Famous for his Italian and Mediterranean cuisine Chef Bill partnered with the Oakbrook Golf Course to create a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy Rigatoni with Bolognese, the Adriatic Burger, or Creamy Porcini Mushroom Soup while taking in the peaceful surroundings of the golf course. Food was good (big portions) and service was very good, although it seemed a bit understaffed. It was a quiet mid-week night. The restaurant is casual, a few other tables were made up of what I'm guessing is an older regular crowd. First time eating here, but people do come by for the Italian food and drinks.

Chef Bill does a wonderful job creating delicious meals. We ordered the cream of mushroom soup and the smoked salmon. He smokes the salmon which provides superior flavor and his cream of mushroom soup is in a class of its own.

Saw The Adriatic in Wine Spectator last year and we’ve been looking forward to trying it. What a treat! Great service, nice outdoor seating that was comfortable despite the heat of the day. The wine list was extensive as expected. The food was wonderful: Salmon and shrimp with spaghetti squash, cannoli was amazing! We’ll be back!

Delightful surprise. I would never have found this great restaurant if it wasn’t for OpenTable. I was in town for business and wanted local, fresh, and unique experience. Went there for lunch on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Food and service were both 5 stars. I will definitely make this a must-visit location for all future business trips.

I didn’t like that you are no longer serving chicken breast for the chicken peperonata. It was stringy and not as good. Won’t order again.

I think this must be one of the best kept secrets anywhere. Maybe people think you have to be a golfer to eat here? It was quiet for lunch and most people with me got the special. The value was great, the food was amazing. and the portions were sizable. Our waitress was informative and nice. The only suggestion I might have is to make the restaurant more inviting. It is really just abox where the bar has more decor. Would definitely recommend.

Was there for Easter Sunday brunch. For the price of $60 per person, I thought there would be more lunch options but it was mostly breakfast. I just don’t see the value of $60 for scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, and two potato varieties. Plus, the advertising for the event made it like there was bottomless drinks but that was an extra charge. I couldn’t even get orange juice unless I coughed up an extra $20. Also the automatic 20% gratuity which came out to $36 for a party of three, not sure why this is added on? We got our own drinks and food from the buffet, all the servers did was take away the dirty plates which wasn’t many for $36??? I still can’t believe I spent over $200 and didn’t get a single orange juice :(
