Service was not good. Too long to wait for order, too long for food to come out and way too long to pay. Even after telling the server we needed the check because we needed to leave, he still made no effort to get us the check. Had to track down another server just to pay! Will recommend to others to skip and go to Chili’s or elsewhere.

Fabulous staff! My rum and coke was too strong, so my waitress brought me a huge glass of ice with some coke in it and poured my drink into it to create nirvana in a glass. We enjoyed our dinner and couldn’t believe we got out of there for $40 for two. We’ll be back!

Went out with friends. The Jack Daniels stuff is off the menu and while you can get the sauce they are up charging for it... unfortunately it’s required to cover the taste of their mediocre (at best) food. Then there’s the drinks which are priced a good $3 high. Don’t bother wasting your time.

We had s reservation and really didn’t have a long wait to be seated. However, we waited over 10 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. Looking around there were many empty tables that had not been cleaned (still had food and plates from prior parties). While we waited other parties walked out. Since it was Mother’s Day, we stayed knowing that we might not get in anywhere else. The waiter was nice, just spread too thin. The food was just okay as it was Luke warm. I’ve definitely had better at this location. While we were leaving we noticed that those empty tables were just being cleaned.

Waitress was having a bad day,ordered drinks,took 20 mins for tea,ordered off the 25 menu for 2,got our apps and literally got 15 chips with queso, husband "loaded fries " were tiny portion also,15 minutes later got my food and wondered where my husbands was,manager proceeds to tell us that it was not put into computer,offered us another app while we waited,finally got his food and we were full and waitress dropped his mac n cheese nearly in his lap,asked for 2 go box and tea,got new mac n cheese and the smallest desserts I've ever seen,manager came to table and said she couldn't give us our food free but took off drinks,also got a card for free dessert next time,which most likely wont happen

We ordered an appetizer that never came until the main meal was on the table. He seemed to be over assigned to tables in multiple dining areas. We did get drink refills after asking for them but he had walked by our table several times before we did that. I must have been an off night, but we didn't feel TGI Friday's was up to its normal service leverl.

The service was extremely slow and seemed to slow even more when we mentioned we were running out of time. Server did not know they had local beer. Brought food but not flatware to eat with and we had to ask for it. Food was very low quality. Wings were cool and rubbery. Meat on burgers was bland. Fries were hot but not crispy or tasty. Very disappointing.

We specifically asked for the appetizer my husband ordered to come out with the meal. It came out with my soup. We had no silverware or plates and by the time the waiter realized we’d recieved our appetizer (early) the food was ice cold. We asked for new wings bc the sauce wasn’t what we ordered. He brings the wings out without sauce and brings us a cup and says “I brought it on the side just in case”. The guy had good intentions but he was pretty terrible overall.

I hadn’t been to a TGIFridays, so we decided to give it a try. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t anything to remember either. Food was mediocre and service was a bit lackluster. Like I said, not a horrible place...but I doubt I’d go again.

Food and service was unbeatable, only suggestion would to be seat customers and table 4 with a highchair should not be at the exit to the kitchen nor sat at a table small enough for 2 ppl when u seat a table of 2 with rm for 6-8 ppl
