This was not our first time having dinner at The Alden. It is my husband's absolute favorite restaurant because the menu while small is powerful. Each item on there is packed with savory well combined flavors that please the palate and make a mental impression and keep you coming back for more. Our server, Mike, was very attentive, we shared a few laughs with him. Overall a pleasant evening, as always.

The food is interesting, creative and unbelievably delicious. Service is attentive and the chef owner went to every table to ask about your experience. The lobster roll was roll your eyes to the heavens good. Parking is valet.

We truly enjoyed our meal and the entire visit. Our waiter was very helpful with menu questions. The food was exceptional. All flavors thoughtfully combined in each dish made for a taste delight in each bite. Husband cannot stop talking about the lobster roll! Will be back soon.

Fantastic Sunday evening date night. We did the prix fixe menu which was such a treat. We really appreciated the thoughtful ingredients use and unique presentations. Everything was divine. Great place for a special dinner.

It was our first time and we completely enjoyed ourselves! Had the best table in the house - wonderful for our little group celebrating a 70th birthday!

The food was delicious. We split the spring salad and thought it might have been the best salad we ever had. The salmon was delicious and very creative in how it was served. My husband liked the chicken. They serve the wine in nice glasses and give you a generous pour. We will definitely go back even though we live in midtown.
