The 3 Brewers- Yonge St
Had dinner before seeing Hamilton next door at the Mirvish theatre. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was efficient and fun. We have been going to the Senator before shows, but their prices have gone completely ridiculous. As such 3 Brewers is our new haunt!
Our waiter was awesome!! She knew we were celebrating our anniversary and brought us a sample of their new beer to try. The maxi fries are to die for!! We have been coming here for a year now and absolutely love it.
Terrible all around would never go back. Food bad service ok
They handled our large group of pre-theatre eaters incredibly well. We had our own little room, the server was attentive and the food was tasty and hot and arrived quickly. I will definitely be back!
Three Brewers is now for us our go to restaurant before the Mirvish theatre - three times over the past year. Service has always been prompt. Wide selection of (Pub style) food which is consistently good and best of all, it is delivered promptly and when ready by other than your primary wait person; in other words, a team effort which avoids delays in food delivery. Cheerful staff.
I have been here many times, most times I have to send something back!
Wednesday food was exactly what I needed
Will keep coming
Consistently good. Love the craft beer and healthy, tasty options.
Attended “Hamilton” @ Mervisch Theatre. Lunch before. Close to theatre. Very quiet and service was good.
Third time here. Service the first two times was outstanding - this time, not so much. It was a completely different experience. Won't be back a fourth time.
Wonderful ambiance with super service and great food.
Food was very good. I would recommend this restaurant to others.
Kyle served us - he was witty and fun! Had a great time before the theatre. Great food and friendly staff
The Hostess was great, they were very helpful. The service was great as well, food came fast and work to our time line .
Ash was a really great server! Would recommend him, especially for big groups.
Since the first time i went, i loved the atmosphere of the place and decided to celebrate my birthday there. The only thing I was not very happy about was that my reservation was divided into 2 tables and my guests were separated when I asked to join the table next to, the waiter who was attending us said he would have no problem and would join the tables for me. However, the manager appeared spreading "reserved" signs and said that we could not get the table because someone was coming, but no one has ever appeared, in the end, my guests were separated and had several empty tables around. But I want to clarify that our waiter, Ash was excellent from start to finish, he deserves 5 stars.
Meh, underwhelmed. Asked on OpenTable for a standard table, got a high table. Guess this site doesn't matter.
As always, Amazing place for a night out
Amazing flat bread pizza and really took the initiative to acknowledge reservation notes
Amazing place to hangout
My friend who was with me ordered the steak. It was not hot but she did not want to complain as we were headed to the theatre following dinner. Other than that the food was good and our server was excellent.
Service and food were amazing! Our server was outstanding!!
The food and service was amazing. I would recommend the Savoy Dior! Delicious!
First time there thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!!😊💚💙💕👍👍👍
Good proximity to theater. Noise level high and average food. Nothing beyond expectations
The waiter was good but it took awhile for drink refills
I go often to 3 Brewers, it’s different from you usual pub menu, adding that European and French Canadian flare to it.
Will keep returning!
We had a great server who remembered the last time we were there (1 month ago) and remembered what we had ordered. I wish I remembered her name. When we were deciding where we were going to eat before the theatre, The 3 Brewers won out mainly because of our server, food and location.
New Years eve
The only problem was the toilet, it was quite dirty.
Awesome ambiance and hospitality with good food and boos which is pocket friendly too
Great restaurant, been there before. Was a rather loud and service was rushed and kind of pushy, but it was New Year’s Eve.
We went before seeing a show at the Ed Moravian Theatre. I would recommend making a reservation due to crowds. But that staff clearly are used to the rush before shows and we got our food quickly and had great service. Our waiter was even kind enough to remind us of how long we had until the show started when we went to order desserts (someone told him the wrong time so we were fine, but the fact that he was watching that for us was very appreciated).
Great spot for lunch before going to see a show at the Ed Mervish. Great service and great food! Love the layout and ambience. Will definitely be back!
Amazing experience and ambience at the 3 Brewers. Date night was perfect!
They have quiet dining areas and loud ones, be sure to specify when you reserve.
I love being at 3Brewers! I always go there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and is always very good! The beer is good and so is the price! The food is delicious!
Having read the comments from other diners about the noise level, I had asked for a quiet table, so we were escorted to the second floor corner table by a window overlooking Yonge Street. This spot, while noisy, was much quieter than the unbearable din on the main floor.
Our servers were very friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient, with one exception. One member of our group found that his fish was inedible, and the manager said that he would get a replacement immediately - but that replacement never arrived.
Our shared appetizers of beer battered fries, popcorn shrimp, and fried veggies & mozzarella were a hit, but the mains of fish & chips, carnivore pizza, and spicy pepperoni pizza were all misses.
We were on a deadline because we had theatre tickets, so quickly paid the bill and left. It was only later that evening that I discovered that they had charged us for the inedible (and uncorrected) fish & chips, and that was extremely disappointing.
I'm not impressed with the new menu. Bring back quesadillas, brie and pear sandwich. Sandwich choices are boring
Visited the 3 Brewers Yonge St for the first time on December 18th after work with 6 co workers for dinner and a beer. The menu has great variety, everyone was pleased with their meals as well as the selection of beer. Very cool that we could actually sample the beer prior to making a selection which helped out. The service was outstanding especially since it was pretty busy. One thing to note however is that the restaurant is multi level so if you are not a fan of stairs make sure that you ask for main floor dining or just 1 floor off of the main level. All in all it was great!
Noisy but contained
