Made a reservation for a table walked in and told them who we reserved under. The server told us they were cleaning a booth for us but once the table was clean sat another couple in it. Waited another 30 minutes for our table. Was more upset the couple they sat there did not have a reservation but was put before us even though they came in after us. Our waiter on the other hand was a great server and very attentive.

Food was nasty.. not much thought put into the dishes one dish I had to send back because I didn't know what it was, and my soda was flat... It was quiet and clean though but the food was nasty

My 11 years old twins chose TGI Friday to celebrate their birthday with family. The service was horrible. The waitress yelled at us several times and had to apologize each time. We asked for the manager he was dressed like the chef and he never acknowledged himself as the manager so we didn't know he was manager. After asking for him 4x he finally came over and identified himself as the manager but he was not helpful in getting us our food items correctly either. One of the children in our party never received her food, our waitress stop checking on us, so we had to asked another employee and when the waitresd finally came out she whispered in the baby's ear instead of talking to an adult. When we questioned the waitress on what she said she would never respond and tell we had to asked the child which I feel is very rude and disrespectful. The baby didn't get her food until everyone was finished eating and she was trying to rusb and eat. I was so unhappy it should have been a great family experience for my twins and it was.

This restaurant is little of the main road, but was quiet and a nice ambience was nice, Initially our service was a slow, but after her introduction things moved along nicely. The food was very good and served Hot. I would recommend this restaurant.

Our server was absolutely incredible; however, when we initially walked in it felt like the heater was on and we live in Texas. May is not a cool month down here, but after bringing it to the attention of our waitress it began to feel a bit cooler later in our visit. Even she complained about the temperature in there.

apparently the open table reservation doesnt work at this location , made my reservation and hostess said that the open table doesnt work with them

Cons: Said they never received our reservation so had to wait an additional 30 minutes with 3 small children. even tho the restaurant looked about half full at best. Didn't make sense. Pros: Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. waitresses were amazing! The bartender was also on point.

Food was okay was Good. But my waitress was The Best one I've had in a very long while! She was Awesome! My bill was only about$45 & i tipped her almost $20. People don't understand how important customer service is at a restaurant! Makes the time great! will return again. Plus they had the Finals game on for my hubby so he loved that! Great Job!

-We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. They said they do not take reservations. It only puts you on the list and the current wait is 45 min. -They didn't have any silverware. We had to use plasticware. -It took over 30 minutes to place a drink and appetizer order. -One person had to ask multiple times for their glass of water and one persons glass was dirty. -The waiter kept disappearing for long periods of time.
