As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.

Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

I’ve been to Allan Park numerous times and couldn’t fault it however on this occasion I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a roast chicken with haggis etc and this was around £17. On arrival I was somewhat shocked it was what I would class a child size portion the breast tiny and the haggis about 3 cm in diameter. Very disappointed. So based on this will not be hurrying back. Service however was impeccable.

Excellent Sunday lunch. The roast was perfect and I’d definitely return for that. Service was very warm and friendly. A great option for food in Stirling.

It was lovely food for a joint birthday/festive meal. Service and friendliness of staff were excellent. Forgot the sprouts though! And we only realised afterwards haha

They do a plant based menu and I like the cauliflower scampi & chips which is very filling. It would be good if they had some vegan mayo in their kitchen so they could offer a vegan tartar sauce to accompany it. But otherwise good food and staff lovely

I visited for lunch with my elderly parents and my dog. A nice welcome and staff were friendly, helpful and didn’t rush us. A very pleasant atmosphere and lovely decor. We had the sandwiches, all were well presented and tasted great. We really enjoyed our lunch and felt it was good value. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you 😊
