The heater was broken and its February in Michigan, so the building was very cold. The server spilled a drink on the table when delivering, then never cleaned up the mess. As we were not brought napkins or utensils we were unable to clean it up either to the mess sat there awhile. Took half-hour to take the order, then took a long time for the food to come out and it didn't come out all at once. Brought up issues to staff, got a non-genuine, non-caring response. Unlikely to return.

On a Saturday night there was no host... took over 10 minutes for someone to seat us and one other group. They were also under staffed. Everyone working was behind the bar making drinks. We didn’t get greeted at our table for almost 15 minutes. Server was so busy he forgot to ring up an item to go. We ended up waiting another 20 mins to leave. Very disappointing. I’ve been here a few other times and have had similar experiences. Will not make the mistake again to come back.

Severely understaffed. Many dirty tables as we entered the restaurant. Had to flag down a waitress to get service. If a manager was present, they were not helping much. One diner got a meal other than was ordered. On the plus side, out waitress seemed like a lovely person.

i made a reservation at 8 pm and we arrived waited 45 minutes and then was told i had to wait for a table that would take another 2 hours i asked how if i already reserved a table they are very unprofessional. i will never go there again.

Did not even have the chance to eat there. Manager told us that they don’t take reservations anymore and they don’t use open table. Even when I showed him my phone with the reservations he said it’s not his problem and to call corporate. There were many open seats when we got there, was told 30 minute wait and he had an angry mob at the check in spot with other parties questioning why they weren’t getting seated even after 30 minutes. There was a constant stream of people just walking out.

We stood at the hostess area for about 10 minutes. Completely ignored. Tried to ask a few workers nearby if there was a waitress., they acted like we weren't even talking to them. Looking around the restaurant in disbelief realized MANY dirty tables left uncleared. The place was half empty. No way they were overwhelmed. It was just gross. We ended up walking out and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Buddies. Never again TGI. Never again!

Fridays does not participate with open table. We had a reservation it was crowded when we arrive. There was no host at the front for 10 minutes. When they did come and we let them know about our reservation through open table, he stated we don’t use that. He then proceeded to tell us to call corporate.

I had a reservation for 7:00. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes for a hostess (or manager) to take our name and then we had to wait additionally for our table. She was rude, short, and showed no desire to honor our reservation time. (there were open tables, she took our name and put us on the wait list despite have a reservation on this app) Very disappointed

We made a reservation for 6:00, we got there and a hostess did not come up until 6:15. Then we were told despite our reservation that it would be an hour wait. The service was terrible, we were celebrating a birthday and had to go somewhere else because they were so terrible.

Menu was very limited. Waiter was nice but didn't check back often. We ran out of things. Broccoli was raw. I wanted a baked potato but he said it wasn't offered in the 2 for 14.99. Meat portions were very small, but they tasted good.

We showed up for our reservation. They said it would be additional 20 minutes. They only had 2 servers. Upon waiting 10 minutes at least 15 other customers left 8n disbelief. We went to famous Dave's. And half our party went somewhere else due to vegan choices. Very unhappy

We had a reserved table but when we got there we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes even though half the restaurant was empty. And even before we were told that, we waited 5 minutes before anyone greeted us at the front of the restaurant. Horrible all the way around!!!

The bucket of bones was our table favorite! And our waitress was spectacular! She handled all 12 of us on her own...and she was technically the bartender. Great service!

We put in for call ahead seating as we were visiting Novi, Michigan for a soccer tournament. When we arrived at the restaurant the host/hostess said they were not taking reservations. I asked why we would be able to get a confirmation for reservations if they were not taking them. The host/hostess was rude and said again we are not taking reservations and started to walk way not even bothering to ask us if we wanted a table. Although we have a TGI Friday’s in our area we had never tried it. After the experience we had there I am not sure we ever will. It was a terrible experience which led us to have to find a different restaurant and wait longer to eat as we made reservations with you thinking we would be eating around the time we made reservations for.

The food took over an hour to come out and the waiter ignored us and his other tables. Then they brought the appetizer and entrees all at once. They refilled my glass with the wrong wine. This was after we had been sitting and ignored for an hour. The manager informed us that the waiter was afraid to come out of the kitchen because the food was late. Seriously. Meanwhile, the manager was running herself ragged doing the work of the waiter. The food was okay overall for a chain restaurant at this level. Because of the service, we will never go to this establishment again.

We went with two young children and anticipating a Saturday night crowd, called ahead where we were told to make a reservation on open table, which we did. When we arrived (an hour after we had called and were told to use open table for our reservation) we were told that the open table system was down and they didn’t have our reservation. The hostess stand was often unstaffed for up to five minutes at a time, tables were seated out of order, tables were left unbussed the entire time we were there. The only highlight was our server, Kyle, who was as attentive as he could be given the chaos and lack of management he was dealing with. The food was fine but as my husband said, the beyond burger, which was what we came to try out, was not worth the price of admission.

Very Worst Food and service. Cant make the burger as specified in the Menu. The patty was not at all cooked or it was completely burned. Sent back the burger twice to the kitchen. Another issue was, server completely forgot to put an order for item which I ordered.

I was slightly annoyed because the two waitresses in my section, both kept forgetting things. My waitress was very helpful and sweet but sadly kept forgetting things. My silverware, my daughter's food, my daughter's juice. She also didn't ask if I wanted water and I was drinking alcoholic beverages. I had three and she didn't offer water. But other than that I liked her. I tipped her well and had a great night

We went here this past weekend for dinner for a birthday celebration. There were only 8 of us, and we had the absolute worst service. I never even received part of my meal. I've worked in customer service for over 5 years, so I'm usually very patient and hate complaining, but this was horrible. We even asked for separate checks and she brought them all together and said she didn't notice...there was only one book though!? Better training is really needed here

Only had 8 in our party. Seated quickly and restaurant was not busy. Service was HORRIBLE!! 20 minutes for drinks and the first time I experienced alcoholic beverages coming out before Sodas and Water. Food sat for so long it was cold on arrival. No longer a suitable place for our big group celebrations. Total time there was 3.5 hours.

Everything was pretty good except for the fact that I reserved a table for 10 a week in advance, for a dinner following my daughter's college graduation. I confirmed, that morning, we would only be having 7 guests instead of the 10 quoted previously. I was assured the table would be set & ready when we arrived. It was not. Luckily it was not busy and we did not have a problem getting seated. I would have been extremely upset if it was busy and our table was not reserved. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience here.
