   Our waitress was wonderful, quick, attentive and kind. It was a farewell coworker lunch and almost no one had been shockingly and they all loved it and would be back esp for the private courtyard patio. Prices are very fair, authentic Italian.

   Left a note saying it’s for my birthday when reserving the table, but our server was unaware of it. Found a hair in the food but our server fixed it right away by comping the dish. Other than that, don’t know why would we be leaving a note about occasion for if it’s wasn’t brought to our server’s attention.

   Dined with a friend here at the end of May '23. Very busy inside and was lucky enough to get a table on the delightful patio at the back. Service was excellent. Our waitress was one of those treasures with 360 degree vision and I was never without refreshment. My carpaccio starter was just superb. For the main I went for Tonnarelli alla Norcina. Filling and tasty. We shared a wonderful tiramisu. Just a delightful location for a memorable date. Oh, and you have to check out the washrooms.

   Terrible service. They are rude, they rush you, and give you lots of attitude. The restaurant itself is quite loud, and the food arrived at the same time as the appetizers and was burnt. The waitress even expressed her disappointment in the tip we gave her, even though it was 15% (which she certainly did not deserve). 0/10, would not recommend, and definitely not coming back here again.

   Great food and helpful service. It gets quite loud inside in the evening, but the patio seating is a quiet refuge.

   Arrived in wheelchair. Mike (manager) quick to accommodate with ramp up stairs (heritage building). Received by Ryan, charming assistant manager , who moved tables and took initiative to ensure we had the right spot and table. Server, Ruth, gave great recommendations and service was very fast. Best part of meal was the Cappuccino and butterscotch pudding to cap the night before our play. Lovely experience for my wife and I on our anniversary.

   Terroni has declined: terrible service to the point of being neglectful. Water not refilled, orders forgotten, other orders wrong. Had to search for server numerous times. Won’t be back.

    Service wonderful. Food is great, but I am a fan of cacio a pepe so I have had too many in lifetime to say I have had better but it's freshly made pasta and deserves the credit.

    Disappointed that they were unable to accommodate modifications/omissions to menu items. Was told they are not open to this. Not impressed with this. I have dined here several times & this last visit was not what I have come to expect.

    We went to the Opera and this one seemed to be the only Italian place around there that was open on a sunday. It is very big but we had a nice waiter the food was good it came quickly and overall we were very pleased to find it. It seemed a bit pricey for four but that seems to be the way it goes everywhere these days. I would recommend it it was a very nice place.

    Did not like being seated as part of a longer table with 4 strangers. Had requested a table upstairs on balcony level. A table of our own would have made it better. Our server was great and so was our food

    Fantastic food. A little loud but we went at a very busy time. Helpful server was great with wine recommendations and they were able to accommodate my severe food allergy. Will be going back!

    Lively place with an interesting menu and good cocktails. Our friendly waiter made our experience fun. He helped us with menu choices and told us about the history of the building. My only complaint would be how close the tables are but they did accommodate us with a table for 2 to start off our couples weekend in Toronto.

    3 out of 4 of us did not care for our Entree. Overly priced. Service was fine. The Building is kinda cool. Music was too loud as it made it hard to converse. Overall I probably wouldn’t rush back. Would prefer to try some other restaurants as we were disappointed.

    It was quick service which was appreciated but it was extremely loud and my friend and I had to literally yell across the table to converse. I told the hostess on the way out and she said she would let someone know.

    We arrived early and were seated a little bit early which was nice. Our server took our order and our appetizers and salads seemed to come relatively quickly. We then waited close to an hour for our food to come. And when it came, two dishes came for our party of 4 and then it took 10 minutes for the other two dishes to be served. When we said something to our waitress she had an attitude. She told us that the kitchen was working as quickly as they could and that there was a large party that had to be served first as in crappy service should be acceptable. I asked to speak to a manager, and it took another 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the table. She was nice and offered to comp any desserts that we wanted, but that was not the point and we weren’t going to eat dessert. She wound up taking one of our appetizers off the check, but once again, I really wasn’t looking for a freebie. I was just looking for reasonable service. I think the service at this restaurant is atrocious.

    Took my inlaws here for their first every experience at an Italian restaurant! We ordered four entrees and a charcuterie board and they just about devoured everything in sight. They did say that the shrimp in one dish was pretty overcooked (they were right, though the dish was still very edible) but they were delighted by the whole experience anyhow.

    Been going to Terroni for years. Sadly our latest experience wasn’t too great. We had a large group and I asked ahead to ensure we were able to accommodate a stroller and they put us in the basement which was freezing cold and dark. Hard to be in the mood for eating down there. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and we had a baby but I’d rather have gone for lunch at all if we were gonna be banished to the basement. Otherwise food was good and consistent just not the best experience this time.

    Food was just fine - not the most authentic Italian. Wide selection of reasonably priced wine. Food came out quickly, but service was slow at best. Waiters clearly overburdened with many tables. Bass is VERY loud in the dining area, as was to be expected at a downtown restaurant on the weekend. Found a very long hair cooked into my pizza.
