We arrived earlier 2 hours earlier than our reservation time, and the staff manages to get us seated within 20 minutes. Our server was attentive although the restaurant was bustling. The manager on duty did a great job directing the staff and addressing the patrons concerns. Overall great experience.

The restaurant was extremely clean, the food arrived at the table fast. Everything was fresh and delicious, prices weren't too high, the waiter was extremely nice. I would definitely go back again

Came here for the Georgia Florida game for the atmosphere and of course the wings. Everything was great, the server was okay she could have been more attentive but it was busy. They have an amazing kitchen staff and I would definitely be returning again soon!

I made my reservation through Open Table. When I stated that upon arrival, the hostess said she will take care of that. They directed me to a table. I was suspicious as they did not check my arrival on the screen so I stopped at the desk on my way out to make sure they registered my showing up. They assured me it was done. A day later I see an email that TGI Fridays cancelled my reservation. This is, obviously, totally unacceptable!

Service was horrible and we come here often. Our party of 10 was seated quickly but clearly the server was overwhelmed or inexperienced. VERY slow getting food out and my order was the usual Bucket of Bones with garlic parm wings which they put buffalo sauce on THEN tried to fix it by adding garlic over it. I asked see her She told me it comes mixed like that...no it doesn't. One of our chairs had to be put at the top/head of the table since the column was where they were supposed to sit, meaning you crammed TWO large parties into that one space back there. Two of my guests asked for no tomatoes on their burger but they were on them anyway. Drinks were extremely slow, refills as well. First time in a long time but enough for us to say no more group gatherings...oh and with the crappy service we still got a huge "service charge", i.e. gratuity on each bill but also had suggested "gratuity" amounts listed...had I not asked about the charge the teens I brought in would have double tipped when they barely wanted to tip at all! We had to ask for refills, ranch, napkins and eating utensils...SERIOUSLY, how were we supposed to EAT?!? No plates for the appetizers, etc...

Horrible experience. After one thug customer literally hit his wife in the face at a table in the bar, and the manager refused to intervene or call 911 because the offending client was “a regular customer” I realized That TGI Friday’s is a little too low brow for my standards.

We went on the 16th not the 15th. The wait for the food was extremely long & one of the meals had to be sent back. It was ordered grilled with no seasoning & was served seasoned & very salty.

Good menu selection. Food was good. Service was excellent. Not the best ambience, but good for this type of restaurant. Another plus is they have REALLY large booths available that easily accommodated our party of 5. Not only where these particular booths large, but open on both ends to allow easy "in/out." The best thing, however, is that they use OpenTable for reservations. We are at the point where we do not go anywhere without a reservation. Would definitely recommend and definitely go back.

Well service was fine but restaurant was sort of empty on a Saturday evening. Turns out our final bill was ridiculous for what we got to eat. It probably explain why empty there, prices too high for what you get. We were better off going to Bonefish for what we paid so don't plan to come back unless prices come down. No reason to charge almost $20 for seafood dishes when quality not that great.

Awful food 2ND time in 3 months! The one star was because you can't give zero stars!!! first rubber ribs and a being Sat with my children next to a screaming drunk birthday party ,there were plenty of other tables they could have chosen. Second trip rice that smelled like fish sauce and tasteless chicken one party member said the burbon sauce was gross others said burgers aren't too good never going back! Sever was nice really tried to be helpful.

This is a chain restaurant offering typical bar food and drinks. Very noisy but to be expected on a graduation weekend. So-so food.

The worse. From the serves to the food yuk. Food order was wrong everything was cold. Server was in need of training and what worse she's been there for a long time. It will be a long time before I will go back.

When I arrived they said they don't accept Open Table reservations and don't know why they're on the system. Then the manager was rude to us and told us if we didn't like it there's plenty of other restaurants around. All around AWFUL experience.

For using the web the restaurant did not pay attention to the reservation time. They stated they call my phone but they didn't. Food was cold and way over priced for what we had. Total bill was over 280. All in all there are better places to eat in Tallahassee.

I went for the endless appetizers and the food was great but wasn't aware that you had to eat it all before getting a new appetizer even if you didn't like the one you got. Somewhat disappointed
