    The lettuce was old and had brown ends. The beef short ribs were very stringy and looked like it was reheated not fresh. We had a 4 o’clock reservation and the place had 2 couples in the restaurant and our hostess sat us next to another couple, we asked to have some space.

    My husband and I had been here before and liked it so we brought our son for his 18th birthday but it was not at all the same experience. The food was ok but stopped being served halfway through our meal. Definitely not all you can eat. Every time I made a request of our waitstaff, Luciana (such as water or plates for the children) she seemed bothered and/or rushed. The restaurant was not at capacity but she may have been covering more tables than she was used to. We did notice the staff sang happy birthday to another table but not to ours. Service goes a very long way for us and this experience was lackluster. I wish we would’ve gone elsewhere. I don’t think we’ll be back or recommend this location.

    We had great service and the food was amazing. We never had to ask for anything because the staff were so attentive. The food was hot and fresh. The salad bar is unbelievable. We will be back!

    The food was decent. My experience at Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas was better. The food was better quality. The meat was VERY slow to come out from the kitchen and the same few options kept being offered. While I like Picanha, I like other things too and I come to a restaurant like this to enjoy the variety. We were offered only 5 different types of meat (filet, picanha, lamb, bacon wrapped chicken, and chicken leg). I could see many more different varieties of meat their the kitchen window including sausage. These were never brought out of the kitchen. We were there between 6pm-7pm and the restaurant was about 70% capacity... so it wasn't like it was a slow night.

    Excellent food and service. We ordered just salad bar and Desserts. It was plenty of food for afternoon. The salad bar is delicious and I had the Banana something piece of cake. Maybe sort of a cheesecake. It was Heaven. The only think I’d change is I like fresh brewed ice tea. They only had bottled teas in different flavors. So I ordered hot tea instead which was very good.

    My family and I come on special occasions. Have always had a great experience. Celebrated my sons 17th birthday and loves the choices of meat. Halfway through dinner service attentiveness diverted to a bigger party table .. the meat stopped coming and the waitress stopped also. She came later and we let her know they stopped coming and she asked what meats we prefer… we told her tri tip and flank steak. Never ever came back we said forget it … but she sure came back with the check .. honestly was disappointed with the service that day. I would always recommend this place but after yesterday leaves me questionable

    Buffet options need to be increased. Where’s the farofa? Or the freijoles tropriero? There should be More Brazilian dishes in buffet such as chicken salad with potato sticks.

    We went with visiting family and we all had a great experience. The wait staff is attentive and outstanding. I highly recommend this place for large and small groups. My only caution, come there HUNGRY, and pace yourself!!!

    Made the reservations online and in the special requests asked if possible I could have medium well-well sone on some meats since I’m pregnant. Our server acknowledged this when we sat down and said he would let the back know. (Our server was amazing) as the meat came the pieces were still bleeding. I asked multiple times for any medium well, or well done pieces and the meat servers looked at me like i was crazy. One came back with some and i thanked them, the others said there was some cooking and would be back but never came back. I mostly ate from the salad bar, and only had maybe 4 pieces of meat. Was very disappointed since i was told this was not an issue and could be accommodated. If it was an issue I would have just paid for the salad bar and skipped the meat.

    A carnivore's dream. Lots of excellent cuts of a variety of meats, as much as you want, served fresh and hot by the "gauchos". But meat averse people aren't forgotten with a large and varied produce, salad and seafood bar. We'll be back.

    Was our first visit to Texas de Brazil - Carlsbad. It was great. We all enjoyed the great service and food. It also has a unique entertainment type value akin to the experience at Benihana restaurant. I will return.

    The lobster bisque was lukewarm and thick from sitting. The salad bar wasn't as impressive as I had heard it was. The meat selection was limited to about 6 meats, two of which were lamb. Only one chicken option and it was coated in Parmesan. No real pork options - Especially missing were the baby back ribs advertised. The noise level was high. $4.50 for a soda was strange when a beer at happy hour is $4. Seated immediately and had a fantastic server. The place is loud and feels cramped. For the money I’d rather visit a real steakhouse.

    I have given it a few days to think about what I wanted to say about Texas De Brazil. Our server Bella was great in the beginning, the food was good and flavorful, atmosphere was nice. We went on Saturday, August 12, 2023 around 4 pm, there was a patrons there, not crowded at all. This was our first time in the restaurant. We had family come from the OC and we came from East County. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. So there was 5 adults and 3 teenagers in our party. If you do not know the restaurant is located on the outside of the local mall. The price was $55.99 for 7 of us and 1 meal was $31.99 just for the salad portion. Our bill was a little over $600 not including tip. I will definitely not order their desserts, we ordered 4 chocolate cake slice and 1 carrot cake slice, I didn't know it was $12 a slice, until I received the bill. I would have just walked next door and bought a cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory and it would we about the same cost but we would have more pieces of cake and it would have tasted better. The carrot cake was horrible the icing could not have been cream cheese frosting the chocolate cake was ok. The experience was ok, I would not go back. If you have a moment read the other reviews and please make your own decision.

    Just took our son here for his 21st birthday since he is a meat lover. We had taken him once before and he loved it, so we had to go back. It isn't cheap, but you can eat as much food as you like, so skip breakfast and lunch that day if you go for dinner. Service was exceptional and the food was great. The salad bar is enough for a full meal and more, so you have to really take it easy and leave space for the skewers. I don't recall the name of our waiter, but he was very attentive during our visit and the food was always circling around us. We were all stuffed when we left and I would highly recommend this place for special occasions or business meals. It is a heavy meal, so probably better for dinner so you can pass out afterwards. We had a party of 4 with drinks and the bill hit $300 before tip. Considering a fast food lunch can be $20 these days, dropping $75 for this type of meal isn't bad at all. Thank you.

    If you want to have conversation while eating than this place is not for a business meeting or family gathering. The noise level is very high inside which makes any conversation extremely difficult.

    3 friends out to celebrate my birthday which was very generous! The GM was amazingly attentive, friendly and helpful. The waiter was sweet but forgetful. The meats kept coming and most were fabulous, especially the bacon wrapped filet mignon. I didn't care for the pork ribs which are my favorite. We started with Lobster Bisque which all of us thought was the very best we'd had. The salad bar is extensive and fresh. I didn't like the red blend wine or the house Merlot but they were kind enough to bring tasters to each of us before we ordered. All in all a very good place to eat but very expensive and no ambience sitting in the mall. It's worth a try at least once. We will probably return to celebrate my friend's birthdays who treated me because the meat is the best in town.

    This was both a belated and birthday celebration!! Thank-you for your great hospitality with the meats continuously coming and the glass always filled!! My guests have never been to your restaurant and they were floored by the amazing service given and deliciousness of both the cold/hot Buffett, the variety of meats served, and lastly the desserts!!! You gave us ALL a lasting impression of your restaurant and service!! We will all be back soon!!

    If you are a meat eater then give this place a visit. A wonderful selection of yummy meats. The garlic potatoes are excellent and pair well with the meat :) A lovely salad bar with a assortment of salads, cheeses, smokes salmon and other meats too. The setting was nice and not too crowded on a Thursday night. Excellent service too. It is not cheap but if you are hungry for MEAT this is the place.

    The food is really really good. Service was also top notch. The only downside was that it was quite loud, almost hard to hear each other at the table. Otherwise, very nice. Pricey but we knew that going in.

    Food and salad bar were fabulous! Refills on water was slow, however. A menu at the table of available meats would be very helpful to the guests. But, it was a great way to celebrate a birthday with family!

    This place was so good!! My boyfriend (who is a carnivore) said “why had we never been here before. The answer was it was a little pricey 😂 we ended spending .03 cents shy from $400 for 5 of us. We all did end up getting dessert as well as a couple of alcoholic beverages. But it was a great place for my moms birthday. All in will go again.

    The hot bread rolls were the perfect size and melted in your mouth. The salad bar was the best we've had with all the various items being cold and fresh. The server was very attentive. The Garcon's or Gaucho's (individuals who come to the table with the meat skewers) were also highly attentive. The only thing we did have to do was ask for them to bring lamb around and they gladly brought it. They brought different options of chicken, steak and sausage regularly. We had a great birthday celebration for a family member who had always wanted to go to a Brazilian steakhouse. Don't forget to sign up on the website and to get a $20 coupon when having dinner for 2, which you can use at your next visit. It takes a couple of days to receive. Sign-up with sufficient time to receive before you plan on going. A great place to go to for special occasions and when you have a large appetite. We definitely will go back!

    Been here once another time both times I was very satisfied but this time they were lacking a little in having the steaks ready and the same 3 employees would look right passed us as they went to the surrounding tables to give them meat but not us. So the meat that we did get was good but we could have been just a little more included when they were serving I felt like chopped liver. They lacked on the refilling of my beverage and they were not even busy but I would come here again
