    Since this place was advertised as a rooftop dining restaurant we were drawn to it based on the scenery from the website. The scenery was nice if you can overcome the fact that you are dining next to the pool while people were still in there. It is not an exclusive rooftop restaurant, it is more like a poolside café. For starters the cocktails are overpriced at $19 each. I ordered the pasta ravioli for $38 and my wife ordered the branzino, market price in the high $40's I expected much better food quality for the price. To start, the calamari appetizer was rubbery and did not taste well. It was way undercooked. My lobster ravioli was cold and the sauce was more like a soup. Not much flavor either unless you cover it with parmesan cheese. Freshly prepared food should not come out of the kitchen cold. The branzino was ok but definitely not worth the price. For dessert we shared a lava cake with vanilla ice cream. The lava cake was cold so there was no lava. It was basically a cold brownie with ice cream. Both the appetizer and the dessert were removed from the bill so that was good. The waiter was very pleasant and very attentive. Tip was already on the bill at 20%, standard for most beach eateries. Overall it is way too pricey for subpar food quality.

    Restaurant is nice and the view is amazing. Although the food runner was self up. I asked for extra ketchup and he never came back he walk past me a few times and avoided eye contact. Mind you there only like 4 tables that day it was super slow. Our food took FOREVER the waiter your food is coming now and came like 30min after that. I then ask the food runner again if I could get extra sauce and turn his head and I said I would appreciate it if you actually bring it this time. He walked off and I didn’t see him again that night. Our server took 20min to bring our check. I’m surprised to have waited that long when it was super dead that day. Our waiter also told us there was no special for the day due to the chef being “lazy” which might have explained to crazy 45plus wait time for 2 entrees. Really nice place probably won’t be coming back though. Food was pretty good at least.

    Mediocre food and drinks. Entrees are exorbitantly priced for the locale. Some rude person’s screaming baby topped the end of the beginning of a planned evening. We left after starting drinks and a shared appetizer. Dated decor in a lower grade condo environment. Nothing about it was worth the price, including the fixed 20% service charge. Would rate lower if OT had the option. Won’t be back.

    The food was good. Our waiter gave us great service always checking on us, making sure everything was good. The drinks was good too, only thing that I didn’t like was the wristbands say we couldn’t eat by the pool. Other than that views was great for specially at night.

    Overall Terrazas is a nice place. Feel it's a little pricey for the food and drink. It is on the 9th Floor of the Hyde Building, so it does have a nice view plus outdoor sitting tables to enjoy the pools.

    Great place to get away from the city ambiance. The servers are welcoming and care ......great crew. The drinks are over priced and the food is good but also overpriced. Dinner there is no salad with entre or sides included. Management wants this place to get full it needs to see what it offers to the customers. I would go there more but the price you pay is a bit too much for what you get. Valet parking is 20.00 at resort if you go to the restuarant. Nice place to visit but the menu needs to include extras and the price has to come down a bit,

    Beyond furious. This was our first and last time EVER at Terrazas! The manager was nasty when I questioned him about the 2 drinks I ordered with dinner. $19.00 for an espresso martini (which is fine) BUT they charged $19.00 for a shot of Baileys to be added to each cocktail. We don’t even pay that much for an espresso martini in NYC when dining at a fine restaurant!!! $38.00 for one cocktail is absurd. Screw this place ! 🤬

    The place is really nice but the pool is a little bit crowded, as we went for Sunday brunch. Service from the host was amazing but the server wasn’t too nice. The food was good in general and the omelette station was amazing. The guys cooking it were very nice and friendly. Good ambiance, more catered to families…ok if you don’t mind the kids running around and people in swimsuits. Not a place to celebrate a special occasion.

    Weird place. Had to wait forever for one elevator for the whole hotel. Got upstairs and you have to walk through the gym to get to the pool, to get to the restaurant. The view is a pool ..unimpressive. The restaurant ambience is more like a hotel cafe than a restaurant. Food was just mediocre. All drinks were 20.00 a pop and their house vodka was Pinnacle. No one drinks Pinnacle. They should be ashamed. Very disappointing.

    Nice place for a casual lunch. The pool was busy but not too bad, and service was pretty good. We had the burger and steak salad, happy with both. Drinks were okay, nothing special but not a dealbreaker. A nice spot, would definitely come back when we’re in the area.

    The portions were very small and not worth the money. We each got 6 ravioli for $40. Also the seating is not right on the water as there are pool chairs out front so you’ll be able to see out into the water, but not the beach itself

    The menu at the restaurant is not the same as the menu on OpenTable… and neither are correct (my dish was at it was presented on the physical menu, my date’s dish was as it was presented on the e-menu). The components of the dish also didn’t overly go together from a flavor and texture profile. Also very overpriced. Rang up a $150 bill with 1 appetizer, 2 pasta entrees, and no drinks (which are $20 each). Wait times to get our food were also absurd. I will note that this was the 2nd time that we had come to this restaurant and the first time yielded alright results, so I will note that your experience will be a product of your server and what you order. I don’t love the inconsistency though.

    We went to celebrate our anniversary there and the place was nice. The server was terrible. She seemed like she did not want to be there. After our appetizers arrived she did not come back for almost 20 minutes to take our dinner order. The server looked like a mess. She didnt even do her hair. While my girlfriend and I were dressed up in a cocktail dress and I was in a suit. Then they had the audacity to charge us 20% gratuity for terrible service. We only left 10% and walked out. Wouldn’t recommend.

    I reserve a table outside and when I arrived they told me that it was no table outside for me if I want inside, I said no, I reserved a table outside and I had the confirmation. The lady told me that the confirmation does not guarantee the reservation. So, what is the point of the reservation I said? In the end, she gives me a table outside by the door entrance, I was so disappointed but I didn't want to ruin the night for my guest. Conclusion: I am not going to return to this restaurant again.

    This place was very beautiful, on the 9th floor of the Hyde Hotel! Very affordable, brunch was really tasty, as well as options for fresh omelette, and waffles. The view was beautiful. The restaurant is by an outdoor pool, with the other hotel residents etc, which wasn’t really a problem. Nice ambience and the waitress was very nice. Overall a great experience!!

    The restaurant itself on the inside is quite unappealing. However, outside by the pool area is very nice. Very nice views. However, the food was just fair. The service was very good, quite expensive for the quality of the food
