Silverware was dirty. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The sizzling omelet didn't have red peppers as advertised . I ordered a burger and side salad and they still brought fries with the burger. Manager came over and took care of us so we will give it another chance.

The food was good. The ambiance was so so. Floors were dirty and tables were unorganized. This could have all occurred because they had big parties. The waiter we had was phenomenal!!! Very polite and respectful. Really wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Food was good like always wanted the flat iron steak with JD sauce but they don't have it anymore so the bar tender suggested 6oz steak meal . Was still hungry after I had my meal. They closed the one in Boardman Ohio so thaught I would try it. Would eat there 3or4 TIMES a week if there was one in Boardman .

Just outstanding. I ordered the plant-based Beyond Burger on an Udi’s gluten-free bun and it was truly amazing. Our server took all our special requests down, including cutting the burger in half so leftovers could be taken home. I salute Friday’s for offering this plant-based burger and noticed the women next to us ordered it too. Thank you Friday’s!

outside of being hoodwinked with a t.v. add (still running) saying full slab rib dinner for $12.99, only to find that the special was over (for dine in......) waitress said i could of orderd the special on line somehow ,and then pick it up to go. but it was to late i was tricked into thinking i could get the special there, and eat it there, so since our mind's were already set to eat there,we stayed, and payed the extra $10.00 per dinner, kind of blew the mood. but i will say the ribs were cooked perfectly and the .j.d..glaze was good, best ribs we've had out in a while, almost as good as ours at home. chris

The wait staff were very attentive!! They went out of their way to understand the open table concept as they haven't had anyone in with an open table reservation. Also want to recognize the manager - she was outstanding and over and above to help me out!!

We read good reviews and tried it. We agreed it was worth five stars. The woman's room was somewhat unkempt, but I'm sure it was disrespectful customers, not restaurant fault.

I must admit how surprised I was when my husband suggested we go to TGI Friday's for dinner on Saturday evening. We had an awful experience at the Mayfield restaurant a few years ago and swore we would never ever go back. Our server Gabriell was quick to come over and welcome us. She took our drink order while we looked over the menu. When she returned she took our appetizer order along with our dinner order. The food was amazing and everything was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be returning to this Mentor restaurant.
