Overall it was a good experience. It was X-Mas day so i do understand it was going to be hard to find a place that was open. But lucky us we have the open table app. We were sat down quickly despite the restaurant being full. Family and i all had sandwiches and burgers which were on point. I would definitely go back for a burger.

I are late and alone. My server ASHLYN was so wonderful. She provided great product knowledge, patience with my choice from the menu and maintained constant presents to provide for any of my dining needs. THANK YOU ASHLYN! You are so greedy!

The wait wasn't long at all seated in about 5 minutes there was 10 of us, the waiter was very friendly and very knowledgeable, the food good a nice portion the drinks was ok they tasted more like a virgin drink than alcohol but we drunk them. The atmosphere was nice it wasn't very noisy enjoyed watching the game on television it was a nice evening at Fridays. Will be back again.

Bathrooms were dirty, service was fair i will say, but we had to either wait on our selves and clear our own table in order to make room for other entrees or hope a server would come by to assist. Once you was seated and received your order I felt like they moved on to the next table and was no longer concerned about you. I understand it's Valentine's day so you expect places to be busy but we wasn't waiting because the staff was slammed they just refused to come back unless you went an found them. Food was ok but the bathrooms being dirty had me about the cleanliness of there kitchen. Maybe that effected my ability to enjoy the food I don't know, but I wasn't impressed an wish I would have made reservations sooner so that we could have got a table at another restaurant.

We made a reservation and informed the hosts when we arrived. But I guess they have forgotten about it and let people who came before us got seated first, I pointed this out and the host apologized.

Everything was great except our waitress. She would disappear for long periods of time. She was not very attentive. She actually broke a water glass when giving us water when we first arrived and didn't sufficiently clean up the water or the shards of glass. I understand accidents, but with her continued long absences and inattentiveness, she did not get our usual 20% tip.

Disgusting food, didn't get my soup and the tea was absolutely horrible. I asked for a seat for my daughter and waited 20 mins for one and they were not busy. Won't be going back ever !!!

Only place left in OKC where my hubby can smoke. Big plus in his opinion. Like the immediate seating availability and the big booths in the bar for our meeting. Great place to bring the crew.

We always find a booth in the bar area. Bartender is always friendly and service is usually wonderful. LOVE the French Onion Soup and the Buffalo Wings. But the Jack Daniels dishes are to die for! That sauce has to be one of my all time fav's. Great place for everyday lunch or dinner.

One of the poorest visits to a TGIF location ever. Large party with dinner reservations. Took 20 minutes after on time arrival to have table ready and the place was maybe 10% full. No silverware on table after asking numerous times until after food was delivered. After ordering appetizers, took 45 minutes to deliver. After ordering main course, took another 45 minutes to deliver food. Place was maybe 30% full at this point. 2 1/2 hours to get in and out. Manager never once made an appearance at table to check on things or to apologize for the inconvenience. Food was fine but this location is very poorly managed. Avoid this location if you're looking for a halfway pleasant experience.

We made reservations on OpenTable because all of the restaurants were really packed. We drove 15 minutes to get there in an Uber and when we did the hostess said they didn't take reservations. I showed her on my phone the OpenTable reservation and she said she was sorry she had no idea how that worked and we had to wait 20 minutes
