We are regular customers of Thaiverse and we love the restaurant. I had the chicken tikka curry dish which was not my favorite. I think I prefer the more traditional Thai offerings. My husband and my sister really enjoyed their meals - ginger chicken and egglplant char.

We have eaten a lot of Thai food and this was among the best pad thai we have ever had! Larb gai and curry stir fries were very good too. Glad we went for the sticky toffee pudding and mango sticky rice for dessert too. A very good Thai meal.

We went for an anniversary and I requested flowers and they delivered! We had a quiet area, roses on the table, and candle going. The staff was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely clean and crisp historic building with well presented quality Thai food. BUT I would venture a guess that this property suffers from absentee ownership. We went there on a Friday night at 7:30 and the place was less than half full. The reception bar area was empty except for several staff members lounging about looking at their phones and appearing bored. Someone low energy eventually got up and took us to a table. The staff is VERY quirky. Unfortunately the service experience was on the IHOP end of the spectrum and we were hoping for some thing more towards the Red Fox Inn level of experience. So we learned there is no reason to drive all the way to Middleburg for a quality Thai food night out experience

This used to be a good restaurant. But over the last 2 years, the quality of the food has fallen off significantly. Now it is just another mediocre Thai place. In addition, the service, which was once excellent, has gotten much worse. Last night we arrived for an 8:00 reservation, and by 8:45 the server was clearly anxious for us to leave so she could finish up and go home. Basically refused to serve us dessert. We will not be back.

We have always loved Thaiverse in the past, but the service was very deficient this time, the food was good but not incredible, and it seems that the restaurant overall wasn’t as well maintained.

No personality shown by servers. Food was blah. Ordered Panang veggie curry to go, but did not see it until I got it home - there were NO veggies in it!!! Just basil!!!! Sauce was yummy, and thank goodness there was a protein or there would have been nothing in the meal! Boring, bland food.

The food was great. From cocktails to food then dessert everything was superb. The owner could not have been more fun to speak with during our meal. Sadly we have to return to New Jersey without this fine food and the owners great sense of humor. He really did make our meal the highlight of our trip to Middleburg. Do yourself a favor when visiting: get the sticky rice and mango dessert. It is the best dessert my wife and I had in years at any restaurant. We wish this owner continued success for many years!

Very slow start, sitting for 45 minutes before having new server come over. New server was great and did her best to hurry things along. Forgot moms appetizer so they took off the bill. Food pretty good.

We were seated on the very pleasant back patio on a beautiful evening. The duck roll appetizer was delicious, as were our entrees, pad thai for me and glazed salmon for my husband. Our table was attended by two different staff members, both of whom were very polite. We had zero complaints about our experience.

When we first arrived, we were ignored by the server who was working the front room. After standing there waiting for over 5 minutes, he approached us and sat us in a room with mostly empty tables. I am not sure why he looked over at as several times but never attempted to greet or seat us. After that awkwardness, we had our usual great food and service that we expect from Thaiverse.

Lovely location with private parking in Middleburg. The food was delicious and authentic and the service was attentive. The Brie rolls were heavenly and unique! Everything was fresh and flavored to perfection. Best Thai in the area!

Overall great experience. The drinks were good with a Thai flair. The food was good quality and great presentation. The calamari was so tender and a delightfully light and crisp batter. Loved the duck pancake roll. Drunken noodles and the Ginger w protein added was really well prepared. They seemed to be scrambling a little. It took quite a while to get drinks and appetizers ordered. There was quite a pause before we could order dinner. I think it was just a Saturday dinner rush so everyone be patient. We will go back again

We wanted to try this place for over a year and finally had the opportunity. The restaurant itself is quite nice, with a small intimate bar in the front room as you enter, and lots of little rooms for dining as it was once a house. Everything seemed great, but the problems started when we were seated. 15 minutes passed before anyone came by to bring waters or take drink orders. We ordered one cocktail and one non-alcoholic drink. 20 minutes later, I asked our server about my cocktail and he said it was on its way. After 35 minutes, I went up to the bar to get it myself in frustration, but nobody was there. I had to grab the closest employee I could to ask for my cocktail. There were no apologies or explanations, but it did come a few minutes later. Dinner itself was outstanding. The best Thai we’ve had in the area for sure, but the service experience might prevent us from ever coming back. After ordering our meals, we NEVER saw our server again. A different person brought our meals from the kitchen and nobody ever came by our table again to simply see if we needed anything. When it was time for our check, I had to go to the server station and request it. We were really disappointed by the experience but not by the food. We strongly recommend it, but ONLY for take out.

This was a "get to know each other" business dinner and the quiet corner and swift service was perfect for our group. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. A great way to kick off our event at the Salamander Resort.

My significant other and I tried this place for the first time Sunday. I liked it. We sat outdoors given the weather was lovely but they had a bee problem. I would go again. Interesting as they are located directly across from another Thai restaurant.
