I understand it was a Friday night and it was busy. However, our server greeted us and didn’t check back on us for about 20 minutes or even more. It wasn’t until I told another server that we hadn’t been helped in awhile that she finally came. We ordered our apps and drinks but needed more time to look over the menu for entrees. She disappeared for a couple more minutes again. It was disappointing to see other tables get serviced while we were forgotten about. Towards the end of our experiences, another server was transparent with us and told us that our original server was busy and she would be helping us. I would've appreciated it if the service towards the end, where multiple people were helping us, was the same throughout.

I've been to this Terroni location multiple times for business meetings, and usually I would give you 5 star reviews all across the board. I feel the service lacked yesterday. A little disappointed considering it was a very important lunch meet. But food and ambience sort of made upf for it.

Best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to! The food was amazing and the server was great. The people at the front desk could have been nicer, they had a bit of an attitude. The delicious food and the nice server made up for it though. I will definitely be going back!

The food is delicious but all our pastas came cold and all were very undercooked. The service was extremely slow but I felt bad for our server who was managing an entire section by themselves with two large parties in it. It’s so overpriced for undercooked cold pasta.

Another great meal at one of our favourite local restos. It was completely full on this Saturday but lots of staff to handle us. Our server was great. The prices are creeping up but that seems to be pretty normal with all the restaurants, as food inflation is everywhere.

Super disappointed tonight. Booked two reservations, one for my husband and I, second for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 13th birthday. I put a note on the reservation that they would be dining together celebrating her birthday. Also told the hostess to specifically ask for a candle and there was nothing. Super disappointed that my daughter didn’t get a candle or any recognition of her birthday. Service for both us and my daughter was meh at best. So much for a birthday celebration. I guess 13 is just a number.

We had a great first time dinner. Thank you for allowing us to come downstairs where it’s quiet enough for me to hear. The noise level was way too high, amd the light level way too low. I’m not looking for a bright am/ience, but when a flashlight is required to read a menu, that a bit precious. Patrick, our server, was exceptional! My Branzino Was perfectly cooked, as I would have myself. dales Salmon was also perfectly cooked, to medium rare. An excellent meal for both of us. Thank you. M and D

Best pizza in town. 😊 I enjoyed every bite, and so did my friends. The only negative thing is the noise, but that is only natural when the restaurant is really popular and most of the time is filled to capacity.

Very unfriendly cranky male server. Never had such a bad waiter. Didn’t speak to us. After we placed order and it was brought to our table he didn’t check on us until he slammed bill on table. No offer of another drink. Coffee. Dessert. Didn’t check if meals ok. Very disappointed.

The salad was very good. The pizza required a microscope to find the Gorgonzola. And our wait staff member must have been having a bad day. Terroni, based on my last few visits, is resting on its laurels and past fame. It is now vastly overrated and entirely too smug. Get a grip folks.

The Friuli was delicious and the pasta al limone and ricchia salad predictably and consistently fantastic -- we took an extra salad home!

The Tagliere was good, appreciated the jam and honey with the cheeses. We were in 4, they could have put 4 slices of mortadella instead of 3. The Spritz was nice but the prosecco was very little. Pizza approved.

Food was amazing! We loved every bite! Just very cramped and loud but looks overall nice. Need more servers as our server barely got to us because the poor thing was run off her feet.

Terroni is now nothing more than a pizza restaurant. A few other items on the menu like pasta and the every Italian restaurant fish Branzino. No problem with that. Their pizzas are good. Why on earth an Italian restaurant cannot make a pizza like you get it Rome baffles me. I personally think Terroni is a decent spot but way over rated. It was busy and noisy so I guess people like it. I much prefer their other spot. Stock. Better seating. Way better menu. First waiter and terrible table by the bathroom had serious attitude so we asked to move tables. The gentleman who served us at the new table was excellent.

We are regulars at Terroni and went to celebrate my daughter‘s 12th birthday. Our waitress started screaming at us when we asked for Parmesan for our pizza. My daughter’s grandparents were extremely uncomfortable and it absolutely ruined our evening. Some training is definitely required for the service staff.

Food was not very good! Ordered the calamari but served with just a slice of lemon no sauce on the side . Pizza was not hot and very soggy! A bit disappointing!

The service has always been really slow even at times when they aren’t busy. The kitchen won’t permit any substitutions and I couldn’t eat the spaghetti shape of pasta (I required an accommodation) and the substitution was refused. I had to get gluten free pasta to get a different shape (I’m not gluten free) so I ended up having to eat something that I didn’t really want. Objectively the food was good but I ordered what I didn’t want due to the substitution issue. Also the restaurant is open concept and really noisy.

If you want a lovely Italian meal with great specials and very nice mostly Italian wine list Terroni Price delivers! Its a bustling and busy place so sometimes the service gets a little overwhelmed but people are very friendly. A consistently yummy experience!
