    My wife and I had a great dinner experience at the Apparatus Room last night! Rick Wiemer took excellent care of us as we went with the Chef’s Choice experience, which did not disappoint! We had oysters, salmon tartare, salad, Spanish octopus, steak, chocolate cake and more in this culinary experience to remember. Hats off to the chef! The flavors were amazing and there was more than enough food overall to be completely satisfied. The ambiance, as always, was lively but still allowed for a private conversation. I would recommend a visit to Apparatus Room with Rick, who will make you feel welcomed and who really takes pleasure in his guests being happy with the food and service. I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

    Restaurant is beautiful, urban and trendy inside but the food was cold and hard to cut. We ordered bucatini pasta and it was cold so was not fun to eat. The scallops were hard to cut and also not warm. Drinks were yummy

    I had an amazing experience The Apparatus Room exceeded my expectations. We were there to celebrate my Birthday each of my guests loved it, Brunch menu fabulous I WILL BE BACK!

    Love the look - we sat at a table with comfortable letter chairs, stationed next to an old fire pole, which we loved. Drinks were great.

    This is a beautiful restaurant. Unfortunately, after ordering, we waited over an hour and never received our meals. We were very disappointed as we had been looking forward to this meal for a long time.

    Had Thanksgiving Dinner here. Not your traditional Turkey Day meal, but very tasty! Excellent service and incredible presentation. Served Family Style, there was more than we could possibly eat. Took home plenty of leftovers.

    Went for the Thanksgiving family style meal (for 2). Everything was perfect. Service was excellent. Food was incredible, every course was special. Enjoying the leftovers today.

    We ordered the salmon appetizer which wasn't too remarkable in any way shape or form, just okay. The salad had way too much vinegar and was difficult to eat. The main dish was the half chicken which was good but the kale portion wasn't the best. Service was excellent and the ambience was very beautiful.

    Outstanding food, great service. Request a "booth" as the general room lacks sound control surfaces and can be very loud. Seating is also a bit close to the table next to you so it does not have as private conversational feel as some might prefer.

    We were looking forward to dinner but were disappointed in the food. When we arrived we were told the menu had recently changed so that changed up what we planned to order. We tried the Salmon Crudo, and it was a little too fishy tasting. We also tried the scallops and cauliflower. The scallops were okay and the best thing we ordered. We ended up sending the cauliflower back. The chef had added a pumpkin puree with nutmeg under the dish as a seasonal touch (not on the menu or mentioned prior to ordering) and it did not complement the other flavors.

    Beautiful restaurant, loved the vibe and decor. Waiter was attentive but not hovering. Salad course was excellent and huge - ordered without cheese. I had the Ratatouille as the Main, only Vegan option available. Presented as a layered Ratatouille (like lasagna) very bland, would not order again. Would visit again simply for the atmosphere but would order salad as the Main.

    I love this place! I got the ratatouille. The sauces were amazing. This is the 2nd time I had got it. The ratatouille itself was very dry. The potatoes were amazing, the service was amazing! The drinks were good. That night the ratatouille was off.

    Ambiance and service was great. The food was a little disappointing, the grilled octopus was a bit undercooked for my taste. I would definitely return to enjoy cocktails at the bar.

    We did chefs choice where we shared a 7 course meal. Absolutely amazing. We had no idea what was coming next and enjoyed the surprise and trying new things. I would do this again.

    While not my first time visiting, I’m always so enamored with the decor and ambiance at Apparatus Room. Although I’ve had great service and dining experiences here before, this time wasn’t so great. My guests and I waited far longer than normal to be served, which is understandable for a moderately busy morning. What made the experience fall below my expectation was that the chicken from my chicken and waffles brunch, was not fully cooked 🥴. I didn’t want to cause a stink, so I just opted to not finish it. I’ll definitely give Apparatus Room another shot, but I was honestly pretty disappointed this time.

    We come for the ambience, never disappointed. Drinks are great, a little pricey for what they are but the work they put into the interior design more than makes up for it. Great first date spot for drinks

    Food was great and atmosphere was fun. We were there for a brunch birthday celebration and were a part of 4. The service was mediocre at best. While we waited for table we ordered drinks at bar. The bartender wasn’t very friendly. Our waitress was slow and when we ordered a second drink she must have forgotten to place the order because it took forever. They never bussed our table and we ordered a birthday dessert but she brought it out with all these plates still on the table. We ended up sliding all our dishes down to the open table next to us.
