First of all, they do not honor open table, not even sure why it’s an option. Then, they were going to seat me in the bar area, I wanted to be in the dining area where it wasn’t so loud, had to find a server that would accommodate me... then the food was ok. Bussell spouts were very salty and had some bread filler everything else was good.

Had a 7pm reservation for 20 got there at 6:45 told them I had 8 people there and more on the way I had to wait so I downsized to 15 people had 10 people there I had to wait to be seated had fun but when someone makes a reservation let the party sit until other people come lady at the front desk had a attitude people i kept saying why we can't sit if we have a party got to the table the server was awesome she did what she had to do great server but food was kept getting send back cause it was cold or not done but the server she held her anger and frustrating in because it wasn't her fault but she great tips from us all

We were visiting the area for a college football game. Many visitors and the restaurant had a long line to get in. Our 1:00 reservation was honored on time. Service was slower than normal, but within acceptable limits. Food was good and servers were pleasant even under the stress of extra diners. I was impressed.

Terrible experience. Servers were friendly enough, but rather lackadaisical. Kitchen was incredibly slow; some received their meals and finished before others ever saw a plate. Two had to request that their meals be served as "To Go" because the meals never came to the table. Food quality was marginal, a couple of our group said "good" while most said "yuk". We have all been to TGI Friday's in other towns, but this establishment will make us reconsider ever going to another. I will never go near this specific location again. Unbelievable!

Service/ food was slow but the food was great. I loved how the waiter brought us out tortilla chips and salsa to snack on while we waited for our food and we didn't even ask ( great customer service). I will return!

We loved the sports theme of this restaurant. We would return to have a pre-game meal. The French Onion soup was hearty and delicious. The Really Good Cheeseburger cooked to perfection and juicy. The table was unanimous on the Crispy Chicken Fingers (golden brown on the outside and tender and juicy inside). Probably the best chicken fingers in a casual restaurant. The Ribeye steak was okay but the mashed potatoes were a hit. Service was slow due to the fact that the restaurant was full of fans for the Manchester United v. Barcelona game. Kudos to the servers. They were very friendly.

I was very disappointed!!!! I use the open table app to make a reservation. Needless to say my reservation was for 6:45 pm. We arrived about 6:20 pm. I was seat after 8:00 pm. The only reason I waited was because I had a group of 15 and could not find another restaurant to accommodate my group at the last minute. Management did confirmed my reservation however, they kept telling me give me a few minutes I have groups ahead of you, that walked in...... I will never attend that TGI Friday's again.

I do not like waiting for my "reserved table." OpenTable is useless if tables are not ready and prepared at the time reserved. One's wait should be well less then 5 minutes from the reserved time. Please remove restaurants that can't comply from OpenTable.

If you have a choice, go to the Chic Fil A or Golden Corral around the corner. Seriously. We had an open table reservation for 8:30 and arrived at 8:15. No one was at the host stand. I finally got someone's attention after about 5 minutes and they greeted me by saying, "the wait is about 40 minutes." I smiled, said hello, then let them know about our reservation - they looked at the chart and said they'd be right back... never saw this employee again. So, 5 minutes later someone else comes along and we go through the same song & dance. Pro tip: train your employees to smile and greet customers. So, we're told we'd be seated as soon as possible, and at 8:43 we were finally taken to a booth. It was filthy. We didn't sit down, and were directed to another table. The server was friendly and quick to please us, and it was a very busy night. We ate appetizers and had drinks but decided to leave. There was way too much going on (someone pulled out a ladder and climbed up to do who knows what - right over our food). I've never left a bad review on Open Table so please believe the experience was that bad. While our server was fine, the greeters/hosts/hostesses need to be re-trained. The restaurant needs a deep clean, and then regular spot-checks can be implemented to make sure it's pleasant for guests. I know it's high turnover, but hospitality 101: floor needs to CONTINUALLY be swept, tables, surfaces, menus AND condiment holders need to be wiped down regularly.

They did not honor my reservation time. I asked for a manager and no one came. After waiting an hour, I eventually left and ordered pizza. They don't care about the customer experience at all. The best tgi fridays in this area, is the one on greenbelt rd. Never had a bad experience there. Trust me, the additional 15 mins ride is worth it.

Food was good!!! The waiter decided to write in his own tip even though we gave him an 11.00 tip in cash on a 50.00 dinner. Go figure!!! Fraud!!! God will deal with him.

Service started with a smile. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. It was 15-20mins to receive each appetizer separately. That experience reminded me way I stop patronizing this restaurant a while back. All we kept hearing was "I'm going to check on it", "it should be coming soon", "I'm don't know what's going on", etc..... No manager to be seen the entire time we were there.
