Service was good, food was fine, ambiance was good. Great place to go with friends
Enjoyed the experience!! Nice craft Beer and friendly Staff!!
The beer served (IPA) was below expectations. New parking rules requiring patrons to share their license plates. Expensive. The patio heater was out of gas.
We love it here!!! The food this time was very good, the best we have had here.
Ordered the Battered Fish, found the size extremely small (young kid size we got).
The food in general was quite good. I had an issue with my burger but they took care of it and were very accommodating and understanding. I'll likely go back, I just won't order the burger.
Decent experience overall. Were out of what I wanted to order and second choice was mediocre. My associates salad was "MEH". One out of four of us loved our dish the others thought was just ok. Lively place with a positive atmosphere!
We booked a table for 4 on a friday @ 8 PM to celebrate a birthday. We traveled close to an hour to get to the restaurant to realize they were CLOSED due to a power outage only in their restaurant. We didn't receive a phone call ahead of time to save us the trip, nor did we receive an apology or acknowledgement of our missed reservation. This was truly unprofessional and I would recommend Open table to look into this because it was through you that the reservations were made.
Great place for dinner. Food was very enjoyable. The booths are very difficult to get in & out of. They seem really high. Other then that - a great restaurant - we'll be back.
Server was super knowledgeable about everything, very helpful !
Food and beer were great, service was on point as well..specially it being Father's day...and very reasonably priced.
They got the prices wrong on the bill and we realized after paying. We requested to get a credit back for the overcharged and they indicated cannot process right away and needed to get general manager involved and we need to go back next day to work it out. This is unbelievable after quite a bit of discussion. At the end we settled with them brining the equivalent value of dessert so that we did not get overcharge. The overall experience got ruined coz of this even though food was good.
Mediocre food. Food was cold, undersalted and didn't look great. Only thing hot was the fish and chips.
Dinner for two with a beer and entree took 2 hrs. Server was constantly too busy to attend our table. Manager was busy chatting with same table all night long.
They accepted our reservation, we drove there and they said they were closing and not serving, so we ended up at Moxie's next door. Thankfully Moxie's was open or that would have been a huge waste of time.
We are asked for short and simple . Went there last November. Very good for a birthday dinner. Booked for a birthday dinner last sat. June 2. 15 of us. Place half empty on a Saturday night. At 7 30. Now I now why. Our waitress was so nice. But it was her first day and they gave her our large table by herself. I felt so bad for her. No drinks. Long waits for food. Half the food was wrong. Bills were incorrect. Only when we called for management did things get moving. Still double plates or no plates. Never again. Again it was half empty. Don't go. Don't waste your money or time. Terrible. I might have well just burned our money
Service was prompt and friendly. Food came quick and was very tasty. Great experience!
Took them more then an hour to release the dishes. They brought the appraisers with the main course, the kids were received their meal cold.
Went specifically for their Sunday Brunch for Mother's day. Saw the brunch menu online. When we got there told us brunch no longer offered at RH location. First disappointment of many disappointments. The service was actually very good but the food was pretty bad. We had a table of 5. My fish and chips was so oily and fish portions very small. My wife had the grilled cheese with brisket, meat was so dry and the bread was like a brick. Place is fairly large and was not very busy. Don't think will be back.
We went for Sunday brunch. Unfortunately, they had stopped serving brunch “just last week”. That’s okay because there were some decent options on the regular menu. Unfortunately, they were out of most of those items as well (the menu will be changing soon, so no need to carry that stuff anymore). Food we eventually got was “meh”.
The food selection compliments the homemade beers very well. The only issue is to find a parking in the parking lot on a weekend.
It was our family’s Mother’s day celebrations. They put us in the back (almost private) section since there was 16 of us. It was perfect. We tend to be loud and having the more private area was great. Everyone really enjoyed the evening, and I’m sure we will return soon.
Absolutely horrible service and food. I came with 8 people and all of our meals were not processed properly. Food arrived cold and at different times... tasted horrible too. Will not be coming back here
Made reservations days in advance for a birthday dinner. When we arrived we were given 2 separate tables for my party of 15 people. We decided to pull chairs to sit at the bigger table together. It took over 40 minutes after we ordered for our food to come and some of the dishes arrived cold. When we were finished eating, our waiter was nowhere to be found. We waited way too long to get our bills and ended up spending over 2 hours at the restaurant (not by choice). This was an unpleasant experience to say the least.
I’m not usually one to review restaurants but the whole evening was terrible. I ordered a pretzel and popcorn shrimp. The pretzel was good, the shrimp was soggy. The service was terrible, we hardly saw our waitress all night and we were there for 2.5 hrs. Overall I’m gonna have to say this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
My meal took too long to arrive and it was over cooked. My burger was black on the outside. I didn’t send it back because I was starving. The place is too loud. We were shouting at each other. Will not return.
Great beer restaurant with the emphasis on the hose brewed beer but the food choices compliment the drinks very well.
You'd think that it's common sense to bring condiments if you ordered a burger/fries. Nope. You have to flag down another server because you've finished half of your burger and the one assigned to your table is still no where to be seen.
Food was great - my go to is the chicken avocado bacon sandwich. It is hands down the best!
Just a quick tip, if you every see your server, make sure you tell them everything you need at once. In the amount of time we waited for condiments, water, and bill, we could have had a second dinner.
3 Brewers has been a favourite of ours for quite a while, however on our last visit (April) our food was definitely not good. None of us (4 people) were happy with our meals which is unusual. I had the Welsh Brewers - the sourdough bread was soggy and unappetizing, the ham was a tasteless thick chunk and the entire dish was covered with orange, greasy cheese. Husband's burger was so burnt that it had a heavy layer of charcoal on one side which made it inedible - obviously the cook had forgotten about it, but still served it! Friends' meals were strange - a chicken wrap turned out to be french fries covered in chicken and lettuce. These may be new items on the menu but they definitely need to be reworked. Bring back regular wraps and the beef dip - can't go far wrong with those items. Hostess and server were both very pleasant and professional. Will keep checking the menu to see changes before we go back again.
Went for lunch with 2 young kids. They had a kids lunch menu with activities to keep them entertained. Ambience was quiet which was excellent with the kids. Comfy and had great beer.
The sangria doesn't even taste like wine. When I had issue with my food they were just like oh ok and took my full plate except for the few vegetables I ate and then I still had to pay for it. Didn't ask me if there was something else they could get me. The service was terrible. Glasses sat empty on the table the entire time.
Good food and excellent service . Servers are friendly and professional without wanting to be your new best friend.
My family went to this restaurant for dinner as it was one of my hubbies favorite places to eat. He ordered a flat bread that was to have arugla and sundried tomates. It had regular tomatoes and spinach which made the flatbread very soggie. The mussels tasted like mercury and we couldn't eat them and the goat cheese salad i got was drowning in dressing and onions that i asked to not be in the salad in the first place. It was awful and we wont be back.
Even though there were TVs all around the restaurants but it was not too noisy for people to chat.
Service was almost none existance other than taking order and bringing it over we pretty much had to chase a server down each time we needed something. The food was good. We ordered nachos flatbread and beer and it was good. Place a bit too loud so hard to carry a conversation
Very long slow service. Took 30 min for bills
Never came back to ask if we needed anything after food came
very good customer service, waitress made conversation with us, food is always deliciojs
The staff were really friendly, the location was good, atmosphere was positive and the food was reasonable.
As usual good
Love it!Food was wery good, Beer even better. Service was fast and pleasant .
