Very overpriced food- nothing was seasoned. just had radio playing, ambience was not great. Cocktails were good. Went for a birthday and they didn’t do anything.

Service was attentive, timely and met our guest’s dietary needs knowledgeably, with empathy and sensitivity. The lamb was excellent, cooked to perfection as requested. The portion size was generous with multiple options on the plate (potatoes, 2 types of squash, pearl onions, asparagus, and a mushroom gravy). The restaurant was probably half full and the live music was excellent; not too loud and added to the overall ambiance perfectly.

The indoor patio was really noisy but it was nice . We were celebrating our 50th anniversary so we looked for a little better ambiance so we left after the meal to get a quiet drink at a better table. but food was really good

Food was good and service was great. We were sat on the enclosed porch which was pleasant. When the live singer was not singing the piped in music was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation. The food was overpriced for the ambiance. It was dark when we went back to our car and the path was poorly lit. Unlikely to return

It was my 50th birthday celebration, food and wine were good. I just thought the service could of been a little more out into it. Waitress was just doing the job and not interactive with us.

Such a beautiful setting along with spectacular food! We both enjoyed our appetizers and meal very much. The entertainment on Saturday night was very good also.

The Antler was truly amazing! Way better than the Keg. The live music playing in the corner was as exciting as our meal. Highly recommend the mussels and the Waygu steak. Everything was cooked just right and the flavours were mouth watering. We can’t wait to come back

The Antler is a lovely cozy restaurant. We had the Fresh PEI mussels and they were so good. The steak and the tenderloin were done to perfection. The staff was amazing and especially our waiter Allen who gave us terrific service.

28th Anniversary so I took the 45 ounce Tomahawk challenge! It was outstanding!!!! My wife had the ceasar salad and Mussels. The cab sau red complimented the dinner nicely as well as a local brewed ipa.

The Antler is a throw back. Not much in the way of renos have been done but it is quaint and comfortable. The food is outstanding. Creative and delicious options and large portions. We had the pork belly and burrata, Caesar salad, New York strip, rib eye, Brussel sprouts and onion rings. The only disappointment was the Black Forest cake. It is very artistic and we were expecting traditional. The service was fantastic from the hostess to our server. Also, there was live music that really made the evening. Good wine options available as well. Yes, it is expensive but I found the whole experience worth it. Also, our server raves about how Deerhurst treats their employees (really really well) and I’d happily pay more to a place that has that mindset.

$95 rib eye steak was so thin $72 beef tenderloin undercooked almost raw. For the price no value $500 for 4 people was disappointing. No apps no specials. 2 desserts shared. Oh well always wanted to try. Won’t be back

We had a fabulous evening at The Antler- the Tomahawk steak was a new experience for us all and was delicious. The European, blackened bass was absolutely amazing and a real highlight of my trip to Canada 🇨🇦. The service was perfect, the wine fabulous and ambiance just right. The shuttle bus back to the resort was a much needed bonus. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Celebration dinner - short ribs outstanding flavour & presentation great. Starters were excellent- peach & tomatoes salad, shrimp salad. Dessert strawberry shortcake - refreshing not too sweet. Found to be expensive but worth it.

It was our first trip to Deerhurst Inn - more specifically The Antler restaurant The building was a log cabin with a beautiful view of the golf greens. Our wait staff was absolutely fantastic. The food delivery and presentation was outstanding, which led us to a high expectation of the taste My wife and I were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and have had many dining experiences where we have both said “ this is the best meal we have had …..”. Needless to say this has now become our best dining experience to date. Which now makes it more difficult for me to top this experience

The server was excellent. Food good. But every time we as a couple have say on the porch we are immersed in a conversation at an adjacent table. It is rather distracting. We think next time we dine there we will ask not to sit on the porch.sorry.

Let me start by stating we have eaten at some very high end restaurants around the world. We are very familiar with Antler Steakhouse over the years and even before that when it was Steamers. We own a condo at Deerhurst and have spent a great deal of time at the resort over the last 24 years. We had not been to Antler’s since before the pandemic but decided it’s convenient location would be my choice for a 50th birthday steak dinner celebration. We brought in a bottle of 2018 Caymus Special Selection Cab Sauv and paid the $30 corkage fee. Now, I must admit, my expectations were not too high for the Wagu A5 (birthday splurge) but it was the best steak (Wagu included) I have ever had! Cooked medium rare to rare with the perfect sear. Just excellent!!

Our experience at Antler was superb. The service from Ben was beyond excellent, the ambiance was perfect for a lovely Muskoka summer evening & every bite of our meal was delectable. Desiree the manager is amazing and made our night seamless. One of the best date nights we've had! Highly recommend for any event or outting!
