   Love this new Terroni outpost in the west. Reliable menu, beautiful space with market section to give Terroni at home a whole new possibility. Friendly service, delicious food, and parking/patio make this a new neighbourhood favourite.

   Good vibe but a little loud to have a conversation. We were a party of 8 and 3 people ordered pasta, of which all were barely warm and so they were not pleased. The rest of us ordered pizza and they were all great. It was especially nice that we didn't feel rushed and stayed a bit after paying the bill just to talk. All in all a good experience.

   Great experience for our first visit. Calamari, pizza, pasta were all excellent. Best coffee! We usually dine in our Neighbourhood, but this gem is worth the 20 min drive.

    5PM Saturday dinner - not too busy, our family was seated in a comfortable space. Menu is great for sharing - don’t skip on the salad, the Insalata Frisée was refreshing and big enough for two adults. Pasta dishes were generous! Loved checking out the market areas between courses. DJ played fun tunes without overpowering the noise level. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for accommodating our toddler with a high chair and extra plates, glasses, etc - we appreciate it!

    Service wasn’t great, our server was largely MIA for the duration of our group of 13 lunch. We had to keep flagging him down, didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink or how our food was. The food was Ok, expected better from the terroni line. Pasta was under seasoned. Pizzas were cold when they came out

    Wonderful service, great patio, delicious food. The gelato was outstanding, you could tell it was made fresh on site. Interesting store and take out counter inside selling delicious food and fresh baked goods. “Cool” Toronto neighbourhood, the restaurant is in a historic former factory.

    Love the venue. Didn't realize it was such a family go to spot on Sunday afternoon. Our table was surrounded by tables that included very energetic young people and where the conversation taking place was loud. Once those three tables had completed their stay and vacated, the experience was greatly enhanced. Food was great and service was also very good up until we were ready to leave, at which point it took about 15 minutes to wave down our wait staff and get our bill.

    After enthusiasm for Spaccio West opening in the neighbourhood last Fall, and generally positive personal experiences shopping for products there, we were so very sorry that our recent dining experience was so abysmal. We were celebrating a birthday and afforded very little enhanced service. There were no wine tastings permitted (and of we HAD tasted, we would not have ordered the terrible rose that we got stuck with). Even the candle was initially left out of the birthday dessert, brought later, by hand, once we had finished eating the cake. The mains were near-inedible, with nonsensically thought-out flavour profiles and unappetizing combinations of ingredients. One of the Canadian-Italians in our party even claimed it was the worst eggplant dish she had ever tasted. The overly expensive bill did not help matters. With such fine products just steps away, why can't this kitchen create inspired, quality dishes, let alone edible ones? The service was moderately convivial at first but did degrade through the course of the dining experience. Once our mains arrived, we did not see our server much thereafter and were not checked in on nor offered garnishes or additional sides, etc. The hostess upon arrival was kurt, at times icy. Regrettably, we will not be returning and will not recommending nor patronizing any of Terroni's other venues in the near nor distant future. Fortunately, there are other such restaurants to support in Toronto; Spaccio West will never again be on our list. It was doubly disappointing because of the birthday celebration. P.S. The kitchen did get the calamari right - quite enjoyable!

    We decided to try something new and boy were we surprised. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was great as well. Braised-beef Ravioli was the best of all the plates we had, and the carbonara was tasty, creamy, and to lick your fingers.

    The menu online doesn’t match what’s at the restaurant. It’s the regular Terroni menu online — so I booked becuase of that. We didn’t like the options when we sat down. This was for my moms 75th birthday so I was pretty disappointed. My moms pizza sauce was too acidic she only ate half she didn’t like it. My pasta was not cooked properly and the dish was meh. We didn’t want to complain because the food was fresh and hot. We paid the bill and tipped properly - no fault of the server. We had changed the reservation time the day prior. The restaurant called us after we left asking about our original time slot. I wouldn’t come back to dine here, definitely would come to the coffee side or to the regular Terroni restaurant.

    My rigatoni we totally raw ! I was looking so forward to having them all week …. The taste was awful as they were barely cooked …. I had worked all day and was starving so I ate it and I was also with a group of friends I hadn’t seen In 10 years so the last thing I wanted to do was complain and then have to wait for another 20 minutes to eat .

    My husband orders a caprese salad whenever it's on the menu and said the Caprese con Bufala is definitely one of the best he's had. The service is top notch and we really enjoyed the live dj spinning retro tunes at a volume at which we could still have a conversation.

    Loved the service which was excellent. We sat outside and it was less noisy - music started to get loud as we were leaving. Inside was very noisy so I’m glad we sat outside. Food was really good - except I am a vegetarian and while making my friends sausage pasta some sausage fell into my pasta with same noodles. I didn’t want to make a scene but please note for next time. Staff super friendly inside at the bakery too and loved the selection of take home items.

    Everything was outstanding but the parking is a NIGHTMARE! Even planning to come early for our reservation there was no parking and we were forced to park illegally and hope that we didn’t get a ticket or get towed.

    From the start it was a great experience. The waitress was friendly and helpful picking a wine and giving us time. The calamari appetizer was spot on. I would suggest to Lemon‘s not one. Not a great fan of the olive oil with the bread it’s too bitter for my taste. My lamb Ragu Pappardelle delicious yet I prefer it a bit hotter in temperature. I had a marvelous Marullo wine. And the topper was the flourless chocolate torte. Super experience. And my husband’s dish was also amazing.

    Very good food, could be a few more choices for non-meat eaters though. Excellent, friendly and competent service. We had a great corner table which was good since the noise level was manageable. Overall, a very good experience. We would definitely come again.

    I am never one to write reviews but I will make an exception for this place. First of all, this was a last minute choice for my birthday dinner with family as there was nothing much left as far as last minute reservations in the area. The service wasn’t terrible (although nothing memorable), so the focus of this review is the food. For an Italian restaurant to have not one but three faux pas in their meals is just unacceptable. The pear and walnut pizza had out of season pears and huge chunks of walnuts that almost choked you and made you forget the imbalance of flavours in the pizza. I offered it to my family and they said the same thing. The olive oil that was served with the focaccia bread was incredibly bitter and made our throats burn in the aftertaste. The salmon tartare was incredibly over salted (and this comes from someone who loves adding extra salt to food) and it made it almost unpalatable. The arancini that we ordered as appetizer and the birthday pastry that was served were the saving graces of the night. I have been to the 3 other Terronis and I never experienced the terrible food I experienced here. I didn’t complain while I was there as I did not want to ruin the evening but definitely feel like I was robbed a wonderful experience for this special occasion.

    This was my first time and I was very excited to try some authentic Italian pasta. This was a quick lunch so we didn't indulge and each order one pasta. It was amazing. I had the beef ravioli and it was cooked to perfection! I will definitely be back and can't wait to enjoy a full 5 course dinner. The menu looks amazing!
