Booked via OpenTable for Sunday 24 September for 5 people We were staying at the Fairmont where this is however after getting ready for what looked like a great evening……. It was shut ! Staff at the hotel informed us it was closed Disappointing to say the least And there were other guests left disappointed too

No food was available. Staff were amazing...couldn't have been nicer !! Music was to loud. AND prices are very high BUT would go again for the staff and the ambiance.

Nacarat is a fantastic spot for a night out with friends or a special date. I highly recommend it for its atmosphere, service, and great drinks and food. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Great location and views and decent cocktails which could use better glassware and presentation for the price. It’s a limited bar food menu that is overpriced and needs a DJ to make the atmosphere better. The hotel it’s in has strange myriad of decors which needs some consistency and love.

Nice view, but the service was slow, I'm pretty sure there was one server for our entire section. People were leaving after 15 min of sitting because no one came to see them. Manager was going to tables asking how the drinks were instead of helping with service.

Drinks are overpriced and and of overwhelmingly poor quality. The bartender in charge seems like the type that chooses drinks that sound fancy and wonderful without any clue as to how to balance them. If you are to go, please do them a favour and order bottles as to make it easier for them to manage.

we got two meals and two drinks, the rosé was okay, the pina colada was okay as well. however the food was extremely below our expectations. the chicken was not fresh, and it did have a strong chicken aftertaste to it (although it was recommended as a popular choice, and we were there on the weekend - you’d expect the food to be the best it could be at that time). the kefta was a very small portion, was dry, but the dressing and the sauce were delicious. not sure how, but the pina colada was also forgotten about, had to mention again that we had ordered one, so it was brought to the table late (not that big of a deal for me personally, but for some it might matter). overall i don’t recommend; at this price point you can go to other places, with better food and service.

Wonderful scenic views of Montreal especially at night. Do recommend reservations and specify if you want a high top table or lounge seating table. We had to flag down a server which was disappointing. However once we did this service was very good.

Our evening was saved by our second server :Ron The food was great but verry pricy Unfortunately the weather changed and rain started And sadly we had super loud pple at the table next to us . Still I recommended it

Une des plus belle terrasse de Montréal. Belle ambiance, foule branchée, mais on s’entend quand même parler. Excellent service. Bonne nourriture mais portions un peu petites.

It was a Pride event. Disappoint that you are assigned a confirmed reservation at a specific time . When you get there you are informed that there are no tables left - as it’s first come first serve. It should be posted that this event is first come first serve for tables. No reflection on Naccarat Terrasse or staff. Erica was truly a great server and managed to keep smiling and provide top quality service.

I booked this place 2 times already and every time I went there - the terrasse was CLOSED! First time it was raining, I understand, but second time, it was beautiful outside and the terrasse was closed! I spent my time to get there again and no result. I’m really upset with the service and the lack of communication.

Lors de ma dernière visite au Nacarat, malheureusement, la météo n'était pas de notre côté et la terrasse était fermée. On nous a donc installés à l'intérieur. Cependant, l'absence de ventilation ou d'air climatisé rendait l'atmosphère étouffante. Heureusement, le service était efficace et nos commandes arrivaient rapidement. J'ai toutefois remarqué un manque de chaleur humaine de la part des serveurs, leur sourire semblait avoir disparu. Mais à bien y réfléchir, travailler dans de telles conditions aurait sûrement eu le même effet sur moi.

Unfortunately, deapite having reserved tables for 15 ppl. They came & moved us! If you are claiming to be good, the first & foremost factor would be treating your guests in the best possible way!

A very fun and enjoyable terrasse. The ambiance was really good. We would definitely go again. The only thing somewhat deceiving thing is that we went for a birthday and I specifically made a note so that we could have a nicer table. That wasn’t at all taken into consideration. That’s all.

The food was way too salty and overpriced! You do not serve a customer asparagus that was so thick that it was inedible! Plus all of the meat was over salted and not of nice quality at all. The salad was nice .but again very salty! The cocktails were fabulous but that wa sit! They need to also look at the cleanliness as the chef prepares food without gloves on! Will never go back!
