Terrapin Cafe @ Marriott Niagara Falls
We went for the most mediocre of breakfast buffets. Terrible. The only saving grace was the omelet station. The chef was great! The service was great and so was the views of the falls. $30. Walk across the street to Tony Roma for breakfast.
Great restaurant to view Niagara Falls! Scheduling restaurant for 8 people was easy utilizing Open Table. However, the hostesses had NO IDEA that Terrapin Charge is available on Open Table. I kept referring to reservation and they said they didn't take reservations for breakfast. I showed them the email of my Open Table reservation, and they agreed "Hey! That is our restaurant, but we don't take breakfast reservations." They were able to accommodate our party of 8 which required Accessible seating since the restaurant wasn't busy. Justin our server was fantastic, and food was good too. Another slight issue we had was when we asked where Terrapin Cafe was located. I asked 2 people in the Marriott Lobby and they had no idea. They said it's not called Terrapin Cafe, it's called Morton's Grill. When we took elevator up to Morton's Grill, there was a poster of Terrapin Cafe featuring breakfast. Also my receipt said Terrapin Cafe. Those latter issues are more with the Marriott Hotel, not Open Table though. But their staff should probably know what and where Terrapin Cafe is and realize that people can book breakfast through Open Table.
