Food was excellent, portions were very substantial. Only complaint was the service, which was VERY slow, which was surprising because it wasn't terribly busy. Not sure if they were short-staffed?? It took a long time after ordering for the food to arrive...but that was okay because the food was worth the wait. However, 3 people in our party. They brought one dish from the kitchen, but then it was at least 4 minutes before they brought the other 2 dishes to our table. One person in our party ordered pop. Our waitress checked on us a few minutes after we finally got our food, and asked if he wanted a refill. He said yes. She took his cup and it was almost 15 minutes before she returned with the refill. He ate the majority of his meal without a beverage. When we were finished eating, our waitress cleared the table, but it was a very long time before she came back to our area, and then we had to call her over and ask for the bill, even though we were all sitting with our coats on waiting to leave. Benefit of the doubt...they may have been short-staffed. The food was definitely worth going back for!

Poutine: cold fries, my cheese looked and had the texture of Philadelphia dip and the gravy was watery. Server/Bartender: super nice! Food was on time and the girl helping was really nice.

We had to go find our server to see if our drinks were coming, we had waiting approx 15 mins. Food was mediocre. Water glasses were just dumped on our table stacked and wet. Server seemed overwhelmed and too busy.

Very poor service. Waiters and waitresses were chatting amongst each other while service was exceptionally slow. This was on a quiet night when there were few other patrons as well. The bowling alley was broken as usual too. This is the third time in a row being there that the lane we'd reserved was broken and we ended up not playing.

Great concept for a venue. The staff seemed very confused and were not very attentive. We used the call button function, but no one turned up, 3 servers walked past us without checking if we needed anything and we hadn't been served. ALl staff were polite. The food was standard. Mac and Cheese was dry.

Bowling was fun! We had happy hour appetizers and some drinks. Service was good, she was super attentive and served us quickly. Definitely will be back for happy hour pricing and the delicious food.

I had no idea you could book a table for duckpin bowling and it’s not even very expensive to do that! The food was delicious, and the people there were very kind and professional. I would say that it was an excellent experience all around! If I were to give some criticism though, I would say the fries were just average and there could be more fun drink options like more cocktails maybe, but overall I had fun there and the food was great!

The entire experience was amazing. Food was great and came out surprisingly fast, the atmosphere was great, the games were fun, and the entire place really felt cohesive and that they knew how to operate well! Would 100% recommend

The service was great, our server was very kind and delivered our food quickly. The food however, has never been great here. Not surprising since it's operated by Brewhouse. I had the buttermilk fried chicken, it came with a strange spicy coleslaw that wasn't creamy, two pieces of dry chicken with only gravy on the side. It was very flavorless and could have used a drizzle of honey or a creamy dip on the side. Appies were good but 19$ for 5 shrimp is outrageous! Everyone at the table said the same thing, food was either tasteless, soggy or just plain not great. Not sure I'll be back.

Great patio and happy hour! We enjoyed it as a date night and the service was fabulous. The only downside was that there were A LOT of screaming kids playing the games. Will go back after 8pm after minors leave! Otherwise - really great!

Debit & credit machines were down and ATM charged $3.50 fee for use. Service was slow. No offers for refills on drinks. TVs requested for football kept shutting off. Food was mediocre and overpriced.

We brought our friends here for dinner who were in town from Quebec. It was before we headed to the Stamps game so wanted a fun atmosphere! The atmosphere was great but our food this time was just “ok”. My friend ordered the Kale Salad and didn’t enjoy it at all. Was very plain and no dressing really. We have been several times before and enjoyed the food so maybe it was just an off night but wasn’t what we had expected.

Service was great in this fun environment. Our group was smaller than expected, so we were able to have a round of bowling to top off a great afternoon of eating :) Thanks again to our server Sydney- she was awesome.

What a great venue for parties! Great atmosphere inside and out as it's located in the beautiful University City area. Service was great, food was good. We all had a great time and will definitely be back again.

Planned an engagement party and it was unfortunately less than expected . The place was not overly busy and it took forever to get drinks to start. By the time we actually got our food the carbonara was cold , sent it back and all they did was microwave the same dish and sent it back out . We sent it back a second time and the Manager handled conversation poorly he was like what do you want a new meal ? Well obviously we do , everyone else at the table already had their food. Would not go again spent $400 on a meal for 8 people and it was nothing to rave about.

Celebrated a birthday with another couple at The Banquet University District, and we will definitely be back. It was our first time there, and left with such a great experience. Decor and ambiance was lovely, drinks were delicious and fresh, bowling was fun (although lane 4 needs some maintenance as the pins we knocked down kept re-spawning on their own and giving us incorrect scores) and the food was timely and tasty. The bartender was nice and welcoming as we waited for our party to arrive at the bar, and our server for the night was really personable and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely recommend ✅

They should not include the bowling cost in with the food as there is no service with bowling, and you are tipping on the whole amount.
