Went before oilers playoff game, within ten minutes we had food and drinks at our table. The food appeared to be pre-cooked, maybe under a warmer. I’m thinking this was a playoff thing trying to keep people moving but it made everything luke warm and dried out. Service was great and I’ve been before so I’ll give it another shot but probably avoid game days.

When I made the resos I asked for a nice view of the tv screens for the game. I booked early enough where there shouldn’t have been any issues to accommodate. The tvs on the upper level are poorly placed …right behind dinning tables so anyone behind those tables can’t see the game. This is where we were placed for a table of 8. The waitress was great. Unless ordering beer the drinks are not good. The bartender did not know how to make a dirty martini. Understanding game nights must be difficult but improvements can only be made if feedback is provided. The space is a great location and I believe there is potential with the right project manager to make the changes.

On Banquet's website and social media they continually say they have a Tuesday wing deal, and both times I've gone for the deal there has been some technicality for why they aren't running the deal. Last time it was 'oops we posted on instagram wrong" and this time it was "because the Oilers are in the playoffs". I feel like at this point they deliberately mislead you on social media. So be careful of any deal they post! otherwise the food and drinks were fine but SO expensive.

Great place, A dinner special would be nice option Price was reasonable . Bar noise on the high side. Upper bar had a very strong AC vent blow on your back making the experience too cold.

Reservations were made to go out before a show. Understanding that it would be really busy, we ordered both drinks and food right away. I watched our draft beer sit on the bar for 20 min losing its foam. As our server walked by our table, she must have realized she forgot about them and said “your drinks are on its way”, brought them over and sure enough, pints were no longer cold to the touch. 40 min after we got our drinks, we still hadn’t received our meal. Our server walked by again saying that food was coming but when she was asked if it was on its way because we had to leave, her answer to it was “do you want to just cancel it then?” Needless to say, we did not end up getting our meal after sitting for an hour. We paid for our drinks and left.

We sat behind the bowling alley at the bottom of the stairs and it was a little crammed really loud and busy with people walking up and down the stairs. The food was amazing and our server was awesome!! We are going back 100%

I was excited to go as I kept seeing it all over social media. The service was incredible, the staff was super friendly but the food overall was okay. Price for the items were more on the expensive side. I would come back for the atmosphere.

Online reservation system was not easy to use therefore we lost out on the bowling lanes. Reserved tables for a party of 20 and were offered 4 round booths which separated our group making it impossible to talk as a group. Upon arrival these booths were still dirty with dishes! After 45 minutes we had to clear the tables ourselves and personally ask the bar tender to wipe down the tables. The bar tender upstairs was amazing! I complained about the ridiculous experience and we were accommodated. The manager was very sweet and understanding, easy to talk to! They moved our party to tables where we could all sit together. Our servers were amazing, the food was great, drinks were tasty but seemed quite expensive. I would recommend this place but if making a reservation, I would book through a live person not online and specify exactly what type of experience you are wanting to get good seating.

Went before the game on Saturday, the food and beer were good. Service was a little disappointing, friend had ordered a salad with their meal but git fries. The server (not our) said they would get a salad out right away. It took over 15 minutes and we had finished our meal by the time it came out. In that 15 minutes our server came by to check on us we mentioned to her we were waiting on a salad she said she was aware and walked away. She seemed very disinterested and not overly concerned. Overall the food is good and good selection of beer. Great place to eat before the game- but beware very loud in there and really warm

We went last night, before the Oilers Hockey game. Took a couple of friends with us, that have never been. They said it was a awesome place. Great Service, we had Sarah. She was very friendly and definitely running. Definitely will bring more friends back again.

Unfortunately our visit was less than one star. We really enjoyed it here the first time and this time was nothing like the last. Service was terrible, took forever, no one was organized. Drinks took forever, billing was a mess. Food wasn't great either this time. All around disappointing, after complaining and asking for multiple people's help beyond our server, nothing was offered to be taken off the bill or to help make our stay better. Our server tried her best but was not prepared for her tables.

I booked bowling online on Wednesday, and when I got there two different servers told me “it happens all the time” that people book online and it doesn’t register in the system so my lane wasn’t actually booked and we couldn’t play 😅 which is like the whole reason we went there but that’s ok lol. And I sat for literally 10-15 minutes before a server even came , and it wasn’t busy. And they were out of almost everything we asked for on the menu. Then none of the machines would work when we were paying lol.

Was treated absolutely horrible. Had 5 waitresses ask me to leave after re seating me twice due to a "party" showing up after reservations were made days in advance for my table for the event. Then once expressing my bad experience. Was given horrible service until I left. Appalling hownterrible that was. I would've walked out. If my name was attached to the reservation.

Service from server was outstanding. The restuarant got busy after 6 pm, one hour before game time, and expediency on an extra food request was slow. The first order of food before 6 came out quickly.

The business looks nicely put together and has a fun vibe from decorating and activity’s that are available. Unfortunately service was substandard. An uninterested server had us tracking them down to order. Refills on drinks also required finding our server in the bar to request them. I was surprised that “Happy hour” was not applicable to game days, although I didn’t read that anywhere, but were told by our server. The food menu was limited during game day. We tried three items off the menu and enjoyed one of them.

A bit of a hit and a miss of an experience. We booked bowling and pre-paid but the lane was not working for the first 15 minutes of our time. They were able to switch us at a new lane but as soon as the last 45 minutes was up they had to tell us to quickly shuffle out and move to a table as somebody else wanted to bowl. We were even willing to pay for an extra 30 minutes as we were a little dissapointed our time got cut short but they said no and swiftly moved us. I would be hesitant to pre-pay for bowling here in the future. Otherwise the place was quiet, service was good, food was good but small portions for the price point. I think there might be better options in the area.

Certainly not a gastropub as described. This is a noisy sports bar where you go before or after a hockey game. I was going to a game but expected better. They serve a more limited menu on game nights. Plus they play the annoying base heavy background music so many restaurants insist on playing.
