The service was soooo slow. After waiting for our entrees for 45 minutes, the server did come over to tell us that the kitchen was backed up. But it should not take an hour to get a salad and a chicken sandwich.

As my father and I first walked in, the hosts were all huddled up in a group as one of them was brushing their hair. We sat and took approximately 5-10 minutes to use to get greeted, mind you we sat at a distance where the host and servers were able to see us. Once a server touched our table, the serve didn't greet my father and I. All the server just asked WHAT DID WE WANT with a bad attitude as we wished not to be there. We asked what beers the had on tap and ONCE again the server spoke to us and said they didn't have an idea, the beer they had was on the menu. We put in our drink order and took ANOTHER 5-10 minutes for our drinks and to come to the table. At some point ANOTHER serve came to our table to take our food order. We placed an appetizer and our entrees. Food took approximately 30 minutes to arrive, our appetizer arrived AFTER our entrees. Once we wanted our checks out server(s) where nowhere to be found. Also one of the servers family members were 2 tables next to us. The MOD MADE SURE to touch their tables before our check was dropped off. When I spoke to the manager, all the manager had to say was sorry but her sorry wasn't sincere at all.

The restaurant was not nearly full and I sat for over 15 minutes listening to the bar and wait staff debate whom would serve our table. On top of this, my son wanted to take me for a "Birthday Lunch' and I could not express my dissatisfaction with the visit as his feelings would be hurt. I have said before and will share again, I think the staff at this location need to go through training and customer service standards.

Absolutely horrible I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody I know, the food was cold, the steaks were not cooked right. I was seated 5 minutes before my party got there at a nasty table I was never greeted not a single time, our server was absolutely horrible not only does she not have any personality but she was snotty and rude she never cleared our table of any of our plates until she brought our bill, we waited over 20 minutes for our bill to get dropped after she came to our table and asked if there was anything else that we needed and we responded no we're finished, 20 minutes for a bill that's insane. The rest of your staff was using foul language on the floor, on their cell phones and not helping each other out. As someone who works in the food industry I was absolutely disgusted by the things I was seeing and im suprised that management allows this as they themselves walked the floor and said nothing . The corporate company needs to get involved in step in and clean that place up.

I got the 2 15, the salmon and steak. Salmon was delicious, but the steak was undesirable, hard small and tough. I recommend the salmon, ribs or chicken

Went there with family and we all ordered drinks they asked for our ids and walked away 5 mins passed and no drinks or waiter then some rude lady came to the table and asked to see my ID again when i asked what was the problem she didnt say nothing and walked away. Not one person explain the issue. So we politely left the place and went to Tied house a block away from here. Much better service and didnt have any issues there.

Nice neighborhood restaurant. Staff was nice. Silverware wasn’t readily available, so we had to wait for clean silverware to come out the kitchen, even though our food was already at our table.

The hostess was uninviting! She didn’t say hi or anything! I told her I had a reservation and she didn’t even ask! She totally ignored me. She sat us at a table, I said thank you, she just walked away and didn’t say a word. Our waitress, Ari, did look up our reservation after I asked her to but the service was very slow. Also she did not speak to us either. Only when she had to. There was one man there who was good and attentive. He brought us our food and drinks and to go containers. The food was very good!

LED lights are way too cold, looks weird and dark and blue inside. Service was slow. Not at all busy, but took forever to dine. The 2 for $20 deal is a miss, but one could guess as much.

The food is consistently good, the service needs some attending. Our drinks came half into our meal and I think people are just stretched thin. If they can provide training to the staff, things would turn around!

Our visit to Friday's was great. It is a simple spot for great drinks and bar food. Our server, Frankie, was amazing. We plan to go back and be seated in his section again. He was fun, outgoing, made great recommendations and was attentive without hovering.

I have been here once before and rated the food and service from that. However, upon coming for this specific reservation, my boyfriend and I went around the overly packed parking lot for 10 minutes. Finally, we saw a group of people leaving and decided to wait for them to get into their car and leave. Another car came and started waiting. Of course, when the family left we quickly drove into the spot and the other car waiting blocked our car and walk way to TGIF. I stepped out of my car and the car rolled down their window and a man said “tell your boyfriend if he don’t move his car, I’m gon’ to set it on fire.” I tried to tell him that we were waiting there first but he started rolling up his window saying “shut up B*tch.” We pulled out of the spot and called the police as the couple took the parking and went into TGIF. The police arrived ten minutes later obviously showing that if we did decide to stand our ground and tell the people that we weren’t going to leave then they could’ve done what ever they wanted to us and left before the police even got there. When we spoke to the police, they said there was nothing they could since the people did not actually set our car on fire. But everything starts with a threa. This is the type of clientele they have. These are the type of people that would have been eating along side us. We will not be returning to TGIF again. We just don’t feel safe, our first time going, we didn’t even see a security gaurd there.

There was a sewer-like smell in the restaurant & multiple dirty table. We ordered appetizers but did not eat them when they arrived. The odor in the restaurant made us loose our appetite. We paid for the appetizers & left.

The restaurant smelled so awful, like the sewer was backing up, and the server really didn’t want to be there, which was very apparent. The server had no idea what the specials were, and said a total of about 15 words to us the entire time. We were celebrating our engagement and we were less than pleased

I was very disappointed with the culture of TGIF. The moment I walked in the girls were standing in the doorway chit-chatting/gossiping. Our waiter was a newer worker and never came back to the table to see if I wanted anything more. No dessert were offered. She did not forget to bring the check for the meals. I also asked for suggestions and she had "None". Everything I called out from the menu; she said I don't eat that and put a frown on her face. I was very disappointed with the ambiance - it was so dark in the dining area that I could not even see the menu.

Don't go on Sundays between 1-6 with the Church crowd, especially in a group over 2. We waited 2 hours for a table of 7, workers made things complicated to seat people 4 or more. It was horrible, no apologies or anything were given, yes the reverend was out of line and very noisy, so if he called in, it went 2 days!!!

The wait wasn’t so bad because off the “ open table app” however, our food was horrible. I ordered the spicy pasta with chicken and shrimp. The Alfredo sauce was runny with hardly no cheese. I sent it back, they didn’t even give me a fresh order. They basically reheated my food and added more cheese. I know because the chicken and shrimp I had was cut in half by me and it was the same when the waiter brought It back. Also my bacon wrapped shrimp were charred so bad and the shrimp weren’t done. My date food was no better. We complained and the waiter didn’t even send a manager over. We weren’t compensated at all. I had to wait for the waiter to get a fork after he took my plate. I didn’t have anything to eat with after he took my plate back to redo my food. Also I asked for another straw, the waiter brought me a straw with his bare hands...the straws had no plastic or paper on it. So unsanitary! The restroom were horrible!!!! There was blood all over the handicapped stall and toilet. Just deplorable conditions!

The waitress forget my guest drink and my chicken was cold. The waitress forgot we was there in the back waiting for her to served us. The manager didn't have enough workers for a Saturday afternoon at 3:45p.m. It was my first time. The onion soup and cheese sticks were good from my guests of 4! How can Stephanie forget her first table to be served? It was not all good.

Service was terrible that night, the restaurant actually ran out of glasses, and it took an hour for us to just get some water, and the place wasn’t even crowded. We ordered the endless appetizers and the waitress didn’t even ask us what we wanted to order after the first appetizer, she just chose for us. Also some of the other people in our group order an actual entree and it took over an hour to get their food. I usually always go to this Fridays, but I don’t think I will anymore.

My waiter was very nice but the other staff was not organized at all. I was there on a double date and all of our orders kept getting mixed up with other peoples. The young kids bringing the food to us kept arguing that the food was ours when it clearly wasn't what we had ordered. The other people dining in had to flag the kids over to their table to tell them that was their orders and not ours. We will never be returning to any TGIF due to that. It was very uncomfortable.

The MOST HORRIFIC restaurant experience I've ever had. The server knocked my cocktail all over me and left me wet and waiting for FIVE minutes! Do you know how long that is in "wet and sticky" time? In the meanwhile he kept bringing food out to other customers, walking past me, even though I kept asking for someone to clean it up and to see the manager, who later turned out, hadn't even been notified of this. NEVER again am I stepping my foot in this place!
