Always consistent. A little bit noisy but fun!
Had the best service! Very accommodating when we decided not to eat on the patio because it was too hot. Also, seated us while waiting for our friends. Great food and wine recommendation too.
Good was great. Service was a little slow
Terrible service! We waited over an hour to receive tap water, no one came to clean our table, one of the main dish was completely saltless.
Food great and very efficient servers - but overall impression was noise and chaos
This place has gone down
I visited Terroni at Price for the first time for lunch on July 17th. I love the design and the decor. There was a very lively volume of conversation. Loved our waiter - a true professional! He delivered the perfect balance of privacy and attentiveness. The food was SUPERB! All three of us loved our meals. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived as it seemed to be an inconvenience to seat me at my preferred location. I had to ask twice to be seated at the table I wanted and was told both times that the hostess had to check if it was okay? I made a reservation and the table was free I wondered why it was a problem. Eventually I was seated where I requested and had a wonderful lunch with friends!
Food was pretty good. Really liked the pizza. Had one with Italian sausage. The calamari needed some sort of sauce though. But overall tasty. But the service was pretty poor. Had to wait ages to get served, and had to flag the waiter down a few times after waiting a good 30 min between getting served for drinks. Not stoked on that. Also we had an appy that had cheese and meat and (not listed on the menu) also olives. We also ordered olive and the waiter didn't flag that the second olives order was redundant. Disappointing from a fairly expensive place.
Always fabulous at Terroni
We arrived at the restaurant with our grandparents and chidlren in tow for a big 10th birthday for our son - which I mentioned in the reservation
The server must have asked 30 times if we were ready to order just as we sat down; while we were waiting for another member of our party
He then got super aggressive to getting our order in. The food came in 3 minutes
the whole experience is rushed and i get its the place everyone wants to go; but I am boycotting Terroni at this location. Heading to Libretto - they totally get what a family dinner means, you can bring a cake (no plating charge), they have candles and sign to the birthday perons
Your cash grab is becoming offensive!
Great food as per usual. Great service. One of my favourite spots for Italian food in the city for everyday eats.
We had to sit In The dining in main floor as ur elevator wasn’t working. My parents are 89 and can’t go up the stairs.
Great service great food we love coming back
Wonderful food and service !!
Been here many times always a favourite but on this occasion service failed:
1. Waited several minutes at desk on second floor for a hostess
2. Miscommunication between downstairs and upstairs hostesses and as s result open table issued a no show note
3. Bought a 70 dollar bottle of wine and after pouting server advised my glass was dirty and proceeded to transfer the wine to another glass back at the bar. Was not told if dirt was inside or outside. Certainly if inside the bottle should have been replaced....
4. Server was going off shift so asked if I could settle
meal tab. Not sure why that is my issue
Still a great place but this shows that you earn service accolades one day at a time
Terroni on Prince is a great location. I enjoyed the ambience and food. The only thing I'd note is they don't allow for any changes to their pizzas. So no toppings can be removed or swapped out. Aside from that it was a good experience and I will be back.
Good service, awesome pizza and fresh salad.
The server we had that evening began by informing us that they had only the alcohol listed on menu after my guest had asked for a Jameson on the rocks. Anything else he asked for , same thing. Waiter kept pointing out drink list. My guest proceeded to walk over to bar and saw that, indeed, all those options he requested were stocked and available. Secondly, he did not know his wines at all. My suggestion is that he should’ve called over the more experienced wine connoisseur/sommelier. Other than these issues, the experience was good.
Food was really great, sadly, service was absolutely atrocious. In fairness - it was a super busy night, and I don’t fault our dining room server in the least. It was clear they were under staffed and overwhelmed. The meal was very nice.
We went up to the patio for a drink, and proceeded to wait 30 mins for someone to come over and take our drink order. Finally, we went up to the bar and ordered there. It took another 20 minutes for our drink to arrive. The patio ambiance and environment is stunning - just a shame getting a drink is such a production.
More veggies options and openness to customizing/substitutions
Tried Terroni's out door patio - great summertime ambiance! The pasta is always delicious - especially the Spaghetti in Canna a Mare!
Service was good. Atmosphere was wonderful. The pasta was a bit chewy for my taste. It wasn't exceptional but overall we had an enjoyable lunch.
Pasta was a but bland but the pizza was good! Although our first pizza had a hair but was replaces right away.
We go to Terroni often and we have never experienced this. I do want to say that the server and food was really good as always. BUT, when we arrived we were told that we had to vacate our table by 9:30 pm (our reservations were for 7:30) and then kept reminding us throughout our dinner that we had to be out by 9:30. So, this did weigh heavy on us and made for an unpleasant experience and not sure if I will be rushing back there.
Lovely birthday lunch!
Service rushed and a bit smarmy.
Great as usual. We love the patio and we were lucky enough to grab a great spot on it. Terroni never disapppoints! Keep it up.
Always a great meal at terroni ..
We ordered the fish platter for our main and was absolutely delicious! Our server, June had such a wonderful personality and a great understanding on which wine paired nicely with our food. Definitely will be going back!
Loved the rooftop patio and our server, Jordan, was wonderful. The food was ok but not spectacular and overpriced in my opinion.
Food was fine. Pasta underdone.
2nd time in one week i wasnt able to get patio seating despite my booking
The server didn’t explain the menu even after asking and was really rude and was in a rush. Never coming back to that location
The food is good (as it's Terroni), but this location has lost the plot. It's noisy, frenetic, and the service is perfunctory and barely civil. If you wish to have a nice dinner with great conversation, bring an amplifier --- very noisy, very chaotic. I think it might be ok for a bunch of young friends for drinks, but this place has lost its charm. And parking is impossible!
Always busy... good vibe
Wonderful waiter... great service
We walked out of the second floor restaurant because of the noise level, but on the way out stopped in at the ground level restaurant There we were able to get a quiet table on the street level terrace right away and had excellent service and a great meal.
Very inflexible menu
Unfortunately, average service, average qulity, and the waitress wasn't nice at all. For the price we paid, I preferre other Italian restaurants.
