   Honestly, was excited to try this place, and will never go back. First, we asked for a tablespoon of pasta sauce for my 7 year old daughter to try with the butter pasta dish we ordered for her, just so we'd know if she liked it so we'd know whether to order a dish for her with pasta sauce, instead of plain butter. Terroni would not give us a tablespoon of pasta sauce. Our waitress advised that it is their "policy" not to accommodate this very modest indulgence. We had to order a $19 meatball plate just to get to try the pasta sauce... This, despite us spending almost $400 on dinner. Second, we bought wine, but also asked for water... The water was warm, from the tap (which is fine), but completely warm. No effort to run the tap for even a second, or maybe give it to us with ice? Third, got a pasta dinner, arrived cold (colder than the water, ironically). It was also tasteless, but that was less annoying than the fact it came cold. Fourth, ordered 2 pizzas, restaurant wouldn't cut them for us. Apparently this is also "policy". Fifth, with two children and blazing sun, we asked if we could change tables to the one behind us, in the shade. They said no. We were at our table for over an hour before finishing up and leaving, and by the time we left, nobody had come to sit in the table we had asked to swith to. Sixth, we ordered calamari. Same quality as a random pub, but no dip of any kind. Gross, dry, pub style Calamari without dip. Again, at a premium price. So, if you want warm water, tasteless and cold pasta, a stubborn business model so rigid that they refuse to give a 7 year old child a tablespoon of pasta sauce, despite ordering pasta, and as a table despite spending approximately $400, go to terroni. It amazes me this place has a good reputation, this was honestly a truly awful experience, for a premium price.

   Sat on the rooftop which was really nice, felt like we were on a European island. However, tables were so close together we felt like we were dining with other people and they don’t cut your pizza in slices which was a bit annoying . Prices were reasonable and food was delicious. Service was ok, not the greatest. But great ambience on the rooftop!

   Lovely Venus, menus changes have eliminated some fan favourites, like the butter nut squash pasta dish, and the nice fish fillet with salad option, the calamari frittata is nice with a light batter. Service could step up a notch, good wine menu e but no real knowledge of the wines, I’d like a light Rose - can you help? Got a heavy Orange instead - my fault should have sent it back. The outdoor patio is always nice in Sumer!

   Wonderful spot and a great rooftop patio. We were seated in a very sunny spot but quickly and happily moved to a shady spot. Our Servers were mostly attentive but then the bill took quite some time to come. Main dishes and funghi with arugula was delicious and beautifully presented - caprese salad needed the core of the tomatoes to be fully removed…. for the price. Grazie!

    We booked the patio many weeks ago but when we arrived they said the patio was full due to a private event. This is not acceptable and made for a very disappointing evening.

    As usual, my dining experience at Terroni Price was wonderful. My two friends enjoyed their time very much also. Our waiter was very helpful and charming! He moved us from a table in the sun to one in the shade as well as taking care of all our other needs.

    Getting to the table was hectic and not organized. Lots of tables available but crammed into a corner. Guests behind me kept bumping chairs into mine. First time here. Food was ok, had high expectations that were not met. Our waiter was good though.

    Our dining party sat on the patio. Asked to move tables to be in the shade. Host said all tables spoken for, while seated ask server if we could move to table in shade. Said tables spoken for. Watched tables in shade we requested. No one was seated there during our meal and actually another party asked to move to the shade and was accommodated. One drink was incorrect. Forgot an appetizer, one entree was cold. Tough day at Terroni on this day.

    I always enjoy my time on the roof patio at Terroni's Yesterday was a perfect day for weather, the atmosphere was very happy with many upbeat fellow diners , our waiter was exceptional and the food and wine was delicious as usual.

    Really poor experience. Have been to this restaurant a number of times but will not be going back. Service was poor and not very attentive at all and when food finally arrived only one of the three dishes was good. The pizza wasn’t cut and when asked the restaurant refused to cut the pizza for us. One of the pastas was so flavourless, dry, and bland. Let the server know and she didn’t seem very motivate to correct the issue. Asked to speak to a manager who then took over ten minutes to finally come to the table at which point two of us were almost done eating. Refused to make any substitutions and was unapologetic and made no attempt to correct the issue. This was after our fried calamari appetizer was sent back for being inedibley rubbery and bland. Ended up having to go to another restaurant as we left hungry and incredibly disappointed.

    Rien d'extraordinaire... Vu les prix, on pourrait s'attendre à quelque chose de plus raffiné. L'endroit est sympa, bien décoré mais les plats sont juste moyens et à un prix ecorbitant pour ce que c'est.

    I was most disappointed that we ( with children) were taken to a back room normally reserved for parties when the entire restaurant was empty. We were out by 7:00 and the restaurant was half full at this time. Poor judgement on the part of the host staff. 5:30 is a time for families and most are out in 1 1/2 hours. Our grandchildren love it and we will be back because of this reason.

    Really great food + ambience but the service was not great. The hostesses at the front door were rude and uninviting. They didn't offer so much as a hello and left us standing (uncertain what was going on) for 2-3 minutes before stating that we could go upstairs (without any directions for the rooftop patio which is a little confusing to get to). The Hosts on the rooftop were not particularly friendly either, again, no greeting. I typically wouldn't complain, but as a former hostess, this is just bad service, especially with the restaurant's prices. My impression was that the hosts reserved their higher quality of service for clients based on appearance. Again, loved the food, and the restaurant is beautiful, but the host's job is quite literally to set the tone of service and it was bad.
