HARD TO FIND- you must go INTO Eataly and go all the way to the back of that area and upstairs. Better signage needed!! We had brunch for 5 of us- all enjoyed their meals. The frittata (eggs/potatoes/sausage) was excellent. Eggs Benedict seemed small but was extremely filling, the underlying biscuit was a harder biscuit type that was good but a little different than what I expected (perfectly cooked asparagus orders with that was very good). Ricotta pancakes with strawberry jam was very good though billed as fluffy seemed regular sized. One issue-the greens that came with the eggs Benedict were extremely salty- what happened?? Please - kitchen has to lighten up on salt in greens, or else I’ve got to remember to specify LOW salt. Wait staff attentive, though they forgot our water - minor point. It IS a bit noisy but loved the hanging plants and greenery. NOTE: Even the Pru concierge couldn’t help us find this place, not on the map- these directions /signage could be vastly improved. Overall good experience. Also they DO validate parking so you get a discount in the Pru garage.

We arrived ten minutes early and were seated immediately but then waited almost 30 minutes for water and menus. I received the wrong entree, but since our server didn’t return to our table to check on us for almost half an hour my two companions were done with their meals before I could even get mine corrected. I settled for just eating my salad and having the entree removed from the bill. Thought I have a treat for dessert to make up for the missed meal. Ordered a millefiore - multilayered laminated pastry. Burnt to a crisp and so bitter as to be inedible. Sent that back too after picking of a bite or two of the fruit and cream filling. Bill comes - my entree and the char broiled pastry (over $45 in charges) still on it. Server has the audacity to sound surprised that I don’t want to pay for invisible or inedible food.

Excellent server on the outside, rooftop, terrace. We barely mentioned that it was my daughter's 14th birthday and they brought a candle and ice cream and sang. Awesome 70s/80s music that even my daughter loved. One of our favorite spots for daytime libations.

Bad bad service. Tried to order an appetizer and 30 minutes later when we asked about it he muttered something and brought us a menu. We then asked again and he informed us that we in fact did not, despite it being the first thing we ordered. He brought it out after the food and was rude for the remainder of the meal. I expect much better service for a $300 meal

This was a dinner to celebrate my daughter's grad school graduation. We had to wait for our table, even with a reservation, but the host was accommodating, apologetic and professional. The server, food and beverages were all top notch! And the icing on the cake was the surprise ice cream treat for my daughter in honor of her master's degree. Unexpected but so appreciated!

Our servers were friendly and despite all the previous reviews I thought they were fabulous. Food and drinks were on point. But. It is loud. We were seated in the open in a really tight spot so not private. The ceilings are very high and scenery is beautiful but acoustics not too good.

This was my third time here and the chef and staff never disappoint. I brought an out of town guest knowing that they would be delighted. The food is delicious because every ingredient is so fresh. The menu changes regularly, I suspect due to the use of fresh available stock. The chefs know how to create both new and different dishes, but also show a smart take on reliable in-demand offerings. Service here is always sharp and today was just perfect. I also made two last minute changes to our reservation, since we had to wait for that out of towner to arrive, and the management was accommodating and so nice about it. Just keep in mind that lingering afterward is bad form because it is so popular. Terra, and Eataly as a whole experience, is so popular, and lingering sets everyone back. If you want to keep the ambiance going, I suggest that you walk the markets downstairs and grab some delicious goodies for home.

Hi - we waited over 45 minutes for our table. One of our party of 3 has medical concerns and eventually had to give up and go back to his hotel. We kept being reassured the table was coming but it went on and on as the restaurant had booked a too large party for the space. I asked the manager to at least comp our drinks - she never did. Once my cousin and I were seated, the service was excellent and the food good. The manager never came back to execute the drinks comp and we just gave up at the end b/c it seems like it would take another chunk of time to sort that out. If you are going to make a major mistake, like letting someone with a reservation wait for 45 minutes, you should proactively take care of them when they sit down. Such is life...a priviledged problem to have and everyone is short staffed and frazzled.

Food is always good here, but the portion size it seem to be getting smaller and smaller. If I'm spending nearly $100 on an appetizer, wine, and pasta, I would hope the portions would be reflective of the price.

The ambience is another experience, is the reason I go there. The service is very friendly. Drinks are very good, food is good, feels healthy like with the right amount of salt and species. I went for my bday and the day after cause of the good taste of the whole experience

Very good meal and nice ambience. Service was good but waiter was busy. Pretty loud. A good high end chain restaurant. Prosciutto and mozzarella a tasty start. I had lamb appetizer for a meal and my daughter spinach ravioli (heavy on the butter but otherwise she liked). Trendy feel but nice decor. We would go back.
