Disappointing. Arrived at 1230pm. Waiter showed up at 1240pm. Got water and drinks between 1245-1250pm. Placed our food order then as the restaurant was busy. Table of 4 sat down behind us around 1245pm. Around 110pm, table behind us got their food. Around 120pm asked the waiter and he said there were issues in the kitchen (he was very apologetic and offered us free dessert). Food showed up around 130pm. I didn't realize poached eggs were supposed to be hard boiled. Generally a very disappointing experience for us as we have been going to this place since it opened. One of the owners/managers was there and spent time chatting with friends but did not ever take the time to come over and apologize. It will be a while before we consider them as a place to go for a meal.
Service team was unorganized and food missed expectations by a land slide
Dinner was enjoyable and service was great.
Taverna is consistently good in every way….service, food, atmosphere! It’s my go-to I’m Atlanta!
The quality of the food has gone way down for the price.
It was my friends birthday which was notified on the reservation but was never acknowledged by anyone.
We ordered eggs Benedict which came with a side of potatoes. The order came without them. The truffle risotto barely had any truffles… disappointed.
Wow, loved the new menu. Taverna has stepped up its game. The new chef from Naples revamped the menu and added some great additions. Anthony, the manager is on spot, checking tables and making sure everything and everyone was happy.
The food and service at Taverna it’s excellent.
The service was not good nor was the food. This is the 4th time I have been to Taverna and I have been disappointed. I will not be returning for a while.
It was an awesome place for Thursday night to wind down and enjoy a nice meal and drink. the place is for any occasion.
We visited on a Sunday for my and just made the $3.00 Mimosas! Be sure to arrive before 2:30 because they stop close to 3pm for the brunch Mimosas. Our food was delicious! I had the Avocado toast and had them place a hard fried egg on top. My friend Michelle had pasta with chicken and it was delicious! The service was great! I don’t know our servers name but he made it happen with us arriving late and accommodated our Mimosas. He was superb! I don’t know his name but he had was the best!!! Try the Tiramisu 💕🤩😋We plan on going back with my sister soon! This place will be one of my new spots to dine! Dinner production meeting!
They cancelled our reservation and didn’t honor our open table booking
Very disappointing experience
Service was poor: the server didn’t give us what we ordered for appetizers; I had to keep reaching out to him to ask for beverages. The food was tasteless.
Not a repeat for us
Fun place for brunch on a Saturday! And they accept reservations!
We made a reservation kind of last minute on Open Table. They seated us right on time. We asked if we could sit outside; they at first said no, then re-checked the schedule and said they did have an open table outside. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable; just a little slow but the restaurant was crowded.
Portions of pasta were totally different than usual. My spaghetti is normally double what it was. I even asked if they accidentally gave me a side portion
Great food and nice service, The music a little too loud otherwise a very nice dinner.
We had a great time for a quick friends’ lunch. The food is amazing and the service was stellar. I can’t wait to go back and try new things!
Excellence service and food was great!
Food and ambiance were great. The only critiques I had were that the tables were very close and felt crowded in the patio area and that the dishes were quite small and not very filling.
The food was great!
