Made a reservation as it was an evening with a concert. Walked to our table and our server said that we should order soon as the kitchen was getting busy so we ordered as soon as she came back to check with us (5 minutes into getting there). We ordered and the received our first round of drinks. After we had finished, we ordered a second round of drinks and asked about the food. She said she would check. My food( lettuce wraps) arrived 45 minutes after ordering without the other food (one order of nachos and the sushi taco). We waited for a while and my group told me to eat while me food was hot. After another 30 minutes of waiting for the food (after asking several more time with the answer of the kitchen is backed up) we had to get our bill as we had missed the opening of the concert we were going to (we had been there for almost an hour and a half at this point). The server took the food cost off the bill as only one item came out. As we were paying for the drinks, the sushi tacos came out. The person who ordered them ate her meal but the two people who were going to share the nachos had no food. As we were finishing our drinks and getting up to leave, they brought the nachos. We told them to bring it to the next group who had orders nachos as we were leaving. The person bringing it out, shrugged and put it on our table. We then told our server (who had been there while the nachos were delivered) that we were leaving so obviously wouldn’t be eating. She said as soon as the plate is down it cannot be served to someone else. Who knows what they did with the nachos after but it was not a pleasant experience and we won’t be back.

We had a reservation for 5:15pm last night. When we got there, there was 1 table upstairs and us. Drinks took awhile to come out and when we tasted them, they were not good. But for $15ea we just drank them. We got our appetizer, it was good and dinner was good too. It filled up fast after we finished our appetizer. No drinks were offered when we ate dinner. We ordered shots before dinner and it took awhile for them to come also. Server didn’t come to the table while we were eating. When we did finally get to order drinks, it look 25 mins to get 3 beers brought to our table. Other tables around us also looked annoyed about service. They also waiting for drinks and food for along time. We were going to the concert and didn’t pay the bill till almost 7:30pm.

It was our first time here and wasn’t busy on the day we’re here. Food and services are great! We reserved 2 bowling lanes out of 4 in total which is all we need for our party. We’ll likely come back again with a bigger group. All the best The Banquet!

We love the place and choices of food though the salt n pepper wings are too salty. Ambiance is nice except bar stool in the billiard area are really close to each other thus when one moved it catched my skin ouch in between the 2 stool backrest.

We went for the 39 cent wings. It was a very busy night for them, when we ordered we waited a long time for our food, when it came 1 rack of wings was hot and good, and 2 racks were cold and all we got was the wings, no napkins or cutlery, no side of ranch which we had ordered for an extra dollar. We ordered another order of wings and reminded them again that we hadn't gotten our ranch, then they brought 2 and charged is for 2. They apologized that they were so busy but our waitress was seen standing around. It was not worth the hassle for 39 cent wings.

Second time being here and honestly it's gone down hill. I don't know if they were under staffed but our waitress was doing EVERYTHING. She was taking our orders and bartending and seemed to be working a million different tables. It took forever to get our first drink and when our food came, we Jano cutlery for over ten minutes. I had t go find it myself. The food was delicious but the staff seemed all over the place. I was disappointed as our first time here was fabulous.

Food and drinks were great! Service was good, it was busy because of the Blink 182 concert, so it was a little slow, but nothing that was holding us up. Nice atmosphere! Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Reservation was 5:30, first drink arrived at table at 6:15. Was there for food and beverages before the Nickelback concert. Seemed the restaurant was unaware there was going to be 18,000 people arriving at Rogers Place that night. The hostess, waitresses and bar staff were so overwhelmed with patrons, the service really suffered all around. That’s not saying they were doing a poor job, they were excellent, but severely understaffed. Not sure who is managing this place, but it’s pretty clear, at least on this particular day, that he/she needs to be looked at, and potentially replaced.

Party of 8. Service was quite slow. Too loud - very difficult to talk with table guests. Food was OK. Burgers were very good. I had the Beef Dip - cheese was very smokey. Au Jus was tasteless. Fries were cold. Probably won't be back.

We had a blast! Food was beyond amazing too! My only issue is the same as eating out almost everywhere else the music was loud 😂 luckily the music choice is amazing so my noise sensitive butt will gladly come back! So so yummy I can’t wait for my next visit!

Went before oilers playoff game, within ten minutes we had food and drinks at our table. The food appeared to be pre-cooked, maybe under a warmer. I’m thinking this was a playoff thing trying to keep people moving but it made everything luke warm and dried out. Service was great and I’ve been before so I’ll give it another shot but probably avoid game days.

When I made the resos I asked for a nice view of the tv screens for the game. I booked early enough where there shouldn’t have been any issues to accommodate. The tvs on the upper level are poorly placed …right behind dinning tables so anyone behind those tables can’t see the game. This is where we were placed for a table of 8. The waitress was great. Unless ordering beer the drinks are not good. The bartender did not know how to make a dirty martini. Understanding game nights must be difficult but improvements can only be made if feedback is provided. The space is a great location and I believe there is potential with the right project manager to make the changes.

On Banquet's website and social media they continually say they have a Tuesday wing deal, and both times I've gone for the deal there has been some technicality for why they aren't running the deal. Last time it was 'oops we posted on instagram wrong" and this time it was "because the Oilers are in the playoffs". I feel like at this point they deliberately mislead you on social media. So be careful of any deal they post! otherwise the food and drinks were fine but SO expensive.

Reservations were made to go out before a show. Understanding that it would be really busy, we ordered both drinks and food right away. I watched our draft beer sit on the bar for 20 min losing its foam. As our server walked by our table, she must have realized she forgot about them and said “your drinks are on its way”, brought them over and sure enough, pints were no longer cold to the touch. 40 min after we got our drinks, we still hadn’t received our meal. Our server walked by again saying that food was coming but when she was asked if it was on its way because we had to leave, her answer to it was “do you want to just cancel it then?” Needless to say, we did not end up getting our meal after sitting for an hour. We paid for our drinks and left.

We sat behind the bowling alley at the bottom of the stairs and it was a little crammed really loud and busy with people walking up and down the stairs. The food was amazing and our server was awesome!! We are going back 100%

I was excited to go as I kept seeing it all over social media. The service was incredible, the staff was super friendly but the food overall was okay. Price for the items were more on the expensive side. I would come back for the atmosphere.
