The service and the history of the building were definitely highlights of the night. The venue itself is quite busy, tight space and loud. But the fast service and quality of food is totally worth nothing this restaurant down as one of my usuals moving forward!

Service was appalling. You can’t make up for missing the key steps at the beginning, refusing to entertain any simple modifications for an 8yo, and then insulting your elderly diners, and your general surly tone, by checking in overly frequently after the food has already been served. You failed on some pretty basic stuff. The restaurant wasn’t busy and we weren’t offered drinks at the start, in fact didn’t see a waiter for too long that we simply didn’t bother to order wine. We eventually were able to order our food 25 minutes after we entered the restaurant.

Will not be going back. Pastas were very dry and had no flavour to them. Barely any sauce. Asked for some cheese and extra sauce but waitress totally forgot to bring it. Service was very delayed. Not worth the prices.

I live in Hamilton, took the GO train in to see a concert, this was the perfect choice for dinner. Great food, fantastic service and good location, my friend and I walked from the train station and then to the concert. The only thing I would suggest and my apologies if I hadn't noticed this when I booked reservations, my friend has a bad knee and walking the stairs to get to the third level was challenging for her. Perhaps you consider this during the booking reservation - again you may have asked and I didn't notice. Aside from that - the experience was fabulous and we will be back again with more friends. Thank you.

Our waiter was phenomenal. He was so attentive with our requests and service of our next courses. He was knowledgeable with the menu and gave very good recommendations that the party enjoyed and he’s friendly too! He’s pretty exceptional, top quality! Our dining experience was smooth and great. We went for a business meal and had a party of 10, and we’ll definitely return!!

Unfortunately our party had some poor luck with the quality of our food and the general ambiance of the night. We have had some really fun memories and meals shared over the years at this location however over the past months things have not been the same. Sadly we will not be returning.

Great atmosphere. Teroni is a beautiful restaurant with great service, but the food is mediocre. The flourless cake was delicious though overall it was overall a bit overpriced for what we ordered.

Really enjoyed our time at Terroni. The starter dish was delicious with the fresh burrata. Both pasta dishes were yummy but a little too Al Dente for us. Pizza was phenomenal, not too greasy or soggy and you could really taste the fresh ingredients.

Our pizza was baked to perfection. Tomato sauce was sweet, like the sauce my Calabrese mother-in-law used to make. Pasta was cooked al dente, as it should be. Thanks for the lovely meal.

Every thing was absolutely divine. Only think is that it’s quite noisy. Music is so loud that I had a hard time hearing my husband. And because of the music, people are talking even louder at each table so its hard to relax.

Loud, but great service, food, and wine selection. Also loads of options for gluten free/celiac diners. Our server (friendliest woman in the world originally from #HamOnt) was terrific - knowledgeable and helpful. They also can cork the bottle for you if you don’t finish all your wine, so no need to worry about splurging on a good bottle. The burrata was phenomenal as was the gluten free lava cake.

Incredible food and service ! Our server had fantastic wine and menu selections. She was so kind and efficient to our whole group . As well, she made my 12 year old son feel extra special, loved that she called him by name ! The food was delicious and was timed perfectly. The manager checked in to see how we were doing, bar staff delivered our drinks and busers kept our table clean. Fabulous team. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you
