Very family friendly location of terroni, bonus because they have an accessibility entrance for strollers. Service was excellent and the food came out pretty fast, considering we were a group or 13 with 3 toddlers. Also a great location for picky eater toddlers because you can pick out food from the bakery/market area instead of ordering from the menu. Definitely a staple restaurant for our young family.

We were immediately told on arrival that we had a time limit. Our food arrived so rushed that we felt pressed to get out of there super fast. Some of the food was cold. The portions were small, much smaller than they used to serve. It was loud and the staff was either overwhelmed or chose to ignore us. No rush to go back. Disappointed as I have been a supporter of Terronis from the very beginning.

Amazing food as usual! Servers are easy going and friendly. It was a birthday celebration and we noted it down when reservation was made, however never got acknowledged by Terroni. It is fine as we were prepared to get dessert but a bit strange message wasn’t passed on from the open table app to the restaurant!?

Over the PAST years, I had exceptional staff serving us great reliable fares. But its gone down hill last few times. Latest experience: We waiting 20 min. for a coffee... then waited 15 min more for sugar and cream ... another 25 min. for very simple pastries orders... ungracious and unattentively server whose only full sentence spoken to us was: "there is a 2 dollar charge for ordering pastry from me rather than at the counter" . Wow did we look like we were broke or something? ! The weekend brunch was removed from menu without any prior announcement online or warning so we ended up ordering pastries and I guess since the server was going to receive a meager tip, that justified treating us like second class customers. Very sad attitude.

I might return in the summer to try the patio but I wouldn't rush to return. Service was slow enough to affect the meal (i.e., we were waiting for spoons when our food arrived, pepper, no bread came at the beginning, it took a long time to even give our order). I found the wine list more limited than I would have expected (expensive, but limited). Our table ordered four different entrees and two were good, while two were more average. All of the actual homemade pasta however, was excellent.

The food is always consistent and delicious. We went with a larger group, 7 adults and 2 children under 4. Very child friendly. Service was quick but not rushed. Extremely friendly staff. We love coming here.

Such an amazing place to be. I used to like the Spaccio menu more as it felt well designed for the place, i still like Terroni menu but it was different as Spaccio. Max was amazing and the service was excellent as always and will go back for sure.

Waitress questioned my friends mushroom allergy when he asked for them to be removed from a pizza (chef refused to remove them becuase it would “ruin the integrity of the pizza”). when we asked for a wine similar to a Pinot Grigio, said they don’t have anything like that because they only have Italian wines…staff need to be better trained and perhaps taught to not be so snaarky

Our 'go to' place for a lovely, leisurely lunch. Delicious duck ravioli this time, and fennel sausages, and cannoli you can share. It gets noisy but then how can it be quiet during the main lunch hours when people fill the place with chat, laughter, and delight in what they're eating?! Did I mention the cannoli.....?

Our server Kim was exceptional. Very seasoned, knowledgeable and very calm. It really made our experience extra special. She was amazing with all the small things too. Brought us bread and water right away, our bottle never empty. She was outstanding! Best service I have had in a long time.

We had a delicious meal at Spaccio West for my daughter’s birthday. We loved the mushroom salad and pasta dishes. The service was excellent with friendly and professional wait staff. We will definitely return and recommend highly. You can visit MOCA Museum of Contemporary Art which is next door before or after your meal. A great day!
