    The food is always delicious! Some portions were tiny relative to previous dining experiences. We ordered olives and bread and we literally had 8 olives in a bowl and the bread basket had 4 slices of bread and cost $8. I realize that quality food is expensive but this was exaggerated. Also, table staff would ask to remove our plates even when our plates were still half full, Terroni needs to revisit their menu portions to offer better value to their guests.

    I've always found it be a really nice experience there but yesterday the waiter was very unpleasant. I was there with a donor from my not-for-profit and it did not give a great impression, tbh.

    Hi... I prefer to be served by one server...not several as the order gets mixed up.. I ordered a salad to be shared by two people.. but it came on one plate only ... and no extra dish... that is why one server would have been better .. in other restaurants when a salad is shared they usually bring you two separate smaller plates with salad on it.. they did eventually bring a second plate but I had to use my utensils to dish out half the salad to the other person... attention to details like that would be appreciated..

    For the first since we go to Terroni the pasta were not that great they were dry. But the pizza was great and our appetizer. Service was top much.

    The food was great! The waiters are difficult to get ahold of and make it hard to get the bill, get the cake, etc. The price is also very high and is not very affordable. Probably wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

    We had a large party for a landmark birthday, and everything went smoothly. We had a lovely private alcove, and everyone was placed to be able to interact with the group. Sebastian was fantastic: attentive, authentic and kind. The food was great and up to the Terroni standard, and we did not feel rushed. Most importantly, the birthday honoree loved it. I would invite the host to always let elderly people know about the elevator, so they know that's available. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

    Far too much attitude for mediocre food. Greeters were uninformed. Waiter was no where to be found. Drop the attitude please and allow balsamic vinegar to be served with the evoo, would improve the very average pizza.

    Excellent service from Peter and Pradnya. Peter was very helpful - recommended a wine and pizza and pasta choices, checked in on us often and was very attentive and friendly . Pradnya was very pleasant. Mushroom salad was excellent as was Rigatoni and Pappardelle pasta. Li Pecuri pizza was a good vegetarian choice. The Tiramisu was good and the strudel was okay. Hostess at the exit was very helpful with the items available for purchase and with recommendations. The only negative was we did not get to try the bread with the olive oil as it never came to our table - minor issue as the dinner overall was great.

    Service and atmosphere is great (we sat on the rooftop patio) and usually the food is excellent. I had branzino which lived up to its billing but my friend ordered a pasta dish that she had to send back because it was cold. A second dish eventually appeared that was only lukewarm. She didn’t say anything to the waiter as I was already mostly through my meal but took most of her meal home to heat up later.

    Rooftop patio on a gorgeous evening was great. Food? My Rigatoni Amatriciano was forgettable. Asked for spaghetti instead of rigatoni. No substitutions. Asked for balsamic vinegar. We don’t have balsamic vinegar. Oh well.

    We were assigned to a table for 2 is a busy and noisy row but the waiter found us a table on his own without being asked that was apart. He was one of the best waiters whom we have ever had as he was attentive not once after we had been served but during the entire meal. The food as always was outstanding; the sardines were so tender and tasty. Both my wife and I felt it was a night to remember.

    I always love the rooftop patio at Terroni on Price. The service and food are exceptional. We were there for my boyfriends birthday and luckily the weather was a bonus. Our server Tony went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you to the team at Terroni, we will be back soon.

    Our server was rude and did a very poor job. After pouring our water she disappeared and when we told her we wanted to order drinks she was snarky. She did not tell us the specials nor ask if we wanted wine. We had to ask for the wine list which she only brought when we were half through our dinners so we didn’t bother. She later brought an out of date dessert menu along with the current one which was confusing. Two of our party said their dinners were luke warm and the vegetable entree was disappointing. The terrace is beautiful but lousy service put a damoer on the evening.

    Food was pretty good but service was awful. Items kept being forgotten by our server and we were rarely checked on. It was a bday dinner for our family with 2 little ones but our meal took over 3 hours and not because we were ordering a lot. We kept trying to flag people down to help us but didn’t get much assistance.

    i need to start by saying that roberto is and was exactly what i hoped for in a server. he is attentive, smart, and made our time enjoyable. unfortunately, the other server and food attendants were AWFUL. they asked my companion and me to move plates and cutlery, made us do their work, and acted oblivious and stupid, frankly. i have rarely been more disappointed about service, especially since i spend so much money at terroni, and i am very generous to staff. the younger staff are completely ignorant and unprofessional. i might not return because i need professional staff when i am paying more than $300 per meal. to say i am horrified is an understatement.

    We had the worst service ever! Our server was rude to us and attended all the tables around us except us. We had to ask other staff for water, menus, and even our bill. We were there for two hours, however our server only came to our table twice. Our entire experience was ruined due to their pathetic service!

    Storm in a teacup. It was what I felt when we came there. We had a reservation at 6:30 pm, and we just came in at about 7 pm because there was a line of people who also had a reservations at this time or earlier. On each level we needed to repeat our personal info to be sat. I also required a table at the edge of patio with a city view, but we got a table in the middle of a patio, very close to other guests tables. We were told it was because of the rain, but above our table there was no tent, and some time after, other people were sat in a good spot with a city view far from crowded place, so I didn’t get a idea why it was forbidden for us to sit at the edge of patio. The food was really tasty, I like what we ordered. However the service wasn’t as good as food. No napkins, salt, pepper on the table, our pizza wasn’t cut on slices, we did it ourselves. Waiters were so busy and active, and every time we had a new waiter to serve us. We had an occasion, so I chose among lots of top roof restaurants in Toronto to celebrate it. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

    Food was not up to par - ordered a caprese salad and the presentation and quality was very poor. Calamari was the same as well. Got our bill right after and left instead of staying for dinner.

    Lovely experience on the patio by Bar Centrale. Parking was easy and street noise was minimal. As our meal completed a fire alarm occurred and the entire building emptied- perfectly timed for us. Not sure what happened to others who were just starting their meal.

    Made us wait on the sidewalk for 10 mins despite showing up at our reservation time. Doorman was rude, girls at reception rude and aloof. One main course arrived 45 minutes after another even though it was the same order. The pasta was dry and unpleasant and the pizza hard and tasteless. Really poor! Never going back!!

    I arrived for my 6:30 reservation (party of 5) today only to be told that I would be seated at the downstairs bar or if I wanted maybe a table upstairs could be found. I asked for a table upstairs and was ushered through a half empty 2nd floor and given a table on the empty 3rd floor. When I asked if we could be seated on the 2nd floor we were given a table for 4 (the table for 2 next to it was empty) but they refused to enlarge the table and while multiple tables for 5 or 6 were empty. When we complained we were told that there was a large party expected. Eventually an appropriate sized table was found. During the 2 hours that it took our group to order and eat the table for 2 beside the table for 4 that was offered to us was never seated. The service was terrible and we ended up taking dessert to go since our coffees and teas took over 30 minutes to be delivered. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. After many years of patronage I will not be returning to Terroni Price. The hostess staff are extremely rude and the waitstaff are overworked. In a city full of delicious Italian restaurants I will eat elsewhere.
