Our server Erin was great! She kept our glasses full and got us everything before we expected. The House manager Brian was considerate of the house and the staff and helpful on the floor.
The GM Nicole was appreciative of our feedback and gave us dessert on the house because of our anniversary.
The setup due to COVID was appropriate and safe. The salad bar was a menu selection that could be revised and ordered again and again. All staff wore masks and kept distance.

Meat is extremely flavorful and cuts like butter. Considering Covid 19 restrictions salad bar was served to you with some items unavailable at no fault to the establishment but still more than adequate to please and fill. Love this place!

Louis was excellent!! We will be returning and asking for him again.
Whole experience was excellent , fun, new and different. We enjoyed the experience ... there were 6 of us for a bday celebration . Not a bad thing to say ... everyone was very friendly and a lot of attention. Dessert was Phenomenal .. Brazilian cheesecake , chocolate mousse cake and carrot cake

This was awesome! Wasn't sure what to expect during these strange times. Service was better than ever! I was concerned that they may have done away with the salad bar, but no. Instead they had check lists for you to fill out with all the items on the salad bar. You check what you want and a designated server prepared your plate which was then delivered to your table. The gauchos usually came with more than one skewer of different kinds of meat and often two gauchos at a time. Every time they were at a table, they returned to the kitchen to re-sear the meat. This resulted in always hot meat and still medium-rare to rare, which is my preference. I should also mention we were a party of 10. Also that I have been to this location several times and this was the best service ever! We will return soon.

I understand the restaurant is doing its best to adapt to all the new regulations and procedures that are mandated by the state. However, our dining experience this past Sunday was very poor.

We had a reservation for 6:00, got seated at 6:14. Upon arrival at our table, there was a noticeable amount of trash (Used napkins, lid from a kid's sippy cup, small pieces of food..etc) under the table. Hostess offered to clean them up right away which was appreciated.

The waitress told us that things will be a bit slower that evening, however, things were so slow that 2 of the 4 salads didn't arrive until 6:50. The lobster bisque was lukewarm, none of us ended up drinking any of the soup and didn’t even attempt to order it again. 7:00 the first round of meat finally arrives (Picanha and Flank steak), from that point on we had to wait for another 20 mins before anything showed up again.

The entire process was so painfully slow that we totally lost interest in any of the food. I understand the staff did the best they could. Based on my observation it seems like there was a lack of system on how each cut gets delivered in terms of table order. The reason I say that is that the table of 4 next to us (closer to the kitchen) was getting every cut possible while the rest of the dining room tables were hopelessly waiting.

I spoke to the manager to express my concerns, she was kind enough to give us 50% off and complimentary desserts. My family is a big fan of the restaurant, we never had a bad experience until this time. All the staff that we interacted with were extremely helpful and did their best to fix things.

I really hope Texas De Brazil will continue to adapt and improve during this difficult time.

Despite the new rules in place during the current pandemic it was a terrible experience. In two hours we only received meat from two servers, our main server was gone for long periods of time, she never asked if we wanted more from the main salad bar. We watched while other tables received speeder and better service. We used to frequent this restaurant all the time. I will not return. With tip, two adult beverages, and three regular beverages our meal was $192! It was not worth the headache. If you can’t serve people appropriately because of regulations, you should reduce the number of parties you can serve.

The fact that the buffet was closed was very disappointing. There was a very limited number of items from the buffet that you could choose by checking off what you wanted on a piece of paper, very cheap and tacky especially since the meal is over $50 a person. As far as meat servers, we only tasted about 4 out of the supposed 20 meats because the servers had to go back into the kitchen to "re-sear" the meat every time it went to one table because of COVID rules. Also, lamb chops were taken off of the "free meats" and there was an up charge of $8 for 4 chops (but when I got my bill, they were $12). This total cost for 4 people was $250 with tip, this was a terrible value considering the fact that the food was very mediocre and we didn't get hardly any of the meats after being there for 2 hours. If there such strict rules in place due to COVID, then this restaurant should of stayed closed until the restrictions were lifted or charge $25 a person as opposed to $50. This was on Fathers Day and was supposed to be a nice meal and the first one out in a restaurant since the COVID shutdown in March but it was very disappointing instead. We have been there in the past and the food was amazing, this time it was terrible, We will NOT be returning.

Texas deBrazil did a great job with making accommodations for the virus. The servers had to work extra hard but we’re very willing to do so. The food was fresh and tasty and the dessert was on the house due to Father’s Day, which was a nice perk.

We’ve been coming here for years now and love it. I wouldn’t recommend TDB to anyone during the covid precautions. We got seated 27 mins after our reservation and had to wait 35 mins for cuts of meat to come. I will return once things are back to normal so we can have a more enjoyable experience. Wasn’t impressed this time around which I know is all cause of COVID. But better measures should be in place for such an expensive restaurant. I don’t feel we got our money’s worth this time.

We were seated right away and salad order was taken quickly. That was were it ended. Party of 6 and only 2 received salad in first 25 minutes; 2 in party received there salad orders after 1 hour 10 wait. Meats were not all presented to us even though the manager did put us in the 'que". Meat servers came to our table with 4 different meats, even though the request was to try others (16 were available per website). One person in our group requested medium meat and that came about 1 1/2 hours into our meals. We were getting ready to ask for the check.

We have been there a few times and do understand the "newness" of serving, but not getting salads, not getting opportunity to try different meats is not acceptable. The meal was probably worth 1/2 the cost of what we paid.

The food was fantastic. However, I was treating my husband to a birthday dinner and our experience was less than good. When we first sat down there was a half dead spider on the window sill next to us. When it was brushed to the floor we realized there were tons of tiny ants. The servers tried to sweep and spray but they came back. No offer to move to another seat. Then, when we started the meat we got two offerings in an hour! Then they tried to rectify this by bombarding us and then nothing again. The manager tried to help us out by giving us free dessert. We noticed many other people were not pleased with howlong the food was taking to come out. We paid a ton of money for this dinner but we wont be back. Used to be one of my favorite places to go!

We have been here 2 times before this last time. We know how the service usually is so we weren't all that upset. Especially with the new regulations. The guys who bring the meat seemed stressed. Having to go back to heat the meat to kill germs everytime they set the scewers down made the meat over well done and often dry. It was not their fault. We felt terrible because they seemed highly understaffed. Gage our waiter was AMAZING! It was our 3rd time having him and everytime he goes above and beyond. We are not complainers but he could tell we were not satisfied and made sure we didn't leave unsatisfied!!!! My husband used to be a cook and I used to be management in a restaurant ... We have NEVER EVER seen a better waiter. He deserves recognition, especially more so during a time such as this. On another note, this is our favorite place and will always be our favorite place!

My husband and I had a great dinner for our anniversary! With the reopening of many restaurants since covid-19, we were expecting some hiccups throughout the night, but there were none. If you go to Rochester NY restaurant ask for Erin she is the best hostess anywhere in town. She took care of us during my parents 63rd anniversary dinner. Shes amazing and hardly left our side. Smiled the whole time and made sure the servers came by. This is the second time she was our hostess. We will be back again.

Out of the meats that were offered only a couple were great! The spices on the other couple were way too much. I did not try sausage. They kept bringing out the leg of lamb when we told them we did not want it. We waited and waited for meat. I had my disc turned over for over 15 min befor he finally came with some meat. Unacceptable. There were 7 of us and he had the potential to make more of a tip. A party that size should get attention!! No offer of any bar drinks once we sat down either. My biggest complaint was the salad bar!! The cold stuff was good but where were the hot sides??? One potatoe choice? Mushrooms in gravy, beans, and a puréed soup. There were no choices. The bread hard as a rock on the table as well as on the salad bar and the potatoes on the table were ice cold and disgusting. Had we brought the grandkids they literally would have had nothing too eat. We went in Utah to Rodizios. Fantastic. You should compare menus. I spent a total of 357 plus the tips of over 50 and I was literally sick. And the coupon you emailed me conveniently expired the day before our celebration. So NO I will NOT return.

Our recent visit was not on par with past visits. The service was subpar, the gouchos did not come around frequently, and we were not offered the variety of meats that other tables were. Nicole, GM, was apologetic and kind, and offered two desserts on the house, even though we didn’t want any. We were a party of 4 seated at a square table, where there was no room for our plates or the food items. We had to place food and items on a serving table and the candle on the floor. Several gouchos had no room to cut the meat at the table, causing us to have to hold or remove our plates that were pushed off the table. The waitress spilled water on the table and onto our dishes where the food was then wasted. Three of the four guests registered emails for coupons or offers, and no one received an email response, except an email about the corona virus. The restaurant was not busy, and there was no wait. The waitress was polite, just not good at serving and being attentive to our needs. We had to serve ourselves refills of water and ask for our dirty plates to be removed from the table. Definitely not what we had anticipated or expected for our special dinner evening.

The food was great again but there were 2 tables we were placed near that were large parties (12 and 10). The staff catered to them while we sat and watched them get their food first even though we had been there first by about 15 minutes. The meats came out and they would circle their tables and when both were done then we got the left overs. I'm not saying the food was bad but being overlooked is not what we should have been. So the lesson here is that you DEFINATELY do not want to sit near 2 large parties. I will say when those 2 parties broke up we were able to get all that we wanted but we were there about 2 and a half hours. I did tell all my coworkers to go here but I also did give them the warning about where NOT to sit.

It was my first time there. 99% of the wait staff were kind, patient and attentive. The meat variety was great. The meats were well seasoned and fresh. The hot sides options were good also. Alcoholic drinks were a bit over priced and I wish they had shooter or mini dessert options... You are left full to eat such a big dessert.
