There was about a 30 minute wait and the place wasn’t even packed ; very short staffed . They don’t even acknowledge the open table reservations. I meet with friends I only came to have drinks the strawberry daiquiri was good. My two friends order food they didn’t have any complaints on their meal .

The personnel at TGI Friday's went out of their way to accommodate Greenwood Pets & Plants, Warren and Detroit K-9 Pet Supply's reservation and get together. The staff of both pet stores really appreciate TGI Fridays for going above and beyond.

The waitress was very unenthusiastic and seemed unfamiliar with the menu. My mother also wanted a half rack of ribs and the waitress said they were all out! She took too long to bring out the food(which tasted terrible by the way) and she never asked if the bill was separate or together. She put all four of us on one bill and we had to do the math ourselves. Then she told us that she didn’t have all our change because she got confused between her tip and what was going towards the bill. Overall terrible and embarrassing experience. Never again.

I reserved a table for me and my sisters birthday, and when I got there I was told I could not be seated. They had booked someone else around or at the same time as me, so I had to go to another restaurant or wait a hour to be seated. Some guest of my party did not attend because I switched restaurants. No one apologized to me or offered me any accommodations never again will I go there.

I wish I could give this crappy place zero stars. 1) it smelled like nasty body odor. 2) the associates looked like they didn’t want to be there. 3) it was so loud and unorganized. I could go on and on. I will never every return

When I arrived prior to my reservation time, they told me I would have an hour wait. I showed them my open table confirmation and the manager said that they do not acknowledge them and that I should not have been able to make the reservation online. At this point I became very agitated and the manager made tables available for me .
They were very short on staff which made the service terrible our waitress did her very best but because they were so short there were long intervals before her return to us, we had a party of 30. I was very displeased overall

I tried to use your your app open table. When we get there at 6.00pm . They said that they don't take reservations. So what was the point. New staff poor service
