Delicious comfort food delivered promptly and with a friendly, cordial server named Robin. Always ask for her when we arrive. Thanks for being our neighborhood go-to for the best ribs and other comfort foods.

This TGIF is very dark inside with the black walls. The full rack rib special was delicious and such a great value. Will come back again if you offer that special in the future.

Love the lunch duo menu. Nice selection of healthy choices at a price to fit even those on a tight budget. Service was attentive, cordial, and efficient. Will come back next time with more friends.

We had four different people take our order or bring out food. It took forever to get drink refills. The steak I had was flavorless and just unsatisfying. Then the manager took our check for payment and we watched as he served food to other tables while still holding our check and credit cards. Quite frankly it was a disorganized mess.

The hostess was incompetent and couldn’t figure out how to seat us. The server was also on the incompetent side. Didn’t come back often to refill drinks and he thought it was best to bring the kids meals out 20 minutes after bringing out the entrees for the adults.

The restaurant is generally consistent and good. This meal was a disaster. After ordering, we heard someone tell the adjacent table that the restaurant had run out of chicken tenders (at 7:15 p.m. on a Saturday). Because one of us ordered this, but were not told there was a shortage, we assumed we were the last table to receive them. When they brought two house salads, I noted that I had ordered a Caesar and the person took the salad back. When our dinners they told us they had run out of chicken tenders. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. About five minutes later they delivered my salad, which I refused. We completed our dinners; the chicken sandwich did not arrive. After our empty plates were taken away, I sought the manager. A few minutes later, a deer-in-the-headlights person arrived and said he was the manager. We explained the problems, and he claimed it was only 10 minutes since we ordered the sandwich. We canceled the order and the manager said he would adjust our check. This man demonstrated no confidence and, in contrast to our server (Michael) who was diligent and caring, the manager gave the opposite impression. I also explained to the manager we were in a time crunch because we were going to visit a sick relative in the hospital. Many minutes later the server brought our check. It included a coupon we had and a 15% discount, but also a Heineken we didn't order. The server adjusted the check and we paid and left. While the quality of the remaining meals was fine, this was a travesty. We also observed the hostess refuse to seat a person dining alone in a booth around 8 p.m., telling him they saved the (mostly empty) booths for larger parties. The manager also did not care when I told him we were frequent customers and that I had over 3,000 Friday’s points. In short, a disaster, and poorly handled by the manager. Addendum-We tweeted, they asked us to email them, we did, left a call back number, we called & social media cust svc was in a mtg .

Angie was patient kind sweet she smiled she talked to us like human adults and she got everything we asked for. My girls and I had a great experience because our waitress set the mood.

Met girlfriends for an early dinner. Had reservations but really didn't need them. Our wait staff - Christine - was cute and very personable....however, i was served a Caesar Salad with Salmon instead of a Cobb Salad with salmon. I didn't want to wait for another meal to be made since my friends had their's already. I took what came. It was tasty.

We took our grand daughter out for dinner. TGIFridays is always consistent as far as the quality of the food and the prices are very reasonable. We had not been here for a while so we were glad we decided to go.

I went to this location for their special about the apps. The idea that they show on commercial on major tv Chanel's are nice, but the location needs to deliver a better service in terms of products.
