The restaurant was closed. We showed up for our reservation and everything was locked up with a sign on the door.

We were seated almost immediately. We ordered within 10 minutes of being seated. Waters and one beverage was delivered and we were told sweet tea was being brewed. We didn’t see our server again for a good 30 minutes, when she brought the two alcoholic beverages we ordered. Then nothing. One bowl of soup was delivered for our table of eight after being there almost an hour. I approached our server to ask if everything was okay. She then came to our table and asked if the manager had spoken to us as they’d run out of a soup we’d ordered. We didn’t have a complicated order. Dinner salads, soups, and burger. No reason for such slow service. It wasn’t even busy. Many tables vacant.

Why take reservations..because when my husband and I showed up at 9.. the hostess told me he didn’t have a reservation for me.. I hadn’t been to Friday’s in along time..now I see why..the waitress was outstanding she made our visit tolerable..I bought gifts cards from Sams club Friday morning 45 dollars worth..I left the waitress with the balance because I told her I want be back.screen shoot of my reservation

Came to TGIF on a Friday night with my husband and two kids. Ordered drinks, appetizers and our entrees. The appetizers came (Potato Skins) and both of my kids found long hairs in their and pulled them out of their mouth. Lost our appetite and asked for our bill, they were going to give it to us for free but we wanted to tip our server, so we asked to allow us to pay for our drinks and we tipped her and went elsewhere for dinner.

My nephew graduated from college, and everyone needed a place capable of serving 20 at short notice. This place was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. The servers (Joe and Courtney) were new, but they were so nice and helpful that we did not mind their small learning curve. THOSE TWO MADE OUR NIGHT ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!
