The birthplace of Terroni— 720 Queen Street West is where it all began. When we opened in 1992, with seating for a handful of people, word of mouth quickly made Terroni Queen a neighbourhood favourite.

If you're looking for Italian food, this is the right place. We went for a lemon spaghetti and ricotta ravioli; both were incredibly tasty. The pasta was super fresh, with top-notch ingredients. Regarding the staff, they were super nice and our waiter helped us with the wine selection. (And if you have a sweet tooth, the desserts we had were outstanding).

A bit too noisy and overpriced for the quality of the food. Pizza and pasta are nice but it was not exceptional. Waitress was very nice and helpdful, and the staff was always smiling which was definitely pleasant.

Very nice dinner at Terroni Queen. We celebrated a family birthday and the staff made our celebration fantastic. My husband was delivered a delicious chocolate lava cake with a candle on tge side so we could sing him happy birthday! A fun time with excellent food. My daughter must have a gluten free diet and they made her a beautiful vegetarian gluten free pasta dish. Drinks were very nicely presented as well. Overall we will definitely be back again.

The server was extremely pushy and very passive aggressive. For the high markup on this pasta restaurant you would think they would allow you to enjoy your meal at a normal pace and enjoy a night out without leaving the customer feeling like they are overstaying their welcome...

They sat us upstairs. Felt like we were in the kids section. Tons of screaming children. Not exactly the atmosphere for a couple on date night. Atmosphere upstairs is not like downstairs at all. We won’t sit up there again. Probably wouldn’t return if this was our first time there. Thank goodness we’ve had good experiences before.

Always a pleasure dining at Terroni. We had the pappardelle and the branzino. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Our server was friendly, as was everyone who touched our table. Ambiance was lively and music was great. We loved seeing so many families out for dinner with their kids at the early seating. We wished that the server & the food runner who brought out our plates could have not just said the main component of the dish, e.g. "your pappardelle" but had also highlighted the components of the dish, e.g. "your pappardelle with peas and wild mushrooms". As someone who works in hospitality, this is the best way to communicate with guests and also showcase the ingredients and recipes that the chefs create. I also would have appreciated having my table wiped between courses as there were crumbs & food bits on the table. Overall, still very lovely dinner and we'll come back (as we always do!)

Always good. I've been going there now over 20 years. Make a reservation. The pasta was cooked perfectly, our pizza was beautiful thin crust. The coffee is amazing.

Not impressed. Appetizers were not varied much. Very little in the way of entrees except pizza and pasta. No flexibility in substituting sauces and you can’t get Parmesan Cheese if they don’t think that it works with the recipe. Very inflexible

Iconic Italian restaurant. Looking forward to dining here for a long-awaited reunion with friends. Understand the goal of turning tables over but felt rushed and wait staff hovered the whole time we were there. Difficult to relax and actually enjoy the meal and ambiance. Have been at other locations and didn't feel this amount of pressure to order, eat, and get out. Would not recommend.

The food was amazing and our waiter was 10/10. I like the ambience of the restaurant however on the main floor the tables were so close to eachother it was like having a conversation with the strangers next to you, it was not very private and romantic for a date imo.

Serving online orders first. Took an hour and a half to get food. COLD. Server only stopped by once to get order in. Did not make you feel important. No "thank you" or "goodbye" after tipping 25% for no service and cold food. Should not have tipped at all. Don't bother booking or going when it's busy.

Was given a 1 1/2 hour max seating time but took 2 hours to get our food - Takeout was left open too late on Valentine's Day. I understand the rush but did not plan on staying so late at the restaurant without warning. The food was great once we finally got it.

Food was fantastic, but unfortunately the kitchen seemed overwhelmed with fulfilling Uber Eats orders, which greatly delayed meals inside the restaurant. Our mains took over an hour to arrive. Our server was incredibly helpful, and apologized for the wait. It was Valentine’s Day so we understand it was busy, but would be nice to prioritize in-restaurant patrons!
