   Nicer Greek/Mediterranean place. The most fantastic hummus ever. Some fun cocktails and wine selections (Lebanon reds are great). Nice decor with a modern cozy vibe.

   This is a hip and nifty place with unusual menu items. It has a lot of style and is an asset to the North Shore. I love what they are doing here! It does however seem like a lot of fuss over hummus and pita. The lamb kabob was actually sort of a molded sausage of ground lamb on a skewer. The lamb ragu hummus was sort of just a ladle of pasta sauce with ground lamb in the middle of a dish of hummus. The Israeli salad was sparse on the tomatoes to save money. The waiter had no wine serving skills. The dining room is packed too dense with tables and is not relaxing. When I go back I'll get seafood items and no hummus to try some other options.

    We had an excellent meal at Tavi for Mothers Day. The food and drinks were excellent and fairly priced. As big fans of Shaya and Saba we had high expectations and Tavi did not disappoint. The Lamb Kebabs and Wild Mushroom Hummus were our favorites. Don’t sleep on the falafel either!

    I would recommend everyone try Tavi, but it wasn’t a restaurant that I felt I HAVE to go back to. I found the appetizers and desserts to be better than the entrees. It was quite loud, but may have just been bc we went on a busy night.

    Great night out with friends! We ordered small plates and shared around the table. Food was AMAZING. Each dish better than the last. A bit noisy for conversation, but an overall wow-factor that is rare to find in other local Mediterranean restaurants.

    Overall good experience. Need an alternative to the very average French fries with the Lamb Burger. Hummus is excellent as always. Small one person side salad would be nice option. The pita bread was not replenished without asking.

    The food is consistently excellent-good sized appetizers and entrees which may be shared in order to explore a variety of flavors! The staff is always attentive and yet respectful of ongoing conversations etc.

    Obviously Tavi gets rave reviews. Perhaps because it is a novelty or middle eastern food lovers have been amongst the first to visit Tavi. For us, it was an uneventful experience. We had fried chicken hummus, a kitchen sink salad and the lamb shank. All were well prepared, but it just didn’t do it for us. Not our cup of tea. Might revisit next year if the restaurant remains in business. It was not overly business for a Saturday night.

    Went for birthday lunch. Mushroom hummus and bread were amazing. Atmosphere and noise level much improved from prior visits. I do love Tavi but i feel its overpriced. Drinks are so expensive, including a non- alcoholic flavored tea. Mixed drinks are ridiculously priced. I also wish they had some additional menu options that didn’t include bread. If you start off with the hummus appetizer, youre not looking to have a sandwich or anything else made with bread. Salad menu could be tweaked. Biggest concern is price which makes it a place we ll have to reserve for special occasions only.

    Best meal we’ve had in a long time! We went with friends from San Francisco and they agreed. Amazing cocktails, Israeli Chardonnay, mushroom hummus, Israeli Salad, grilled shrimp, and dessert to die for. Outstanding service. It was loud - but that’s because it was busy.     Wow! Our overall experience was fantastic. Food delicious, generous portions, and the pita bread is the bomb! Service was wonderful. Our server did a fantastic job explaining the menu options. Help us select a tasty bottle of wine to accompany dinner. Next time, I save room for dessert.

    Fabulous food! Well worth the hype. We ordered the fried chicken hummus (amazing!), the sea bass and the hangar steak. All were excellent. The waitress brought us out an order of dark chocolate sorbet even though we hadn’t ordered it because she knew I wanted dessert and the kitchen was closing. Very sweet. Overall, an excellent dining experience and we will be back!

    The food is incredible - we shared the Wild Mushroom Hummus and The Lamb Kebab! We were greeted by the hostess, Diamond, with a beautiful, friendly smile. Our server, Rebecca, was delightful and very attentive.

    Such a yummy after church lunch! The fried chicken hummus was delicious! My husband had the lamb burger and it was also very yummy. Best pita with olive oil… after our small plates I was stuffed!

    Great experience. Second time at Tavi, and they’ve really got it all together. Service was very good, ambiance is incredible, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had. If you haven’t been to Tavi you need to go now!
